One of the biggest airports in the world, a world-class facility with a lot of concourses, sections, etc. I transferred with a bus on the apron, which took forever. Ways can be long, but that is due to the sheer size and the economic boom of Emirates Airlines and the UAE as such. Eateries are a bit expensive, except McDonalds.

Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport is undoubtedly five-star. Hats off to the Airport Management.Thumbs up to Emirates Airlines they have come such a long way in the last 20 years. Constantly improving and innovating. I really love travelling with them and cannot give enough praise to mangement of DXB and indeed the national carrier.
Check-in for PIA is terminal 1 and signage makes finding the area very easy. The check-in area benefits from excellent branding and queue management, giving a very positive first impression to customers. I checked in relatively early for the flight and so queuing time was a short 10 to 12 minutes. PIA use 06 desks in total and so the queue moves forward at a quick pace. It is worth noting that passengers, getting there early has some obvious advantages. Proactive roaming staff help to direct passengers and the service offered by the check-in staff was good, although disappointingly no seat selection was available.
As always, ahead of the best airports in the world in terms of ease of travel, deployment of latest and best technology for better and faster travel experience and courteous staff. Even d this pandemic time, it was a quick and comfortable experience arriving at Dubai Airport.
Covid has reduced travel at Dubai Airport as well. The place is very empty as of September 2021. Thorough security checks. Great views from departure gates, for the planes taking off
Easily one of the best airports that I have ever been to. When the weather is good and it’s not hazy, you can see the Burj Khalifa from the airport. And when you are landing or taking off, keep an eye on the shoreline and if you are lucky you can get a glance at the palm jumeirah.You can also find some random pigeons chilling in the airport as well.
Really great overall experience.Was guided to my destination, got a Careem car quick and easy, had no difficulties finding my way around the place.Landed around 22 local time and I could find pretty much all the things I needed to get from the airport
The airport is huge. There are shops and everything else one would want to buy. Its very comfortable and convenient. There are proper signs and directions given. The employees are also very helpful. There are many currency exchanges. There are washrooms everywhere. Everything is expensive but since its branded the quality of goods is great. Since, the place is quiet large its takes time to go from one gate to another. The airport is very clean and spacious.
Terminal 1 has one concourse (concourse D), Terminal 2 is set apart from the other two main buildings and Terminal 3 is divided into Concourse A, B, and C. Dubai international airport is the perfect definition for luxury!Terminal 3 is the Emirates airlines basic hub, the terminal is like a big mall with luxurious restaurants in addition to the family area. It is very clean with many facilities, moreover, toilets are available every 20 meters and they are very clean. The duty free area is massive and reasonably priced!
Dubai airport is soo beautiful, neat , and classy at the same time . I really like the designing of the shops available in airport , a really big airport and they have two types of chairs/ seats and both r soo comfortable one is for just sitting and the second one is for lie-down so you can sleep on them and can get ready for your next flight , huge size of restrooms , i mean restroom should always on point and i was soo happy after seeing their restrooms.
All flight crew was so nice and professional, the staff at the ground DXB airport the checking #5 (flight to IAD) was horrible disrespectful and rude staff especially the night supervisor name SANA (she must have good connection to stay at that position)was so unprofessional Rude and disrespectful,I myself witnessed on my own eyes she talking people trash. she should be the good face of the airline, no matter what, she should be handling every situations in professional and polite manner, Emirates should have look for a better staff when it comes to it’s frequent flyers. I will keep flying with Emirates.
Stunning.Since emirates stopped flying to South Africa I have been forced to use Qatar and fly to Doha.The subdued lighting there didnt do it for me.Dxb is bright, glitzy and fabulous.I am clearly a boor.
I love this airport. It has prayer areas and clean bathrooms for men and women. There are few places that offers good food, coffee and desserts! Also it offers planty of resting places if someone is tired and many duty free shops can keep one occupied while on long layover. This is one of the best airport that I have visited.
This airport is the place of joy. This place having everything which you meant to be enjoye and relax. Cant imagine this place is having Gym, Sauna, Massage centres which is top class and beauty of the place.

So one can already imagine the wonderful quality of service offered at this airport, besides the amazing new modern building.The shopping of course here is wow 🤩The lounges are all wonderful weather the Emirates or others like Marhaba lounge.There is a great variety or fast food joints, food court area, restaurants & bars at this airport.The airport operates a transit area hotel for the passengers who need it on flexible hourly or overnight charges.The check in experience is great all the staff are wonderful, including immigration and airport Secuirty.It’s a fun airport to fly from or transit!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Beautiful airport but the bathroom situation is disgusting. Its 2021 and they still have the hole in the floor, no urinals so lines are long because you have to wait for people going #2. Otherwise everything else is great.

Its most busiest airport I have ever seen. Before corona flights were taking off every fraction of seconds which was worth watching. I wonder how were they managing too much load gracefully. Never faced any trouble on the airport. Swift immigration process, lounges are at in high quality. Staff is very polite and generous.

Terminal 1 has one concourse (concourse D), Terminal 2 is set apart from the other two main buildings and Terminal 3 is divided into Concourse A, B, and C. Excellent and one of the most modern Airports Ive been to in all of my travels. Although I must say on my most recent transit stop, it seemed like a ghost town, deserted and almost empty.... given the Covid-19 related slow down in International travel. Even so its always an enjoyable experience passing through Dubai Airport. The very many high end stores, excellent duty free shops and fabulous restaurants makes it one of the finest airports anywhere in the world.Things to do in Dubai Airport: I have mentioned some which I loved.1. Relax in the Zen Gardens (T3 B7- B27)2. Take a nap in a sleep ‘n fly pod (T3 A Gates)3. Get a massage at Xpresspa (T3 B and C Gates)4. It was a really magnificent experience here. At that time, it felt like this is the biggest airport ever built (which obviously wasnt the case). It is indeed state of the art facilities. Despite being one of the busiest airports on the world, they are kept it really well maintained and neat. There are several seating areas available here. Also, there is a proper shuttle service. Dubai Airport has a well-deserved reputation as being one of the best in the world without any doubt. There are several good points to list here. If you need to transit here or visit, do not hesitate as Dubai Airport will not disappoint you for sure. It has everything a traveler would require.

On July 8 2019, I was through terminal 3, Concourse A in NBO-DXB-DEL route with Emirates.Its big & beautiful airport with a lot to see. As I had enough time I had travelled to Concourse B & C by train. Going & coming back takes approx 30 min. Seen all around for hours before boarding my flight.
The service in Dubai airport is exceptional great. They having amazing customer service and amazing guidelines display. The staff is courteous and always present a great smile.The crowd management is done amazingly well. It reflects on the systems that are placed in the entire Emirate. Hats off to the team.On the downside, since the airport is huge there is lot to walk inside the airport
Large airport but it is organized and clean. Good collection of shops. Very clean rest rooms. Available prayer places. Airport employee are available to help. They have slanted chairs which were very comfortable for sleeping.
Good and clean Terminal 1. All precautionary measures taken. Couple of lounge services, stayed and enjoyed Ahlan Lounge service. Loved the food, massage chairs in the lounge. Good rate 210 Aed/ pax and extendable on hourly basis as per requirement. Visa priority access.

Dubai was a good airport but experience of using its restroom was not quite good all the time. I was really surprised with the designer approach how he chooses only one seat bathroom for whole floor where commuters cross through for connecting flights!!! ops! No one notice about big line outside conventional indian style bathroom!!!nausty, poor cleanliness.

Have to appreciate the planning and foresight...Walking is long - 😉 good for excercise... But it keeps u occupied during Transit... Keep some spare Cash if u like shopping...

Great facility. Very well run. Amazing airport...Access to/from the metro station is somewhat limited however. To access the Terminal-3 metro station, one has to walk from the airport shuttle bus stop underneath the metro station to the other side of the terminal and back up to the metro station building. The reverse trip is also long. Not sure why direct access is not available.

This airport is becoming less and less visitor friendly. Overall Dubai airport experience was amazing. Futuristic, modern and comfortable for transit. Food was amazing. Staff not that friendly. Value for money for business class passengers.
Very well maintained and designed. Rest chairs more needed as airport is quite busy but often found people looking for chairs to stretch their back because of long delays flights. Very cleaned and Air conditioning was good few months ago. service is really nice. Tap water service require some improvement.

Concourse D of T1 is spacious and well maintained. Have to use an airtrain from the main building to reach D gates, but its a really short ride and frequency of the train is around 2 minutes

Test itself takes just 1 min an you good to goFree SIM card on arrival with 1gb of data makes getting away from the airport much much easier so you dont have to look for a sim card you get one for free from the immigration officer

The best airport in the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
An oasis in the middle of bustling airport. We rented a room for 3 hrs stay on way to Maldives and then a full night on return journey as we landed at 21:30 and connecting flight was at 09:00. I do not regret as I love this airport and suddenly we had all the time we needed for shopping, resting and enjoying travel. Rooms are big, clean, spacious and very quiet. A perfect place to rest if you are transiting. One does not need much for these short stays and I think hotel does exactly what you expect from him. See you next time.
I didn’t find a spot to stand outside for arrivals when I came back and weather were so bad so when I saw my family I jumped in the car instead of walking to parking wearing heavy hoodie . It took less then one minute . I was sweating and tired after 19 hours flying but the police decide to give fine for 500 AED and refuse talking to me . Plus because we hd a transit in Qatar there forse us to do COVID test . But if we r coming direct we don’t repeat the test . Last time I use this terminal
