Spectacular! Beautiful! Extraordinary! Unforgettable! I waited 2 years because of COVID to visit... it was definitely worth the wait!!

One of the most beautiful museums in the world, the largest in the Arabian peninsula and also a truly architectural wonder.Located on Saadyat Island at the outskirts of Abu Dhabi, the museum has fabulous historical art pieces and other collections from all the periods. You can easily book tickets online prior to your visit and enjoy your time.Please ensure you download their application Louvre prior to the visit as it contains audios and information relating to the collections in the museum. You just have to read the references number from the collections and dial it in the app. Overall a very good experience with the art section containing one of the best art collection Ive seen. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking design and architecture. Its size is quite astounding and holds many different areas with historic arts. A lot about bronze age and stone age facts and artifacts can be found here. A lot of time is required to see all thats offered, probably one full day to be thorough.

One of the most amazing places in Abu Dhabi if not the best in my humble opinion. I will give five stars and happy to do that. If you have a family and took them to the Louvre or even to the outside public area they will enjoy being around, the sea view is fabulous and fresh air is what you will find and will be awaiting.

The structure is an art by itself. The interiors are very spacious and modern. The art collection (ancient to modern art) are very high quality. There is also a museum for kids. Highly recommended to watch the sunset here. Overall, The Louvre is a one of a kind museum- perfect for art and architecture lovers.

I went there for the second time as my friend’s birthday request and still, I can’t get enough of the diversified artistic media it has to offer. I still get amused by the description of each even if I had read it once before…🥰 It is a very classy place to be and should be in the “must-visit” places list of anyone who comes in abu dhabi. After the roaming, there is the serene place where you can see the aesthetic roof and the museum cafe is just at the side. Their burger is to die for…🥰✌️ quite satisfying trip, not to mention, all the staff are friendly from entrance til exit…🥰🥰🥰

Simply Amazing and a must visit when you are in Abu Dhabi ! The Louvre Abu Dhabi is an art and civilization museum .The museum is located on the Saadiyat Island Cultural District. It is approximately 24,000 square metres in size, with 8,000 square metres of galleries, making it the largest art museum in the Arabian peninsula.The architecture is stunning and the interiors are breathtaking,staff are friendly and helpful,highly recommended and definitely will visit again

For art and history lovers. The museum is very clean and clear and neat. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My visit was for about 2 hours, however it might take more than this. Bring with you your Earphones if you are interested in listening to the audio explaining about each piece. The audio can be heard by downloading the museum app on your mobile.Also, check for tickets discounts on the website as there are many.Dont skip the last peice before leaving the indoor as it is breathtaking.Also, check the dome and fountain outside.Two restaurants are available in the museum, both with very nice views

Art & history about different cultures combined all in one place & it legal. Catholic & Muslim, European, African & even American art peacefully all in one place. A lot to read & learn. All day entertainment in air-conditioning. I highly recommend this. I also like the gift shop.

One of a kind and a must-visit if you are visiting Abu Dhabi especially Saadiat or Yas islands, Very organized and well sectioned, I have spent 4 hours without noticing the time. Download the museum App and dont forget your headphones 🎧 , the app works as a private tour guide and explains a lot about their special pieces. Also, the museum is very kid-friendly and you can use their strollers, in addition, they have a very interactive children museum especially for 4+ kids, and all these breathtaking arts are located under an astonishing dome and surrounded by water which will take you out of the world, I suggest to visit at the good weather times to enjoy the outside area.Also Fazaa 50 % discount is applicable for the tickets .

One of the best museums in the world. The collections is not extensive but varied and of very high quality. The building in itself is a marvel of modern architecture. The galleries are designed in sequential order so you could enjoy all sections easily. The area outside under the dome beside the sea is very nice to just sit and chill. The restaurant is good but expensive. There is a children museum section too.

One of the most beautiful museums in the world. The architecture is amazing and the exposition has some of the world’s most important artists. The main exposition goes through the history of art from ancient times to nowadays. You can see sculptures, paintings, photographs, pretty much anything, even an Egyptian Sarcophagus. There is a restaurant that is good but very expensive. It also offers a great view of Abu Dhabi’s skyline. I would suggest going in the afternoon so you can see the sunset. This museum is surely one of the most beautiful attractions in the Middle East.

Excellent. The main galleries are not suitable for kids so its best to take them directly to the kids museum which is wonderful for them. The design and structure of the Louvre is breathtaking and has this serenity to it especially the outside area.

Minimalistic version of Louvre, with a useful sample of different epochs, currents and civilizations. I especially liked the idea of universal, of dialogue, of human values and what we all have in common.Courtyard is particularly psychedelicSetting and architecture get a plus, obviously the collection is not huge nor comparable to Paris one but for my visit i preferred a quick and representative flow and exhibition and that was exactly what I found today. Just came from Louvre. We got a discount from smiles so we saved money. Its a bit crowded today because its weekend/holiday. It took us two and a half hours to finish everything. Its a bit confusing inside the museum and also pay attention in the sides with dark rooms they have some arts inside which is so easy to miss. We waited for more than 5 minutes in the cashier to get the ticket to think that the one in front of us already started for few minutes and we were the next. I dont think they had enough people in the cashier area especially in this kind of day. There are some restaurants inside the museum, souvenir shop, and you can see the water and mina port. All in all price is very reasonable. I enjoyed it

With breathtaking architecture, its easy to fall into its alluring charm, but all the rich history and heritage manages to snap you out of it and put you back on track.The priceless collection includes a rare, and unearthed, Picasso artwork, and a plethora of artifacts from the Mediterranean and Central and East Asia.After the expansive 2-hour tour, you are free to explore the rest of the place, grab a bite at the local cafe, or go for a round of kayaking. Theres also a lovely boutique at the end where you can shop for a myriad of art and historic stuff.

This place and its exhibits are at very high standards. A must see for history lovers. Children museum section was special. Kids lesser than 10 would enjoy the activities there. Parking is super easy, but little far. However, buggies help you to shuttle between parking and museum entrance.

Another beautiful place which is not quite familiar among lot of locals and expats. Maintained the property so well, you will find lot of security officials at all the corners of the museum just to ensure that the visitors are not touching or damaging the antiques.There is also a park with a beautiful sunset beach view with a free parking and entry. Wonderful huge museum that is well maintained, has variety of fun classes like kayaking and yoga in which all need to be pre booked. The gift shop has a very wide variety of items that are carefully selected and well curated. Galleries feature exceptional artworks that sparks the curiosity, staff are very helpful and attendant.

Beautiful building, interesting art and historical displays plus views framed by the building to blue skies and palm trees.Sadly, somewhat spoiled by over attentive, intrusive security guards, filthy toilets and dirty cafe areas.Top tip, bring your own food and go to the toilet before coming!

I will probably only visit Abu Dhabi once in my life but I was so lucky to visit the Louvre museum while I was there. I was even privileged to see Rodins The Thinker on its year-long visit. What wonderful timing. The museum is amazing, a real homage to the Paris version and Abu Dhabi are honoured to have somewhere like this. I was actually staying in Dubai but the trip to Abu Dhabi to see the Louvre was well well worth it. Highly recommended.

If you love museums like we do, louvre abu dhabi will feel like a time travel to the past. It is a modern building holding traces from the past. The dome is spectacular and has a different charm to it in day light and in the evening. It wasnt too crowded the last time we went there. We would definately want to go back again.

One of the best museums in the country and in the middle east region. With hundreds of most valuable scepters, drawing, and contenents from the region as well as from all over the world. I even saw a drawing doen by Leonardo DaVinci. The building itself is most spectacular done using avery modern yet impressive architecture. From a distance it looks like a huge doom cover the hole building consists of many hexagons framed together in a beautiful forming.On of the must see places in UAE.

Amazing place no words can describe the beauty of it

I’ve had several visits here and it never disappoints! Currently you can only visit by pre-booking which results in a well organised, socially distanced and safe visit. The Louvre Abu Dhabi app is a great way of listening to the audio tour and getting the most from your visit. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of exhibits and the current Calligraphy exhibition includes a chance to produce virtual artwork- great fun! Avoid the cafe/restaurant at all costs; it offers an overpriced, mediocre, miserable menu and is completely soulless. The museum shop is well stocked with a lovely variety of gifts and treats. Don’t forget to visit the Terrace to get some great views of the museum from a different perspective.

This Museum is Wow! Like it has Smart interactive interfaces for the artefacts that children can use and adults can watch ...I recommend you dress smart with extremely comfortable shoes Lol, Because the place is hugeee and that means a lot of leg work
