1) They wont refund you. In fact they will give you vouchers with limited validity2) They will cancel flights at last moment and may reschedule after three days. The money you spent for covid tests lost since you wont get an alternate flight at that time.3) On the next scheduled day, they will repeat the same process.Never recommend this. Would have given zero star...

It is been a big issue to book a ticket from Online, couldn’t pay, system was rejecting the payment automatically, however I sent an email to Customer services but as usual no answer, they never ever replied to email, what is the point of mentioning to sent email of customer has a problem when they don’t reply, but tried to call and spoke with one of the agent who even was not able to help with simple questions, however had a terrible experience with Flydubai, if I had any other option to fly could choose anyone except Flydubai. Would be great if you could improve your CS.

Flydubai is not reliable....better to travel with Emirates Airlines. Recently we faced travel issues with Flydubai. No proper answer and no proper reply for our emails even urgent issues also.
