Very nice internal finishing , Italian brand appliances with full of all modern amenities. Excellent location in heart of business bay surrounded by many 5 star hotels. Breathtaking view of Arabian Sea and Dubai canal from balcony.

I’m having apartment in this building, morning shift security super rude and unprofessional! Twice they called police for me parking outside my own building! I’m calling supervisor he is laughing on the phone!!! People who we are paying doing that is below zero!!! I advise anyone smart AVOID this building!!!!!!

Very supportive and courteous staff. Amazing view if you’re on a balcony 14th floor and up. The night lights of the adjacent buildings are very vibrant and add color specially when reflected off of the Dubai canal. Based on the hip downtown locality the rent is exceptional. Can’t get any better than this.The only downside is the agents who are handling the apartments. I request the apartment owners or Damac to please look into it and allow thorough professionals only to handle the clients.The person we are stuck with is absolute worst.The apartment I moved in has broken fixtures that the agent missed.I suggest to everyone regardless where you move to hold back the agent’s fee till the end, only then they’d dance to your tune else you’ll never get hold of them once they’ve gotten their fee.

Been living in Merano for over a year and having issues with it from day one. Rude staff. At the entrance, always asking for ID if I walk in from Ground thinking I’m a visitor. Rude with my quests not allowing them to park on visitors parking spaces (if not available than have to provide)There is never hot water (luke warm is what you get after letting water run for 10 mins)Terrible smell in public areas (talking about 20th floor) as the AC is not working. The floors are not properly cleaned daily, lot of dirt and stains.Elevators are hot and not properly cleaned.In the morning taking ages to get one as it’s all in rooftop floor and don’t come downAccess to the basement parking is designed very bad(extremely narrow), can scratch your car easilyNeighbors are very loud, can hear them doing everything in the house or on hallways.In the apartment many parts of furniture have broken or fallen apart (very cheap quality of furniture for a DAMAC property)Drainage is awful, multiple times I called the maintenance to fix as I have flooded the entire bathroom as water was coming back. Design of shower area is very bad, water is going everywhere if you want to showerWindows are not sound proof enough (can hear the cars down from level 20)

One of the worst experiences. Apartment above hammering 4 months nobody stopped them till now. None of the people working in the building speaks good English. Problems all the time. Avoid this building.

Staff, especially their focus on customerservice, could indeed be improved. Besides that the building is new and the facilities are nice. Its located in Business Bay, a good part of the city.

The worst building ever!!!The agencies will rent you apt you under false pretences, saying it’s a brand new building, chiller free.... But the building is hell for living. In one month there was a fire, the emtire hallway flooded, there is constant gas leakage. In 5 months the alfanar gas came 4 times to fix the gas leakage only in my apartment. They say the whole building has problem with gas and every person I talked to has the same issue. The walls are very thin, like I am sitting in my neighbours house. The water pressure is so low and hot water needs an hour to get to you. The drains have a strong smell and the construction is everywhere even the side with no construction is super loud. Plus it wont be chiller free in few months. Not worth renting at all!!!

Tower management rules are not friendly at all. Security cannot show any apartment or facility without brokers. Even when broker came they are arguing about something saying its not allowed without some kind of letter. Studios are too small for this money, 3m by 3m. Too expensive. Dont recommend.

Fire alarm is very loud and happens for no reason all time!!! I cant have peaceful time in this building. This issue is happening since 4 months and noone is doing anything about it.

I dont understand why security dont allow Guests to park in Guest parking and make rules. From where you bring such staff for security??? All of them rude and angry all the time. I hope the supervisor see this and fire them all. Bring polite and respectful security!!!! Worst building ever !

Damac Merano tower, your second home away from home. Best luxury apartments with best facilities ie, luxurious swimming pool, a fitness gym, sauna and steam bath, ample parking, highly experienced and staff, 24 hrs security with monitored cameras 24 to 7.

I moved in to Merano tower on 30 August 2020, and since that date I have Maintenance issues with everything.... but the main issue which people need to know, that no hot water in the tower... no allocated heaters in the apartment, it’s a sharing heater on the rooftop for all apartments... I am dreaming of having a hot water to shower... no one is welling to assist or to help... I called DLP and they don’t care. Clearly they said keep the water open on maximum to get hot water and even after 10 mins no hot water!!!!! I can’t understand why I should waste 10 minutes of cold water and after 20 mins to start getting warm water...I wish my msg will reach a responsible person who can take an action... I really do not advice to rent or to buy in this property till this issue is solved.

One of the worst buildings in dubai to live in even though its new.1- loud constructions even at night even if u r on a high floor u can still hear everything2- very thin walls. U can hear your neighbors talk!3- AC pass through cooking smell from other apartments and u can hear them if they fight4- parking entrance is super tight!5- random fire alarms( atleast once a week)it’s frustrating and terrible. It happens even at 7am!!6- water pressure is low. And u need to wait ten mins to get warm water.7- noisy people in the hallway walking and shouting and u can hear them in your living room. some renters are just selfish and loud
