The play zone in the back was a lot of fun for our 4 and 2 year olds, very reasonable price (remember to bring anti-slip socks for the kids) The arcade hall part was quite expensive, you can buy packages (for example 100 dirham for 12x), but youre going through it fast, because the different machines only work for a short time. They offer a lot of game-machines though, kids enjoyed it!

Amazing place. My kid enjoys it there. Monday all blue swiper games is for AED1. But u can refill for 149 for 3 months unlimited times kid can go in soft play area and ample blue swiper points. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Especially Riya and Gina.

Best place for kids and families. The monthly offers for play area are very economical. They also add Shukran for all recharges. It is costing around 139 AED for 3 months this season in all the branches. The kids play area is very nice and safe. Floors and corners are cushioned. Kids below 2 years of age need to be accompanied. The video games and rides have also been very interesting.. new games Added.

This was like a 2nd home to ky child once. We almost regularly visited here. Just get a playing card, and enjoy the games. Not only my child, but we adults also played a lot and took away some cool toys for our kid. Though Id suggest they should have some more toy options/varieties against the tickets wallet.

My baby almost broke her head and neck, she is 2 years and 10 months and 101 cm.... The inclination in play zone is very sharp... And when I informed the safety supervisor about how risky and shocking this was, she said that the municipality approved it and she said that she can compensate us with another game or ride in different game... I told her that I will report this and she then said that actually this place was designed for older babies but because of Corona issues they actually are letting both older and younger children together.... The experience was horrible and horrifying looking at my child flying all the way and hitting her head continously... Never again

Fun filled place for kids. They offered lots of fun activities for kids and adults both. They have a huge variety of rides and games. Their offer of Monday funday is tremendous ! All rides are in 1 Aed only! Kids can enjoy their favorite rides as much as they want. Easily accessible locations all over in UAE.

Excellent fun loving place within IBN Batuta mall, well organized, enough games for kids to enjoy. There is also a place inside Fun city to organise mini birthday parties for kids with small gathering upto 50-70 people. Must go.

Good place for infants kids less than 3 years.

Its a fun place for kids and adults for good 2 hours, but a bit loud. Glad we had cotton earplugs for our son who attended a birthday party yesterday. The organization by the staff was commendable. All so smooth with their experience. Our son had an awesome time. Though I hoped that the staff could be less robotic and warmer in their attitude towards the guests. We are already contemplating hosting our sons birthday here too.

Located just opposite to Carrefour, fun city offers play zone and arcade games. You need to purchase a card and top it up to swipe and play. They charge AED 10 per swipe (bit costly i felt).some games are 2 swipes (AED20).You can also buy 12 swipes for AED 100.This will be valid for 6 months. They also offer Play zone area plans(kids activity play area-but no games/arcades) starting 45/day, 89/month and 149 for 3 months. Area is well maintained and staffs are friendly.

Play zone ok but getting in is worse than passport control at an airport. It takes 10 minutes per person to get in and god forbid you are a new member, expect to be there for 20 minutes at least whilst your kids are kicking and screaming to get in. The sign up / sign in process, including checking picture, your IDs, signing something whilst staff are tapping away on an iPad makes you wonder whether we are getting into a soft play Centre or Fort Knox. Staff are pretty oblivious and upon questioning why it is taking so long I got a very rude response. I am also concerned that storing my children’s pictures and names is most likely a GDPR breach. Staff generally stand and watch from a far. Not impressed.

We went for a birthday party and everyone had a good time. The crew were professional and the party room was big enough for activities. Kids enjoyed the playground with slides and the game center. Food was provided bu the host.

Noisy! Like ultra loud! Ive never been to any DISCOTHEQUE as loud as this place.. and if this is intended for kids.... please, distribute some earplugs at the entrance or else one will leave the place deaf... Definitely not for human beings. The amazing bright casino-like lights were the other over stimulating part of the place. I only kept my 1 year daughter in there for less than 2 min...

Quite spacious indoor play area for small and big children. The big area for children up t 115cm needs improvement, its quite worn out. The ball pit needs more care, the soft balls for the shooters are half eaten and with missing parts.

A very affordable kid play zone with lots of activities for ages 2- 12. Friendly staff and neat play areas. Some games did not work which was annoying. No admission cost and passes are valid for multiple days. Not very entertaining for teenagers. Its inside the in battuta mall which itself is entertaining with food courts and ample parking
