It was a nice experience to see different kinds of vintage cars and it would definitely blow your mind because of gigantic trucks which I enjoyed taking pictures of it. I advise you to visit the place in winter time and be prepared for entrance fee w/ vat (55aed).

Very nice place.. you can see that the Shiekh had passion for cars.. very historic cars can be found here.. Overall an outstanding experience and worth the long drive and the visit.

Its OPEN as of December 28th!!Arrived and found out they only take cash, no cards. So had to make a trip to a local supermarket which had a cash point.Back to museum, and we were the only visitors! Lots of cars and a few trucks. A couple of novelty large vehicles I.e. massive Land Rover out side and huge Dodge truck in side. But apart from that just lots of quite ordinary cars. Also very little in the way of descriptions, just car Make, Model and year.Good Collection but details about the cars were missing. 98% of the cars were in very good conditions. Novelty products were the 4 grand or giant vehicles. Few bad points, 1. Middle of nowhere. 2. Except cash only ... No Cards. 3. Few Visitors. Time can be spent depending on your interest.

Tuesday is holiday. All other days 9 to 5 Pm only. Its situated in hameem road. From abudhabi and Dubai keep E 11 and take exit E65 towards hameem road will see one pyramid shape building. Nearby all desert area. If you go with kids must keep water and snacks. Nothing is available nearby area. Its middle of desert area. You can see board also opposite of museum only.

Very new experience. People who love cars would really enjoy this museum.

Opened late. We arrived on time and thought we were at the wrong gate. Inside was not air conditioned, and was probably about 32C. Do not go in summer.Odd collection of cars. Nothing really rare or exciting. None in showroom condition, many in desperate need of care. The few unique cars had no details or explanation of provenance.Two stars because our kids loved the big trucks.

The indoors section is large, well organized, well maintained and very interesting, with many century-old American, Japanese, Italian, British, French and German models (Mercedes alone occupies huge part of the floor space).One hour is the min you need to your it.On the downside, air-conditioning needs improvement.The outdoors section is not so well maintained (it isn’t East after all) but includes some very impressive vehicles, yurt the meaning is not maintained and is rather abandoned.

What a treasure trove for car enthusiasts, would recommend visiting.

Very awesome place for car lovers. It was hot on the inside, but the cars were amazing. I loved being able to take pictures of the items in the Guinness Book of World Records.

It’s a far drive and it seems like it is in the middle of no where but so worth it. 55AED entrance and such an amazing collection. I just wish there was information on each cars history. My 3 year old son loved it!

How would you like to wake up, see a car you thought was cool on TV, in a movie, or anywhere for that matter and then just buy it? Maybe you want to customize it or just build something outrageous?Well, apparently, Sheikh Hamad bin Hamdhan did and still does all of that and more. He has a very eclectic collection. Id say more Mercedes than any other vehicle. Hes called the rainbow Sheikh and it shows on several cars that were painted that way + about 6 Mercedes S Class sedans parked next to each other, each one a different rainbow color.Then the VERY oversized Dodge pickup that dominates the facility. It has 4 bedrooms inside and tires built for driving on the sand. Its driving life was very short, the axle broke on the first trip.Worth the drive to its remote location.

My 4th or 5th visit over the last 12 years.Nice to see the odd one or two cars being changed and added.Price for entry is now AED 55 per person.Definitely worth the drive out to see someones personal car collection.Some absolute classics.Cafe and shop are now closed.Toilets still open and surprisingly very clean.

Great collection of legendary cars.But not every taxi driver knows how to get there from Abu Dhabi. And it could be quite difficult to get back to the city if you don’t negotiate this with your taxi driver or get your car. Taxi will costed us 125 AED one way from the center of Abu Dhabi.Entry fee is 55 AED. Only for adults. Kids go for free.

Its hub fot car vintage lovers. Its located far out of town and has good collection of vintage as well as monster vehicles and a full floor of Mini Cooper. Not too much crowd puller.

Wonderful collection of old cars. Far from town. In the middle of desert. No other activities possible. Some of the area closed for construction. Entry ticket cost AED 55 per head.

The place is currently closed but I am not sure whether it is because of the pandemic, or Eid holidays, but it certainly looks as if it has been shut down for 20 years (although it hasn’t).We went only to take a photo with this plane, and this is the nearest we could get. Sad. I hope it will open soon.

Wow! Well laid out and it is a huge place with loads and loads of car of all shape size and colours!

It is quite a drive away from Abu Dhabi but.worth it if you have plans or activities to attend to in Al Dhafra Region. Very wide selections of cars that will surely grab your attention. From old to strange to unbelievable, all could be found here.

Place is closed down with no notice and even the website or even Google does not provide any details on the closure as it still shows open. Drove all the way and found out it was closed.Otherwise it is an amazing museum with cars that are out of this world, highly recommended if it opens.

It is a good place to see, unfortunately you cant get to the aircraft parked outside anymore.

This car museum is something unique ad it has the car collection if one Sheikh of Abu Dhabi. There are very unique cars as well a lot custom made. Entry fee is not expensive for what you will see. I didnt like the fact that the way to the airplane was closed and not accessible anymore. A very negative is that is far from the city of Abu Dhabi. We were surprised how great this place was. We are not petrol heads but all the family really enjoyed this place, even myfriend! There is something for everyone - young and old alike.

Arrived, paid 55aed and entered inside. Was pleasantly surprised at how big it was. There’s an indoor arena which has classic cars, unusual models and some giant scaled up cars. There are plenty of benches on the way around for people to take a rest. It was quite warm inside so don’t wear thick clothes. The cafeteria looks derelict so take your own refreshments. There were toilets but I didn’t use them (have seen on other reviews take your own tissues etc).

Amazing cars. A very unique collection. All car lovers should come here in my opinion, theyll have an excellent time.I have deducted one star because other than cars, theres barely anything. Cars were not labeled correctly, theres not much history text apart from a few cars (like Queen Elizabeths car), and no tour guide or anything like that. Which is a real real shame because you can tell that theres a story behind every car in this museum. I really hope they improve in that regard.
