Simply amazing. We had so much fun with the kids doing all kinds of activities from sand boarding, buggy ride, camel riding and sitting by the warm fire at night. The breakfast meal was very good with various items. The pool had temperature control which allowed us to swim in winter. Desert dunes quality here are among the best Ive seen. Night time is special with clear view of the moon and stars away from light pollution. Rooms are clean and cozy. The fort rooms are specially bigger and really worth it for bigger families with its 3 bedrooms. We were there during new year Eve and special show with DJ was nice addition. In short, we loved it and will be visiting again.

A great escape from the city life, I like to first mention the very friendly staff, they were helping us all the time with our needs and guiding us to get the maximum of the experience.Following were the highlights.Thrilling 4x4 buggy cart ride.Lovely Arabian food experienceFat cyclingPoolAnd the dunes just a walk away.We climbed the dunes to catch the sunrise and the sunset.Notes before you go, due to covid-19 they have stopped some activities like shisha, belly dancing.. dune rides.. etc. Please call and confirm the above before you visit.Overall a great desert escape.

Arabian Nights Village provides a beautiful stay and experience at a beautiful location. The quality of service is exceptional: the staff greeted our every request with kindness and helpfulness. When our car got stuck in the dunes, they were more than happy to help us get it out. The food is delicious and fresh with a massive variety. The rooms are always clean and have a relaxing vibe with the decor. The amenities at the property are amazing, including the outdoor pool, a massive dune for sandblasting, camel rides, and the best one: quad biking. This surely is a must visit site, even though it may be priced slightly above alternative options.

Love love love this place!!!! We have been on numerous desert safaris and had pretty disappointing experiences however Arabian Nights really was amazing. Great service and friendly staff. We were greeted with a smile with every question and request. The food was so good and the activities were really nice. A nice camel ride and dune bashing followed by sand-boarding, star gazing, belly dancer, and my favorite was the live Oud music. We stayed past the dedicated time and weren’t asked to leave by the staff. They simply accommodated is. I plan to return to stay in one of the family suites for a peaceful break.

We spent one night at the village. When we arrived we had a warm welcome with some drinks and an Arabian guitar player. The village and the great dune were lightend up and created an awesome atmosphere. We slept in a bungalow which was very clean and nice furnished in Arabian style. The next morning we were woken up by our hosts and got some tea in front of the village to enjoy the landscape. Camel riding and an unforgettable jeep trip into the desert followed.Later we got a nice breakfast and had some time to jump into the pool or climb the dune. There would be much more to do...Probably we’ll come back one day! Thanks again to the team of Arabian Nights Village!!!

Very nice place to relax and enjoy desert life, secured and well served. Very good stuff. I wanted to give five stars but I was little bit upset that swimming pool water heaters were out of service although the lady who did the reservation confirmed to us that water will be warm and good for the kids to swim which was not the case, second reason is the price which I believe is expensive and will be much better if they include other paid activities within the whole package

It takes about 2.5 hours from Dubai, u could use Al Yalayis to avoid Salik, the road is all paved except for the last 25 kms where you might need to engage ur 4A in your 4 wheeler and enjoy a magnificent drive on a sandy/stony road seeing dues on your left and right side. Drive slowly on this part incase of camels crossing the road. The place itself is built the Arabian style in the middle of the desert/nature. The staff is so friendly and service exceeds expectations. Toilets are super clean.Enjoy your beer/wine for 25dhs each.Buffet is really good and filled with variety to satisfy different styles. The show starts at around 6.30PM, singing and belly dance, while DJ is playing music at all times. You could book a room and enjoy your night there. If you have passion for dune bashing, arrive a little earlier to play around while the sun is still up. Safety comes 1st though 😉Overall experience is AWESOME

Arabian Nights Village is a beautiful Oasis in the middle of Abu Dhabis desert. Away from the noise and fast paced city life, you will find tranquility and peace in this village. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and have everything you need to feel at home in your own Arabian adventure. The decorations make a very big difference and make this an unforgettable experience. All the activities that are included are a must. You cannot miss the dune bashing as youll be able to take pictures of the sun setting over the desert. The oud music and belly dancer show is excellent. The dinner buffet has a variety of food to accommodate anyones taste buds - be sure to try Arabic food as it is very good and fresh. The Umm Ali (Arabic desert) is to die for.An overnight stay makes a big difference as you will have more time to enjoy all the activities available (especially the sunrise camel trek). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am sure to come back and recommend this to everyone I know!

We took around an hour for us to travel here from the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Taking a 4x4 after around 45 minutes you turn of the motorway and onto a desert track, where you soon experience the beauty and solitude of the desert. Arriving at the village we went dune bashing in the same vehicle, followed by watching the sun come down over the dunes, you really do feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, and its great. After this we had an excellent meal and entertainment. I would highly recommend this trip for its views, excitement and the realisation that Abu Dhabi is a very young country and this place demonstrates what it used to be like.

Beautiful place. The staff, all staff that we encountered were so lovely and helpful. We asked for 2 chairs to be put outside our room, and they did it with no problems. We wanted to sit outside for dinner but only inside was available, they got a table and chairs ready outside for us. I needed an adapter for my phone charger and they managed to find one for me. Best service for sure. I stay at many places and this one gets the best service award. The food was also delicious. I wasnt expecting such variety for our dinner and breakfast. Great quality of food. This is really a lovely place to spend some relaxing time. The camp is situated in a beautiful part of the dessert. It is very quiet and peaceful! We took the wrong road which was very harsh to the car.....so be sure take the directions from the camp and not from Google maps!!Or cabine/tent was nice and comfortable (except the pillows, they are to high and to stiff) good hot shower available in the middle of the dessert and flushing toilet.Food is really nice. Breakfast and dinner where included. We where there earlier and took lunch too. They have a la carte option. Very reasonable priced and well prepared. There was nice wine and beer available at an extra cost. Staff is really nice and they do everything within their possibility to make you stay very pleasant. They offered us a complimentary tour with the dessert buggies which we enjoyed. Therefore we book a private tour the next day with sunrise...... it was amazing!!At night they served a good dinner with entertainment. We hope to go back there soon!!

After a night of camping nearby this resort I decided to stop in and have a cup of coffee. It was an impulse decision but I have a special memory of this place because it was the first resort I stayed in the UAE. I went to the restaurant where they serve breakfast and I had 1x Americano. The coffee flavour was good but I noticed on the suspected clean table that I was sitting at there was a butter knife with chocolate smeared on it. No drama since I wasnt using that knife but nasty. Then while waiting for my bill one of the waiters came over and grabbed the extra unused cup from my table and took it to another table and poured tea in it. That is absolutely disgusting, even prior to covid I would be grossed out. Im talking, laughing, and germs are flying out of my mouth while sitting at this table. I was happy with my coffee but the lack of detail and cleanliness makes me question what exactly happens if no one pays attention. People pay good money to stay at this beautiful resort and it is your responsibility to provide a perfect, safe, experience that will be remembered. Treat your customers with respect and it starts with not cutting corners and doing your best.

We have been there on last weekend with family friends. It was an awesome experience. Foods were so good specially Indian biriany. The quality of all services were exceptionally good. The night was so wonderful with chilling cold and bonfire and belly dance during dinner made our moment unique. Special thanks to Mr Varun and Tins for their tireless services. Fortunately we have got a Bengali chef and his cooking has given us the local taste. Kids had fun moments doing camel riding, quad baking and sand dunes adventures. And lastly we climbed to highest sand dunes in the village and had skate boarding. In total it was one our memorable time. We have booked for 2 nights and it was value for money. Looking forward to stay in next year.

I didnt hate the place, I hated the hotel manager who talked down to me while I asked if I could enter the reception to wash my hands after doing a lot of clean up work for PRESERVING THE DESERT. I was at a major event two nights ago nearby the resort. We did have dinner at the resort so I was a paying customer. I was really disappointed by the way I was spoken to on the next day. There is no way the hotel manager represents Arabic traditions of kindness and understanding. Rudest manager Ive come into contact in a long while.

Strangely, would probably not agree with most of the reviews here. Very rude staff, with the exception of the boys at the shisha stand. Great property, run by really rude staff and management. Its probably a thing when it comes to handling different segments of people. The waiter at the restaurant did not want to clean up the water drunk by the earlier party and refresh the water, stating that the water is just fine as people may have just had it off the glasses. It was clear that the glasses were used. He then went on to showing his dismay in having to serve anything else, hence just stated that everything is closed. The management then decided to throw a whole group of people waiting for their delayed transport out of their entry area, in to the scorching desert stating this is a offlimits. Mind you, the only amenity these folks were looking forward to was some shade and way off the resort premises for full paying guests(and the group were paying guests on a special conditions). I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, on the terms of extremely poor hospitality. Hotels in poorer countries wouldve taken better care of non paying guests on humanitarian grounds.

Review №54

It is very unfortunate when you have to write a review about a beautiful property that has huge potential but is sadly run by the wrong people. when you think about an Arabian night, you expect to receive the famous Arabian hospitality but unfortunately the manager does not understand this concept. I was a customer of a special event of almost 500 people (500 potential customers that are lost because they were treated poorly). Most customers were staying at tents near the property and the contract was to use the common facility in the evening and have dinner and use the facility the morning after. And some were actually staying in the huts. However, once the checkout time lapsed, they would not let us back in the resort to use the common facilities stating (you are no longer our customers). We are talking about stranding people in the middle of the desert in the heat without access to toilets or a proper shade! this includes women, children and elderly people. HOW IS THIS OK!!I’m sorry but in any hotel, after service is a must. They even threw the bags of the people staying in the hotel outside in the Abu Dhabi sun (which is excruciating)! This is a remote area in the middle of the desert. So transportation is challenging and delays are bound to happen. You cannot just kick your customers outside in the sun to wait for their transportation when you know this! I’m sorry but we are talking about the ABC’s of hotel management. Service is not on a 24-hour timer. That is just unacceptable for any hotel star rating, never the less a supposedly “Luxury” resort.

Review №55

As an emirati Im truly ashamed by the way the hotel manager treated visitors! it is disappointing to see such a nice place representing our culture, heritage, and environment run by the likes of this management individuals. I truly believe they are a disgrace to our traditions and hospitality and absolutely have nothing to do with this business. They gave the worst image to people visiting Abu Dhabi some of them for the first time in their lives. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I care about until the management are changed.

Review №56

The place is perfect in terms if facilities HOWEVER, if there is below one star rating I would give it to this place the managing team and the services are horrible! They got no customer service or hospitality basic etiquette whatsoever, the manager is rigid and very difficult and lack the basic skills of communication. We were part of an event that was held there and the manager didnt allow me to go to the toilet saying rudley that Im no longer his customer because I passed the check out time!!!! he claims he needs to clean it for a larger group coming!! He even didnt allow us to stay inside while we wait for our buses he literally stood infront if the door not allowing anyone in! And let us stand in the sun for 45 minutes till our busses arrived!! They were kids and elderly among us.. Not only its against the hospitality, tourism concepts that ppl pay for when they go to a resort, but also inhuman!!!When you pay 1500 DH for a night you expect a luxurious treatment, and a normal treatment was not provided not even a one star! I dont know how the owners allow such a service to represent their resort or even tourism in AD! Very disappointing

Very nice resort. But keep in mind, that it is not made for longer stays. Daytrips or overnight stays are absolutely enough.Pickup and drop-off are very unorganized and if you book it via another portal than its own Internet site, you have to take care of organizing it yourself. Before pick-up, you will have to sign a dubious disclaimer. So take care of a good health insurance, in advance.Busride is very nice and takes about one hour.Rooms and setting are very beautiful and really tranquil and relaxing.I absolutely suggest to visit Al-Ain. The resort will drive you there privately for a very reasonable price.Breakfast is very good, but the dinner buffet is quite disillusioning, though the quality of the food is acceptible. The staff is very nice and relaxed, which is a welcome change to the more stiff atmosphere in the hotels in the city.Dune bashing, quad riding and the evening show are very entertaining.Overall, a very nice stay for a reasonable price.

I had to go out to the road to bring a friend, and told them Im coming back in an hour or so, when I came back the doors were locked and I kept knocking forever for someone to open, but I was stuck alone OUTSIDE the resort.
