As always I love their food. Their quite affordable but could be limited something to try in terms of food. Definitely they come up with variety of combinations for their cocktails and drinks. I love their pasta to the core

This is a updated review. When I was here about 2 years ago I had a real bad experience. This time it was so much better. Menu is looking awesome, tasted wonderful and the service was some much better. I found even some more dishes I hope to try out and will be going back. Portions were just enough for me to be able to grab dessert if I wanted to. The spiciness were not as much as I feared, it was just enough to tease the tongue.I would recommend anyone to try this menu and food now. Fridays was always the first place we started at when ever we would go to Dubai. So I am thrilled that is this good.

Food was so so. And I got bad experience from the staffs. I didnt understand when they got order, why did he sit on my chair? And front desk staffs emotion was also bad....Anyway if you want to eat steak, you can choice other option. Like a tribes. Amazing African style steak

Great staff, lovely food, I would recommend try to have beef ribs. It was amazing, didnt like the burgers much specially the sliders they were dry n hard a bit to eat. Service n staff was good, air condition temperatures need to workout as its high temperature n while eating most of us were sweating.Near to cinema side in dubai mall

The place was good and the staff were great. They have a place in the restaurant where you can choose to sit. Inside with AC or outside (balcony) with the view of Burj Kahlifa and dancing fountain. As always, the food was very satisfying and the serving can be shared with your young ones. We had a promo from smiles where it was buy one get one from their main course.

Presentation was nice, people were nice but food is gone downhill and when you are oaying that much you expect taste, you do get a good view to the water fountain though, if you sit outside

The best TGIF location in Dubai with a view of the Dubai fountain. Food is top notch. And theres no difference in quality or quantity of the food compared to other TGIFs in Dubai. Great place to unwind after a long and tiring week.The mocktails are to die for...

We visited and one guest chose the salmon. I advised against this as often in these chain restaurants there is not the chef subtlety to cook a piece of fish nicely. Sadly I was proved correct and the fish was over-cooked and dry. We asked to have it re-done and the manager explained that the locals preferred fish cooked in this way and the server should have advised us this. We had in fact stressed this very strongly at ordering time. The re-done fish was better but still dry and not well cooked. No further apology and certainly no offer of remedy, refund etc, despite one meal being spoiled for one guest, and you know, it affects the whole table when one person sits there with no meal while the rest are eating. Disappointing that it happened in the first place, more disappointing it still wasnt much better second time and especially disappointing that they still demanded full payment.Re-visited 11 months later. This time we avoided fish and stuck to meaty menu items which they can do better. They were better, and they were fine, though not enough to rush back. Its a good locstion, overlooking the fountains and the food is satisfactory if you choose sensibly.

Best TGI experience with a view overlooking Fountains, Souq Al Bahar and Burj Khalifa. Balcony view is a great experience with their fine chicken and steak dishes.

Great view to watch the Fountainshow while enjoying a nice meal. We were totally thrilled by some special sliders (unfortunately forgot the name) and their House Iced Tea (free refill).

I can say after so many trials and errors, it was a 5 star rated experience. Loved everything from management, dining, aesthetics to appetizers, Grill meal, drinks and Oh My God, Dessert was the best part. Tough, I rate their stake above Applebees but it was the right medium done and delicious stakes alone. The Tennessee saue just made it a worth having experience. And they too offer interesting sides unlike most places. (I ordered 7 oz.)Newyork strip, and classic one are amazing. I enjoyed the buffalo wings appetizer a lot, amazing taste.I was surprised with dessert so dont know the name, I can share picture. It was something like a molten lava but amazing crusty cake in a best way possible.Worth every bite. Looking forward to my next visit.

Went to Dubai Malls branch of TGIF & ordered WICKED CHICKEN. Described as Two blackened Cajun-spiced chicken breasts topped with Cajun cream sauce served over Spanish rice. Served with butter roasted corn cobs and a side of Cajun cream sauce.The chicken was a bit dry for my taste but the sauce made up to it.

Good service, food cooked fast. Very tasty drinks and a great view of the Waterfountain Show. We will be back

It was ok... The food is full of big onion pieces. But in the past they were better.

Worth a visit if you like good burgers and nice view. Try to sit outside towards burj Khalifa so you can have a view of dancing fountains. Food is good, staff is good. On weekends you have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes to sit outside.

The service was really bad even though there were barely customers in there! They dont provide straws anymore which is quite inefficient because no ones interested in drinking straight from the cup.We ordered around 6 meals and none of them tasted nice. The loaded buffalo sandwich was a bummer tbh.Anyways ill leave a picture of the view from the restaurant cause thats probably the only good thing about my experience.

Extremely poor service by the manager there. NIKKI PHANDARI is crazy! She seriously has some anger issues, and is forever frustrated. Ive been working out of the restaurant on my LETSWORK membership and there isnt a day that would go by without her pestering and being rude. If it was up to her, she would throw out every guest that visits the restaurant. I hope this review reaches the management for someone to take action on her.The food and waiter maybe OK, but please beware of this woman if youre visiting the TGIF in ROVE DOWNTOWN. Or just dont visit this place if youre LETSWORK, you will either be asked to leave or be insulted (because NIKKI IN TGIF has bad mood swings!) lol

The food is ok. Hard to order when us crowded because of the noise. I received the wrong order, so I had to wait for more time and arrive late to my movie. Apperantly, at least for this branch, pico de gallo is only a couple of tomatoes. Totally do not recommend the tex mex mc and cheese, it was a deception. At least there is a good view, but hard to take pics at night becuase of the lighting (I do not like pics with flash). Nevertheless, since they made various mistakes with my orders (and receipt) they did not charge me for the drink they forgot to bring and wrong order with lack of pico de gallo (and meat), which is a nice touch from the manager.

Friends first time visit to Dubai and where can I take them to taste the steak they had missed from US. Of course has to be Fridays. So lucky to have the promotion of BOTO (buy one take one). So has to order the juiciest steak then. Yummy🥩🥩🥩

Cliche name, but very awesome experience, has the view of the Dubai Mall lake as well as the view to the awesome Burj Khalifa... Food is Great and Western and the staff are fantastic... great spot for the family or solo!!

My family and I visited this branch many times. The service is awesome! They know how to treat kids and play with them. Theyre all cheerful and lively. You can choose your place whether you like to dine outside overlooking Dubai dancing fountain, or choose to be cozy inside. Nice delicious food and affordable.

Located in the second level of the Dubai mall next to the Burj Khalifa. Friendly waitress and fast service. Beautiful view over the Dubai fountain from the balcony of the restaurant. Good quality of the food and free refills of Softdrinks.

The view was perfect over the water show & Burj Khalifa! The food was decent, a bit much fat on the stake, don’t order the pepper sauce.Otherwise the straff was Okey, I asked for Mayonese with the fries, they never came back with it..The food was served in a poor way, asked for medium rare, got close to a well done steak..Im gonna assume I was unlucky. Left the place hungry.

Had a lovely meal here and our waiter, Angelo was the best we have come across. He was so helpful and super efficient. Our drinks were swiftly refilled and he answered our numerous questions about the meals with patience. Thank you for a lovely experience Angelo

Food is fine, location is good and kids enjoy it. The service however is slow and the staff aren’t easy to get hold of even though the place is largely empty. Twice now my kids food has come way before mine meaning we are completely out of sync, when querying this the staff just disappear. Diet Pepsi is consistently inconsistent, once coming with no gas then secondly coming with no taste.Best to avoid until they sort the service out.

Great restaurant that provides good view of the Middle of the mall. The food is good not amazing 5 stars but still good. If you are looking for a fun family dinner it is a good choice but if youre looking for an amazing dinner for a date this can be a hit or miss.

Service and food are great

Viewing dancing fountains from the terrace of TGIF while enjoying their signature pasta and delicious appetizers is a great relaxation. The way TGIF has consistently maintained the food quality and taste is incredible.

We had a question about redeeming credit card points, but the waitress said they didnt accept those. Although the bank specifically told us we could.Next time dont give a valid answer if your not sure. We left the restaurant and ate somewhere else.The points were redeemable.

Always dependable and one of the best places to watch the fountain show in downtown Dubai.Always a good place to celebrate someones birthday. The birthday cheer is very energetic and well choreographed and is sure to bring a smile to everyone in the restaurant.

I had a lot of fun at this place with my wife. The food was awful and the service even worse, if possible. But we had a lot of fun making fun of them afterwards, so all good. (On a more serious note: burgers are bad and service sucks. Nice furniture)

One of the best branch ls Ive visited in UAE so far. Loved the food and the atmosphere was alive and fun,and quick services too. But they could be more welcoming. However, the visit was on Friday lunch time, so I can understand. It has. A nice view on the fountain. We ordered French dip sandwich and a cowboy burger, both were excellent

TGI Fridays is always a good choice as you know exactly what you will get. This one at the Dubai mall is well located but for some reason a full view of the Burj is blocked by horizontal lengths of concrete, hence a star less as you dont get the view you think you will. Rest is all superb.

My family always love to eat in TGI Fridays. If we have visitors coming from Philippines or from other countries we cant miss bringing them to eat in TGIF! 👍

Would only go back for the presentation of their plates. Food isnt bad, its actually pretty good, but its nothing special, considering the price tag. If you have loads of cash on you and want a good ol meal, then its the right place for you. Tight budget? Dont even think about stepping in.

Went for an end of visit meal for the mother in law......absolutely shockingly slow service (25 minutes for a drink and refills- forget it!) And served raw food. Sent our meals back to be cooked (last time I checked fajitas were not served with raw onion skin) and waited over 15 mins for them to be re done. Still inedible the second time so we both ended up leaving them. Highly disappointing service and food from what used to be our favourite place to take visitors in Dubai. Manager was new and had to take advice from the staff -not very reassuring!

The restaurant is far from being full yet the service was exceptionally slow. Toilets are a 5 minutes walk away from the restaurant and the staff here would clearly rather be anywhere else... Food as always was disappointing and overpriced. Who knows why we chose to dine here.

The quality of food is very bad.. the fried potato is still frozen and I request them to replace for 3 times then took it and returned back the same plate. without chang it . the burger without any sauce. It will be the last time in this branch

Classic TGI, reliable, but with a great view on the Dubai fountain and therefore worth a Visit!Take a seat on the outside to enjoy a good view!!!

The food was very good. Its also a good things, that the drink is refillable, and the waiter came a lot time for refill our drinks.The staff is very friendly. The best thing about this restaurant is the beautiful view, you can go out to the balcony to see the fountain show.

Location is awesome. Ambience is great. But there some thing missing in the food. Although i was hungry as hell but all my taste buds were not entirely used.

The food is decent, same as any TGIF. It has a great view of the fountains & light show from the outside dining patio that is great to watch a show or two (every 30 min) while you eat, wish they would of had some fans out there though.

The ambience is top notch with Burj Khalifa and fountain view with reasonable price.Two stars less as Waiters are not well aware of the menu, we ordered new york steak as it was highly recommended dish. We had instructed for tender mutton well maintained. However, the steak served was like a rubber not able to chew and was complete waste.Wicked chicken is a must have!

A great restaurant. Amazing ambience however the outdoor is not great because the view to burj Khalifa is blocked but tall railings which is awful. Meat selection is awesome. Staffs are friendly too. But struggled to get their attention due to conversations between staffs.

The food took too long,Other than that, it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and they spent time playing with our 5 year old, the food was tasty, and the view was nice.It a great place te rest and get a quick bite between shops.The kids pizza had four tiny piece of pepperoni, which was not acceptable according to my son, be he got over it.The chicken salad was delicious, and the portion was huge.I tried the buffalo Tacos, not as spicy as they should be, but yummy nonetheless.

I love this restaurant. The food quality is excellent and there is a wide options to choose from. I recommend the steak and the burger but also the potatoes with cheese cause it taste really good.

We always have a good experience here. I wish the view of the fountains was not obscured by the pillars. But the staff is always attentive and the food has always been prepared like we asked.

Love their chocolate brownie with ice cream on top. Its my favourite dessert!

Perfect steak you can eat

Nice place with average food. The service was quite good, even if they forgot one order for one of the people at my table. You will not find beer (as probably in all the Mall). The position is great especially if sitting outside because is exactly in front of the fountain so in the evening you can enjoy the show while eating (unfortunately outside is also the smoking area).
