Just love this place. All their technicians do an amazing job and is probably the best nails branch Ive been to. Their work is always no precise and neat! I love their facials as well.

Salon was clean,modern and staff were friendly. Had a pedicure and foot massage done. The massage was heavenly. Will definitely go back. They have quite a variety of treatments and prices are reasonable.

The service was excellent, the staff was so kind, comforting, and they were so friendly . The place is absolutely clean and sanitary, i usually sacred to go to New place because of covid but all the staff had the proper equipment , face gear, gloves and when u walk in the have a sanitary machine to spray you down with to make me feel great and comfortable eith my experience. I will definitely be coming back again , its now going to be my nail salon , the massage was amazing and she knew exactly what I wanted . Thank you a great experience. They took SCIAL Distancing and COVID 19 precautions seriously. outside shoes placed in a plastic bag, steamed/ temperature check at door, staff suited up with mask, face guard and gloves.... the nail techs were great prices reasonable. Receptionist were very polite and nice.

As someone who cannot afford but to have my nails in their perfect look throughout the year, Nails has been my choice for more than a decade now, maybe more! Two main aspects contributed to my loyalty and hence the ‘5-star’ rating: your professional and friendly technicians, as well as management approach in maintaining this level of service by ensuring the right training is done before assigning new technicians on the job.On a different note, I would urge the management to consider a loyalty program to reward loyal customer and ensure they stick with the brand for good.

Recently not really happy with their service, everytime they ll charge extra under the name of basic service even though i havent asked for those basic services and they dont advise once you book.Two of my friends stopped going there for the same reason. Soon i will stop going there too.

I went to massage on 19th of feb, was very good, but I didnt like that there was light coming through the door. I told about it to a therapist and when I came back on 01.03 the the same therapist before asking me to turn face up switched off the light remembering my comment from the last time. Two stars just because of nice customer service.I had done my gelish extension there few times and even i ask for another technician there is the same problem. the gel would separate from the nail so eventually it would crack or the air would go in between my nail and a gel resulting bacteria on my nail.This definitely should not happen especially for the price i am paying for. The other thing is that you charge each and every thing like a spray strengthener for a nail polish since when im blow drying it it does not help at all. Even though i am sitting there for another 20 minutes.Back home i had never encountered this kind of problem. You pay one price for the service.Here there is no option even if u go to a decent salon like Nails so u expect u get what u paid for. Or not.

Nails my Masadar city center is The best place ever and the best branch..Amazing, proffecinal staff that really do an excellent work.Its my one and only salon in Abu Dhabi where I get my nails done. If For any reason I didnt get appointment I rather not go anywhere else. I go to Nails Muhairy center since I was 13 and thats a very long time ago! Apart from one bad incident that they kmmedimmedi offered to solve , their staff are very well trained and professional. My only advice is , once you find a technician youre happy with, stick to her.

Due to my previous review, a wonderful customer service head Zeina, reached out to me to further inquire about my experience at nails. she apologized for my experience and invited me back to have my nails re-done. I am amazed at the level of service and commitment they have for their customers and their satisfaction. I am reassured that should you have any issues, expressing them to Nails employees will ensure you leave happy and satisfied. I now highly recommend.I came here a few times because my girls told me they do a free soak off when you get shellac and that the prices were decent. Th last couple times I went however, they raised the price and charged for soak offs, on top of that, my cuticles were highly irritated and dry afterwards. My friends cuticles also were swollen and feeling funny. The service was lovely though.

Unfortunately I didnt have a positive review for the salon. I had my nails done ( acrylics ) and 1 week later one got off and the second cracked in half and one of my nails was already chipped so I went to them for a repair and after doing 2 nails I found out that I had to pay for it and theres a policy that I can repair for free after 3 days only, but i wasnt told of that.In the end I dont recommend acrylics because they have very bad material and its not worth the price.
