Confirmed by the company over facebook for today, September 11 at 2 pm (rate was given too and agreed) but when hubby was reconfirming (on facebook, screenshots attached) the night prior the appointment, he replied the next day that he can only send the team on Sunday at 2 pm. Hubby called to complain that they are not professional and the guy replied were not professional or youre not professional?, poor customer service and said that my hubby didnt reply to his message (sounds like hes trying to blame us to cover their mistake/confusion). Definitely not recommended!

SCAM!!! Avoid at all cost. They run a fraudulent business. I hired them to do duct cleaning and coil cleaning which they said would take 4 hours and 400 AED. The team arrived and finished everything in JUST one hour. My AC stopped working properly after these guys left. They started blaming building maintenance team for the fault. I will not recommend this company to anyone even if they offer the service for 100 AED.They dont even cover the furniture. They have one plastic sheet that they will put on your bed. Thats it.When I called them to report the issue they were extremely rude and said you can complain to anyone..we do not care.

They damaged My ACs, the expert left his team after 15 mins and they didnt install the AC motor properly the AC filters were left on the side and my AC now makes weird noises when turned on. I dont recommemd them at all.

Awal experts are great for ac cleaning - ideal if you have allergies, etc. I’ve recently used them to do an ac duct cleaning for a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 ac unit. The team came on time and were so informative. They showed us before and after photos, explained what they were going to clean and washed each and every vent on the ceiling. I really liked that they cleaned up after themselves. I was super impressed with the service especially as the price is so affordable compared to a few other companies who charge double for the same service. I booked to get my AC cleaning in my apartment. They arrived on time and my AC vents are all clean. The issue was that they have damaged and made scratches on my walls. This was due to them carelessly moving air vents around in my bathroom to clean them. I reported this to the booking person and he said he would look into this and never got back. The worst part is that I just had my place painted a month ago. The other issue is that the apartment is a complete mess after. They only cover your furniture so every thing else in my place had dust all over it. My kitchen was the worst because the dishes on the drying rack were dusty after they left. Overall the people who cleaned the air vents did a good job cleaning the vents and were nice but professionalism and care your place was a 0. big scratches on the wall, dust over all your stuff. Would not recommend unless you are moving out of your place or plan to have your place repainted/cleaned right after.

Booked them after reviews from our community page and i must say im completely satisfied. team arrived on time with all the necessary equipment. minimal supervision was needed as they covered all the furniture with plastic and did the work. took two workers about 2.5 hours to do vent cleaning for 3 units. they even cleaned the bathroom/shower area when they left as they used it to wash AC filters. overall very satisfied with the job.

Qasim and his team were here half an hour earlier which is very uncommon in the UAE. They worked fast but, as far as I can ascertain, professionally using machinery to go deep inside the AC ducts. Afterwards, each duct was desinfected/fumigated and the metal grills and filters were cleaned as well.The English of the foreman (?) was very good which made communication easy. Also something which is uncommon here.They also had a look at the blower motors (which are becoming increasingly noisy) and recommended a repair which we will consider.Only point I would mention where the company could improve is they way how they cover furniture to protect it from dust.While the did so diligently using lots of plastic foil, they reused the same sheets in all rooms again, which likely leads to some extent of contamination spread from room to room.Overall, a company to recommend.

I used get standard AC Cleaning.However, AWAL team did a wonderful job of cleaning the ducts and grills thoroughly.
