Scam. They advertised on Groupon for services. I paid for groupon that is supposed to be valid until April 2021. Now is January. I called to make the appointment and they said they do not accept groupons anymore AND they will not refund. Be careful. DO NOT do business here. They took my money and then cancelled services!

Very bad service. Came as a groupon customer but they refused groupon. Service is bad and way below average. Got peeling skin around my fingers after the manicure which was not something that usually happens. My friend got her nail polish peeling while we were still in the salon which was really weird, they gave her other covers of nail polish and ended up with bubbles in the nail polish.Really bad service. They were nice to my little girl though.

Worst experience ever !!!I called to book appointment for body massage and to my surprise nobody in that places speaks english. One of the staff asked me to call another number to book, which i did as said. Called the other place and booked appointment at 4pm and reached on time. The staff gave me wrong location and told me that this place is a branch of the same saloon but does not accept groupon deals. They advised me to go to their other branch and before leaving from there one of the staff called and informed the other branch that we will be coming now. So now when i reach the actial Toi et moi spa a very rude thin morrocan lady on the top of her voice says why did you buy groupon? .. we don’t have any contract with groupon, where as the deal is still active for purchase till now. She asked me to get a refund from groupon and did not provide the service. Very Rude and Unprofessional staff !!!

Great place and easy to find. If you taking your own car, expect a 5-10 minute wait to find parking. The place is clean and the friendly staff are very helpful. If going for a full body massage, ask for Mary. Side note: this salon is only for ladies, all the feedback is from my wife.

The place itself is all right but nothing so special. I came for a massage with Mary. The room was small and you hear too much noises from other costumers as the door dont even close properly. But the therapist Mary is worth 10/10.Even the surroundings are not so great, I would go back to recieve a massage from Mary.

Extremely horrible quality of service - nail color is peeling off after less than 15 hours, staff is rude and unprofessional. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

-100 Super rude! i specifically asked for 11 am meni pedi and 2 ladies, they booked me. Waited, 11.15 am only 1 lady, other was rude and said wait until 12 for the 2nd lady. She argued, was rude, horrible experience.gave me wrong number not of manager. Manager came she shouted at me also, tokd me to lower my voice or call police.When she later heard my story, apologized, and wouldnt give refund for groupon, so i had to. Never going back!!

I did a gelish manicure after 2 hour i was shocked that the nail polish is coming out like a sticker.. i went there the next day and they said that its first time happened and they refuse to return the money and they asked me to do it again after one day it came out again .. i spoke with the manager she said we will call you back but nobody called .. its so expensive than other spas with bad quality... waste of time and money

Quite decent. But don’t expect it to be luxury. It is just an economic place but it is worth the money.

They promised same groupon price.But charge 5%up for VAT. And even i ask for back 5% but they didnt and ask me they will do next time🤣😅 . I will not go again

Best massage I have ever gotten, great service and really nice ladies working there - I highly recommend!

I was hoping for a relaxing spa experience when i bought a Groupon voucher for Toi et Moi; unfortunately i left the place more stressed out than when i started! the groupon included a 60 minute massage, a mani- pedi and paraffin treatment. the massage was actually only 53 minutes long and was often interrupted by somebody wanting to use the bathroom that was right next to the massage room; this meant that every time somebody knocked on the door my masseuse had to stop the massage let the person in waited till they finished and then start up again! so on the whole i guess i got a 40 minute massage. Also the bathroom was smaller that a porta-porti, didint even have a real door, just a shutter, and didnt have a light! so if you wanted to use the loo you had to use your phone light or leave the door open and hope no one walks in on you!... moving on to the mani-pedi; they didint even clean the area after the previous client was done; in fact i had to point out dead skin lying around to the technician GROSS! to add to the lack of hygiene they use the reusable kind of paddle foot scrubs that have now been worn by use on many many clients. besides the terrible hygiene the work wasnt even good! i had to constantly keep telling the technicians that they hadnt cleaned my nails properly, they missed a spot and the shaping was off (an of course the technicians blamed this on my nails....). Coming to the paraffin, the groupon hadnt specified it was only for feet or only for hands therefore i assumed it was both; unfortunately it was only for the hand and they barley left the paraffin on for 5 minutes before pulling it off to get me out of the chair; also they barley do it up to your wrists and after some coaxing they reluctantly did it up to my forearms. Lastly i added on a waxing service for my arms; they used a very cheap weird smelling wax which made my skin smell weird after. Now after all this when i went to pay for just my waxing which was extra from the groupon i was informed i had to also pay the VAT extra on all the services since this was not included in the groupon; i refused to do this since i wasnt informed prior and groupons are supposed to be all inclusive. they finally accepted and charged me only for the wax the receipt of which they failed to provide which leads me to believe they havent even registered for tax since they couldnt give me a tax invoice. an all together unhygienic and stressful experience !!

Customer service was extremely poor at the salon and even though we had an appoinment the treatment started nearly 45 mins late. The manager on duty was very rude and did not inform us prior to our booking that some treatments were unavailable. The salon was disorganized and the mani pedi stations and tools were unhygienic. They do not use sterilized tool per customer. And at the end of the service they tried to charge VAT on the service as well as our groupon voucher without VAT transaction reciept. The only good experice was the massage done by my therapist Marichelle as she tried to make the experience as relaxing as possible under the circumstance. But that dint fully make up for the rudeness and lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend this place if you are particular about hygiene and are looking for relaxing spa day. It was an unfortunate experience considering we were looking forward to visit the spa as it looked great online and seemed to provide good deals.

I got a little more than I bargained for here. Six of my fingers bled after the manicure and this has never happened to me anywhere else.
