I’ve only been there for PCR tests and my experience has been positive almost all the times. In and out within 15 minutes and the staff has always been polite and helpful.

Consulted the Orthopedic Dr Krishnakumar. waste of time and money! he wrongly diagnosed for my wrist pain and then gave me a a gel to apply and a type of tablet which did not work even 10% and ofcourse took the X-ray test blood and asked me to come after 10 days. When I went back to him as advised hoping he might change the medication, he checked the X-ray and asked me to continue the same medication and didnt prescribe any medication and opted to do an operation if I cant.Highly in doubt, I consulted another doctor in a different hospital for a second opinion, they did the Ultra sound and diagnosed it was completely a different case and gave the proper medication which reduced my pain.

We took our second vaccine dose in this hospital, it was unorganized & random, for only 30 persons we had to wait for around 2 and half hour !!, there was no QMS, no numbers, only a security taking people’s papers and calling them not in order , not in time preference . The vaccine room is not inside hospital, it is inside management office that located backside the food court which is not suppose to be a place to get a vaccine…it was bad experience indeed. there is a reason why they have 2.1 score of google review, and I believe the management will reply to my feedback by giving only justifications without any action for improvement like what they did with other reviewer who were complaining also for the waiting/queue management.

Worst dermatologist ever! I went to see dr raneesha Shafiq and she was very rude and tried to rush me out of her office when I told her I need her to look at my face acne and my back acne. I already wrote a complaint on their official website and nobody got back to me so I had to resort to this. I don’t recommend this doctor at all.

Worst exp ever!! Tried to go for PCR test where their call center confirmed it is available. After 30 mins drive, i reached there and asked the receptionist for the test. She coldly told me to talk to the security!!! Who informed me sticks are not available so test is not!!!Seriously!! Why do you need receptionist if i have to talk to security!!!!!!

Not professional at all, they only call you buy your number not by you name at treat you as a number. if someone get you number peper can see the doctor instead of you so you can just steal any number to get any treatment.

Been there alot of times for my mother, my family, the maid and myselfInternal: Dr Dalia she was gentle with my mom as an elder and very concerned and listening, she disgnosed her correctly and she got better afterwards.Dental: was bad , will never go for dental.Dermatology, it was an indian dr i forgot her name but great and the dandruff in my son sculp went away.Pediatrics, Dr Fatima amazing with todlers, very understanding and joyful with kids movements , nice and helped to give the right medications to my son.Physical Therapy is excellet in this branch, my mother highly recommends it, she was very happy.Reception is a bit slow, needs to improve and get faster.Overall, very good.

It took forever to see the doctor and 1 hour at least to get your meds from pharmacy, sometimes the calling machine skippes numbers.

This facility must be close, very bad management and after so many complaints not a single call to know about the customer feedback, always waiting time is 1-2 hours with appointment and for them it’s normal... HAAD should take action against these types of facilities where over crowded and every one is suffering including the medical staff, at the end they are making super good money with insulting everyone one. CRM is always telling some funny justification and doctors are telling some thing different, like last night dr was blaming system slowness and management was telling dr. need to give more time to each patient as it’s internal medicine doctor. But I suffered almost 2 hours with the appointment. May Allah guide them and open the owners eye as this way making money is big question marks???

Totally the worst ever experience,, I doubt the receptionist knows how to use the system!! It takes ages to check the validity of Thiqa card!! And the end she said it’s not renewed!! What is more I forgot to ask for the sick leave for my son,, then I called after 1:30 hours and I was confident that they can send it to me by email,, but they refused what is this?? In which century they are living!??First time and it will be last time inshallah.. I felt that I waste my time. God helps you all walla.
