I had a great experience from here. I appreciate specifically the front office staffs. They gave me a good service that I never felt from anywhere. Even the day was really hectic, they did my PCR test within 10 minutes. I really appreciate team NMC. Good job!

I thank Dr. Vimela Physiotherapist for her tremendous service to me and my friend.She speaks very good arabic and her politite approch and treatment is excelent.Now me and my friend is totally happy without back pain. Recently I have shifted from Dubai to Al Rahba and I found NMC Shahama is one of the nearest hospitals. It is also a five star (nearly) rated hospital. I was very happy to visit the hospital. Initially there was a little problem with booking appointment but the manager Mr Mahamad took special care and resolved the issue. Special thanks to him. I visited Dr Azza and found her very knowledgeable and caring . All staffs are also very courteous as well.

I have to say Amira (front office) and Mel (radiology) are both amazing and extremely hard working. At first there were a few communication issues with the clinic staff, and my care was very delayed, however; Amira resolved all issues within a few minutes of becoming aware, and ensured I was taken care of immediately, whilst maintaing an extremely busy clinic and seeing to other patients. Both ladies honestly deserve a promotion for all the hard work they put in to ensuring patient satisfaction.

I will strongly recommend and preferre to visit GP Doctor Mona Abu Elmakarem Abu Elmagd if you have any medical difficulties.She is well cooperative, supportive, and helps the patient to understand thw decease.Well experienced and Cooperative staff, specially Miss Amira. She is professional and have a very good behaviour towards patients.Overall rating of hospital I would say 8/10.

Dr Hussaam in Dentistry in NMC ROYAL shahama, did the best work for my husbands dental procedures( root canal, filling , cleaning). The acute pain he suffered before procedure literally gone away after his procedure. Highly recommend Dr Hussaam for any dental work

Dr. Shivaji in ENT department has done a great job with my sinus issue like a while ago and he thoroughly listens to your concerns and suggest the medication accordingly.Highly recommended.Overall, the staff is great snd greet you in a pleasing manner

Am so happy that NMC Royal Medical Center opened in Shahama, the doctor I had an appointment with was very nice and he informed about my condition and about treatment options, also the nurse was very nice to me. Even reception greeted me very well and helped me fill out the needed forms.
