We have gone for two rounds of kayaking in the area. The place is amazing and a new walkway alongside the mangroves has opened for the public . It sports a very good cycle track and viewing decks with binoculars . The decks also has mesh nets to view the seabed and corals beneath . As to kayaking it is very wonderful experience and the service providers operate from backside of a Anantara hotel in the vicinity. The waters are very calm and clear . Very good spot for a evening stroll or a weekend workout .

It was my first kayaking, I must say it was challenging at the beginning to understand it, but after 5 min if you have clear communication with your partner you should move forward.Going during summer I truly dont recommend it since its very hot ... we went to the see the sunset this was outstanding but you will end up all sweaty due to the hot in summer ....

Amazingly vibrant place. Highly recommended to go during sunset. You can rent a speed boat or party boat from the Eastern Mangrove (back side of Anantara hotel) and can have a great time with family and friends. There are also plenty of show for dining in like Peppermill, Star bucks etc.

It’s a natural resource destination and good ambiance also now they restored pathways and cycles trucks also

It is nice and relaxing to roam around the park. There are some exercising equipments and different activity you can try. Had fun using the swing and trying out the telescope or binoculars or whatever that thing is called. There are also food trucks and stalls where you can get snacks. Recommended to visit during the winter season. I had so much fun this evening walking around the park.

My best spot to have a walk and play kayak. Also I love to have my coffee there as I enjoy the lovely view there

The place was revamped recently. It is a great place to have some fresh air. A cycling track is also built.

Lovely experience ealry morning in mangrove park. very peacefulplace. I went in boat trip. you can also rent kayaking or paddling boats.

I stayed for 3 nights in a mangroves-facing room. The view was very nice and the room was spacious and well furnished. There is a nice walking area accessible to hotel guests. There is also a mini-mall a walking distance away that have various cafes and restaurants. There is also several companies that rent kayaks, paddle boats, boats, and yachts just outside the hotel.It was a nice stay. There was a couple of issues though. There was loud live music from the restaurant that played way after 12:00am one night which was annoying. Another is the breakfast buffet. It was difficult finding someone to help even though there was few guests. Omelettes and other food that were supposed to be hot was actually warm.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend the hotel if you are coming to Abu Dhabi.

Good experience. Never miss it... We can use boat and kayaking to enter the middle of mangroves.. when we are using boats we can see flamingo island also..

Beautiful place to spend your mornings and evenings, the mangroves are creating clear water around the small islands. Good to do kayaking if you are healthy and brave also boating is very interesting. You can check online for getting a kayak or boat for rent at a lower price. Week days are busy and the rent will be higher also. Go there to wach a sunset or sunrise, it will be a great experience.

Amazing place to discover nature and do water sports .. different equipment are rented in front of Anantara ressort where you can choose .. enjoy the rides and I advice not to come close to boats if you are doing kayak because it maybe drowns you in the water.

Kids enjoyed playing in sand and water.We took boat from Anantara Hotel to the mangrove.The boat ride was wonderful experience.The weather was not too hot so was bearable.We went in morning around 10 and stayed at mangrove till 1.Need to carry water, snacks, sunscreen, swimwear, sand toys/watergun etc.Parking is available at Anantara Hotels.Need to book boat prior as to confirm availability.People can do kayaking as well.Must experience for Abu Dhabi people.

A new place to visit if you a havent got a chance visit mangrove before. The mangrove is having a boarded walk way which gives a good chance to see and appreciate these exotic plants closely. The entrance fees is very nominal but please ensure to book in advance before you visit as it is mostly fully booked so walk in are not entertained. You also have an option to hire a nelectric boat or a Kanoe if your really want to wander deep in mangrove. Im planning to do this for sure on my next visit.

Visited the place on a weekday 3 pm. It was a nice breezy evening perfect for a walk. Enjoyed 2kms of walkway with fishes and crabs.

Very nice and clam place to walk, sit and relax. There are couple of restaurants in the same area and also a small shop where you can have some bites and drinks. There are kids play areas built in as well. A very nice place to hangout or relax especially after the recent upgrades or developments they have done in the area.

It’s a peaceful place to go, great for a day trip. Kayaking around the reserve is the best way (in my opinion) to see all the different species of plants and you might even see a few schools of fish. You can also rent out a donut solar powered boat (alone) or a speed boat (with a captain) to take you around the mangrove.

It is very good and nice place. We enjoyed it with family and friends. Kayaks can be rented. On the way you can see:- Pink Flamingos- black crabs- Herons- A lot of other birds

Made it so beautiful. Long stretch of walk way and bicycle tracks with recreational spots like swing and walking on nets. Kids can have fun too. It is very clean and all of us has to do our part to maintain it clean.

Beautiful place for a walk/run. A bit unfortunate that it is located just next to very busy street but still you can enjoy the breeze from Mangroves side for most of the time.

It was a lovely afternoon when we decided to hang out on a boat with my friends. We started our boat ride at Anantara Hotel heading to Al Raha, Yas Island then back to Anantara.Before we head back, we passed by the Mangrove National Park. It was our first time and we didnt expect to see group of people enjoying Kayak paddling. The weather was good and it was perfect to enjoy this kind of activity.On our way inside to the mangrove, we encountered rare kind of birds which we think are habitat inside the mangrove area.I will not elaborate details but I am giving 5 star to Mangrove National Park noting that its existence in UAE becomes very remarkable.Good Job UAE. Mangrove national Park is nice place. Specially for Kayak boating.

The walkway /park has been renovated beautifully. Theres a cycle track and also a wide track for walking. Few workout equipments are available at intervals. See-saw and 2 rope trampoline are available for kids. Located beautifully near the water, there is also a telescope through which we can view the birds like flamingos and herons. Overall its a great place for a leisure walk, or to relax or even for ur routine walks.

Good for kayaking in winter. You can go to Anantara Hotel and there will be many vendors for kayaks. Avg rate for single kayak is 50 and 100 for double.

The new upgradation of Mangrove National park has changed the face of Abudhabi.

A really beautiful and relaxing place.Nice mangrove and city view.You can kayak, sail, or hike around the mangroves.Their are many activities you can do here, if you’re with a group, or solo.

A joyfull experience with easy access to the mangrove national park, a a notable place of biodiversity, in abudhabi. It was my first time in kayaking nd njoyed it.My suggestions.1)Contact with the service provider to ensure the high tide time so that you can access more inside the mangroves, else during low tides will obstruct you from advancing much.2)During summer its Better to carry water and a white cap.3)Choose two person per boat, or you might get tired by rowing alone.4)Arrive on time.5)Dont disturb the ecosystem.

The best and only kayaking place in uae. it gets tiring but it’s fun

I have been there before it was renovated and I can say it has improved a lot because of the new facilities and also the bike lane and jogging/walking track. It also looks cleaner now. But the improvement has sacrifed a lot of the parking spaces that were there before. Before it is easier to park the car because it was a 60° parking; now, aside from the limited parking spaces, it will also take harder and longer time to park(depending on the type and size of vehicle) and could obstruct taffic. But, talking about the park itself, a lot better, safer, and also educational(for children who are first time to see and use a water pump and a telescope).

Not what I pictured it would have been. Its mostly kayaking in a wide channel. The one narrow channel we went down after about 25 minutes of paddling in a wide channel was during low tide so we didnt make it very far before having to turn back. A 2 hour session was more like 90 minutes, including a 15 minute orientation and an unnecessary stop on a beach where I took this picture. I gave it 4 stars because as far as a kayaking experience goes, you do get to enjoy the calm water in a decent quality kayak and the few bird species you encounter along the way. If you wanted to be in the midst of mad mangroves, well this is not the experience I had.

Loved kayaking here. Took a while to find my guide and kayak company but had an awesome time. It was low tide so couldnt go into the mangroves as far but saw blue crabs and found a star fish and did some swimming.

There is work going on , so they closed the half park. Due to work the water is dried up in the mangrove.

The by electricity driven donuts sail very slow, but give you a good experience in the mangrove area. Take food and drinks and enjoy!

Great location. If you are kayaking make sure to go at high tide so you can go through all of the small natural waterways. During low tide they are all above water and you are restricted to the larger dredged areas.

I love the view relaxing while on bike, walking, running and picnic together with your loves ones.

Al Gurm corniche a beautiful place to relax,take pictured and enjoy the lovely view you can walk around and cycling track is there as well. There is a binocular at one of the spot and its fun to see through it into the mangroves....

I had a great experience at a mangrove national park, I recommend everyone to come and check it out because it has great scenery and environment and the restaurants there has a great view to the park
