Went there expecting doctor to work on my emergency case. However, the doctor after performing x ray knew it was going to take time to do filling and clean a tooth decayed and very close to the nerve. Instead of recovering the tooth and not waiting longer for decay to reach nerve the doctor started blame allocating previous dentistry and request that I should revisit them!! Moreover, doctor try to find excuse by claiming that the insurance will take time for approval… all of such excuses because there was another patient after.Dear management, you are liable and should hold responsible such doctor for wasting clients time especially when it was booked and confirmed at 730pm , the nurse called at 815pm , almost 1 hour later ! Is it reasonable doctor mitigate his delays by not working on an emergency case!

Recently got 20 veneers fitted and the service from start to end was fantastic. Lots of great aftercare and support and they always had time to listen and accommodate slots around my work schedule. Dr Ebadullah was incredible and I’m so happy that I’ve already recommended him to my friends and family.

First impression, very clean place and soo friendly. My 5 yr old son enjoyed his visit, with no tears 😊 he was instantly drawn to Spider-Man and hulk in the kids area. I also enjoyed my visit, with complementary tea! Would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Bola Mohsen was recommended to my family by friends of ours. My husband went to him and came back with a gleaming smile. I have since gone through a smile makeover with Dr. Bola and not only are the results fabulous, but the care I received was excellent. Especially when it comes to procedures such as crowns, you want not just a good dentist, but a masterful craftsman. I would say that Dr. Bola qualifies as such! Dr. Bola and his assistant are very caring, patient, and compassionate - such important qualities for a dentist! They responded to my questions and concerns, and made it clear that I could call at any time should problems arise after any procedure. They also were very responsive when it came to pain management. As far as pediatric dentistry goes, our six year old daughter had a very smooth checkup with her dentist at Tajmeel. The front desk staff are also very helpful. For example, I needed extra copies of receipts, and if they couldnt print them on the spot, they emailed them to me that day. Highly recommend Tajmeel for the whole family.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, on Friday I had a sore gum so I’ve called the clinic to book appointment, and I’ve got it, to be honest the registration process was fast and even for the x-ray. The thing that made me give this place a one star, is because of the dentist who didn’t even care about my case, and only took him a small look to my mouth and prescribe a mouth wash and a gel for the gum, I believe that he didn’t want to use any of his machine so he don’t clean it after. However, I’ve got the medicine from the pharmacy and went home the medicines he prescribe didn’t work it made my gum worse. The next day I woke up and my whole gum was worse than the say before, until afternoon I couldn’t eat anything, so I’ve called another dental clinic, the dentist over there was surprised that the dentist in Tajmeel clinic didn’t even clean the gum. However, the other dentist cleaned it and prescribe antibiotics as that the only thing I need not a (mouth wash and a gel). Seriously I’ll never go back to this place again.

I received outstanding dental treatment from Dr Tareq at Tajmeel - a complete transformation of all things teeth! I highly recommended him and the team. He did a first class job saving, rebuilding, renewing the foundations of 6 very old and very fragile teeth through root canal treatment and very well-fitted crowns. The dental nurse was also fantastic and I felt comfortable and well attended throughout. The reception desk service was also great - professional, friendly, informed and efficient - thank you! Will return tp Tajmeel for sure with any future dental needs.

Very hospitable place! A respected clinic with amazing experienced doctors. Dr. Tarek there is decent and clever. The place is so clean and hospitable! Adnic insurance cards works there. Ask about your percentage to avoid Haigh costs. The staff are gentle and decent. There is no Mawaqif parking outside, so you have to park your car in a specific area right infornt of the clinic. Get well, and enjoy the perfection there. Very recommended.

This is one of the worst Dental clinic in Abu Dhabi I have been to. Never again will I visit this clinic or any other Tajmeel clinic for that matter. These clinics have no concern of patient care at all. They just looking to make as much profit they can from patient without even showing slightes concern of patient care.I booked an appointment over the phone with an Endodontist Dr. Tarek Usama Emara and I was told it would cost about AED150 only to find out after the consultation it was around AED 400, I had to use my insurance and cover part of it. I wish I hadnt told them I had insurance because they will exploit it as much as they can.The consultation lasted no more than 5 mins excluding the time took for the xray. I booked an appointment as I wanted a second opinion on my tooth cavity and see if it requires root canal.As I sat down to speak to the doctor and expressed my concern. He asked me if I have insurance I said yes then he looked at the xray and said I need root canal in all of my fillings without even looking physically inside my mouth.He didnt ask me if I was in pain or experiencing any other problems with my teeth. He showed absolute zero concern. I challenged him if he can explain why he thinks I need root canal on my other fillings. I had done my research on root canal before and I asked him to show me where in the xray is the Pulp and how deep is the decay and why it cant be fixed with normal filling. Immediately he questioned if I had medical background and started to mumble and ultimately failed to justify why he thinks I need root canal on my other set of teeth.This is probably the worst experience I have had with so called Doctors who put profit before patient care. I feel cheated and robbed! The Doctor was so lazy that he didnt even look inside my mouth and expect me to pay about 400AED for 5 min consultation. Sometime I think the reason why he didnt check my mouth physically was to avoid sanitising his equipment for the next patient to save money, but yet he still expectes me to pay 400AED.Anyhow, I went to another clinic near Bani Yas and he did a proper examination and physically looked at the cavity and did a filling instead of root canal as it was not required. The rest of the teeth containing fillings were left untouched as it was not causing any concern or pain. I only paid 300AED with the a different clinic and consultation fee of 100 AED was waivered.Please avoid these corporate clinics go to a local clinic where patient comes before profit. There are some good clinic in Bani Yas area.

Would not recommend it the prices are exuberant and the experience was so intimidating I went to a diff place. Maybe it has to do with specific doctors, but for me I didnt find the experience reassuring in fact was anxious the whole time. You can get better care with better price at dental clinics in places like hamdan.

Let me share my experience of Dental Implant by Dr. Ebadullah Shafi.There was no pain neither during the procedure nor post surgery. Procedure took less than half an hour and was very comfortable. There is no pain at all. I been to the hospital around 3 to 4 times and my experience from Security , Reception staff , Doctor and Nurse was definitely above my expectations. If you have a fear of visiting dentist then you need Dr. Ebadullah, hes friendly and professional behavior and skills will change your mindset.

They will collect your insurance card upon arrival at the centre but keep quiet until you finish all your test and consultation to inform that the insurance is not covered . Very bad practice of making money

I waited for 45 minutes before I was attended by the dentist who barely said a word to me the entire time i was inside the room.👎The cleaning ang polishing probably lasted for 15 minutes only and was not satisfactory to me. Receptionists were not friendly and accommodating. On the positive side, the center was neat, the filipina dental asst was at least friendly and the security guard on duty was very welcoming. Aint going back again.

I am dealing with Tajmeel since 2018, and I am so happy and comfortable with them.They installed and fixed my teeth braces, and i am following with Dr. Mayank. And he is an amazing doctor btw. I didn’t suffer once in taking appointments or waiting my turn in the follow up date.Also, my experience with Dr. Rasha was so satisfying. She is so patient and she is listening carefully to diagnose the case. I didn’t feel any pain when she is working.I would 100% suggest the center, it’s enough that they have the best reception staff and nurses. The girls are always smiling and supporting whenever needed. I am really glad that i am dealing with them and i am really happy that they always find the solution for me in taking appointments, fixing my installments and following my payments. Never forget their hard work in following up my insurence applications and approvals.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr.Shrey Pandya. My regular dentist recommended him to me and insisted that I should definitely go to him to get both my upper wisdom teeth removed. And I am grateful that I listened. I had been delaying it for years because I was terrified of the pain later but he was a pro! He not only accommodated me at such short notice despite his busy schedule, he did it within twenty minutes and the experience was completely pain free! He even followed up on it to see how its healing which was an unbelievably smooth experience for me. Hes a very warm and professional doctor. Id highly recommend him.

Dr Ebadullah is an amazing and professional dentist. Through recommendation of a friend I visited him from UK just for my treatment for changing my smile. I just had my six month check up and cleaning. Its such a nice experience. They do a thorough job and welcome any questions you might have on techniques for cleaning or how to properly floss. Not a good experience. My son had a trauma,he doesnt want to come back anymore. Hes hysterical and said he cant breath, i asked if i can calm him down for a while but they still continue with the procedure. He developed petechiae on his face,neck and chest.

Arrived as a walk in patient and my daughter was seen very quickly. Dr Siham filled my daughters tooth without pain and had a lovely mannor with children. Thank you!
