I go there for my Doctor but the clinic is not sufficient with their timing, expect to wait for your appointment between 30min to 1 hour thats the least! I hate the clinic and the staff but I love my Doctor and thats whats letting me to be patient with this clinic other wise I would’ve left a year ago

Very bad experience we have appointment at 11.30 am and asked to come sharp time.we reached at 11.25 and till 12.45 am no doctor has seen and we left place after such long wait.Why they can not give proper time of appointment if they can not manage.Go and visit if you have ample of time to spend and able to wait for at least two hours Never had such bad experience in private hospitals like this.We left hospital without visiting doctor even after a long wait which shows how effectively they can manage patients appointment.

Dr Annie Rousset iz just amazing. She listen to you, gives you professional advice, its not just a regular 10 min check up she really gives you her time and patience, not bothering you with unnecessary tests.. Im very happy

Customer service is really bad. Nurses are careless they don’t pay attention to what you request. Dr. Fayez he’s one of the worst doctors, he just ask you to do billion of tests so the hospital can get profit out of insurance and after all of this he won’t give you the right medicine you need .. no matter how much you tell him you are in pain and whatever you give me doesn’t work, Even if you request him or the his nurse to call you back they just won’t do it.Plus the lab when they get the results they never call the patient to tell the results is out.Waste of time and money.Shame on you guys!

The hospital refuses to pay its doctors

No sense of customer service. Once they forgot to tell me that they had moved to a new location so I was late. This time they called me the day before my appointment to tell me that because of Ramadan hours I should come three hours earlier than scheduled. Ramadan started two weeks ago, thats when I should have been asked to change my appointment, not last minute.Then the nurses at the triage treat you like meat, they dont talk to you they just gesture where to go. And they talk (shout!) to each other in their own language while you seat there wondering whats going on which is highly impolite.The whole place rely on a computer system that often crashes which means the end of your consultation! Dont go there!!
