Went for a sunrise kayaking tour. Its beautiful and serene, lovely and helpful staff, yummy food at the coffee shop. They provide waterproof bags for your valuables and can keep other bags in their office. If you go kayaking, take a change of clothes, a towel and shower gel. They have a shower, but no amenities provided. Make sure to check the tides as the best time is when its high tide. There are road works going on at the exit of the Park and its tricky (in the dark) to not miss the turn. After that we did the walkway. Definitely worth visiting though.

It’s the kind of serene best enjoyed when there aren’t too many people around. Look to visit in off-peak days/hours. If weekends/holidays are the only options, turn up bright and early. With fewer people around you might end up spotting more birds too.

Short drive from abudhabi (20 minutes) and its located outer of the city. Around three KM walkway is there and we can closely watch crabs, fishes, 30plus type of flamingos and variety birds also. If you are planning to visit here, please take the enough water, and there is a restaurant also available. 15 Aed for adults 10 aed for childrens.. One of the best spot in abudhabi.

Although I was very excited to visit this place from very long, the place is not very fascinating as expected. Its just a walk through a pond with a distinctively located mangrove trees. Was able to spot a few variety of fishes.Suggest to visit the place during winters only as the 🚶‍♂️ through in a Windy day would be well enjoyed.

Went in evening, reached at 5:30pm with comfortable enough weather and good time to see the sunset start. 2km for full round of boardwalk, takes about 1 hour, of course depends on how deeply you take time to observe the sights. Plenty of Mangrove crab species, a few bird sightings, some small schools of fish. Would be good to bring children along.

A quiet and serene place to visit. Weve been there looking for birds and we were not very lucky. Just the casual heron or egret on top of the resident crabs. This place is an absolute treat for the family. With a meagre AED 15 entry fee, its worth the drive and all the time spent there. The boardwalk leads you all the way through the serene mangroves. Its really well planned and executed as you get to traverse through the natural land and seascapes of the mangroves, with routine stops to interact with the nature. One such stop, lets you dip your feet into the water for a relaxing experience.Theres also a viewing point thats really safe for kids, and gives you the opportunity to take some great pictures of the area. To finish things off, they have a really chill and cozy cafe where you can indulge in snacks and beverages.

Park ticketing office and coffee shop setup is very modern and inviting and has a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. The mangrove walking trail has a guided option, which I would recommend as some of the information posts along the route are extremely faded and illegible.NOTE: Check tidal times before visiting as during low tide there is very little water and you wont see the typical picturesque views as advertised.

Tickets at only 15 aed per person, you only need to go online right before entering to book your ticket time slot and pay inside (I’m not sure if this will be the system permanently or just per COVID precautions). There are informative signs every 20 steps or so with descriptions on the mangroves and wildlife, however, one staff member was kind enough to give me FAR more detailed and interesting facts and information about the birds, crabs, trees and plants in the park. I visited in January so the weather was great for the visit, cold breeze, but strong sun at noon. It’s composed of a brief but beautiful trail through a part of the mangroves. Worth it. Sit and chill and observe the wildlife.
