Dr Firas is an amazing dental practice. I’ve never seen such professionalism and cleanliness. There is no dental practice that comes close to it here in Abu Dhabi (speaking from 6 years using others). I’ve dealt with Dr Firas and Dr Nazifa - both highly recommended. They are also on network with the major insurance providers. In addition the measures they have taken to protect everyone during the pandemic are second to none.

I have never faced such an encounter.I have been calling for the last 4 days on a row to make an appointment.It is either the receptionist take my number because reservation is busy or they connect me and oops suddenly they hung up on me. The funny thing is i was able to talk with reservation section and two times she assured me she is going to fix the schedule and call me back like in 5 minutes and i can assure you no one called me back, i don’t have an appointment till now and by far this is the worse experience ever!I learned one thing from this experience, they don’t deserve my money if i am going to chase them every time to make an appointment.Bye bye.

Not only are the consultations (and all associated services) overpriced, but you also dont get the attention and care that matches the price range. There are definitely other clinics out there that make you feel more valued as a customer.The reception staff is very unprofessional (for example, never informed me that my application for nightguard was rejected by my insurance) and do the minimum to strengthen the application. They also do not sound very professional on the phone and it is very difficult to communicate your needs to them.The doctor I saw (orthodontist) was good, but is not very available for follow-ups, which complicates matters even more.All in all, the prices of the clinic dictate prestige and professionalism, but the experience ends up being worse than other clinics I have visited. I will therefore never go back.PS. As I was writing my feedback, my rating of my experience decreased from 3 stars, to 2 stars, and now to 1 star.

I was just a kid... I didnt need braces, I really regret getting braces and as dentists you should’ve warned me that itll make my upper teeth look weird. I had a small problem in the lower part of my teeth (didnt even know they were gonna put braces on the upper part of my teeth). Now I cant take back that decision.
