Worst experience with them. First they installed AC at wrong place and took AED 500 as installation charge . Lot of vibration and noice was coming inside the room.Later they said if you want to move we will charge Aad 75/meter extra and took 525 more( For 7 meter pipe). Very bad.

Horrific experience I had with them. So untrained primitive people given a job as technicians to deal with sophisticated educated people. Five times technicians came over from their side and the problem still persists. I made an official complain about the attitude of one of their (5) technicians attitude. When he finished instead of sufficiently explaining a resolution he just so rudely hang up the phone. Yesterday another technician came over and when finished - instead of explaining anything, I was promised that a technician will show me how to use the unit, but never happened - so I had to call him before he leaves and instead of explaining he gave the phone over to my driver to explain the issue to me.

My experience with Taqeef to supply & install AC in new villa. Contract with does not have any reference number nor date. Poor design. Noisy ducts. Delays. AC units commissioned and ran without filter element. Two units not working under warranty but they would charge you to attend. Not recommended at all.

Absolutely useless. Very bad maintenance. Visited Over 5 times to sort a cooling issue and all they do is charge you money and fill it up with gas. Not bothered to send a problem solver, just the usual poor ac technicians that have not been told of the problem.

Buying online is cheaper than buying in store even with Esaad/Fazaa card. They are cheating their customers BIG TIME!!!!!
