Overall nicely setup lounge with separate areas for food, bar, relaxing and smoking area. Very good Covid protocol. Staff was cleaning and disinfecting all seating and tables as people left. Additionally, they had servers for the food to ensure social distancing.

Great and comfortable seats, nice (but small) praying area with place for doing ablution. Staff was awesome and very very helpful. Food taste was also great (though choices were a bit limited). Only reason given 4 stars is, Emirates business lounge in much better, has a bigger variety of food, drinks, etc etc

Loved the business class lounge. Great bar, available buffet and ample seating area.Food on the buffet could do better. But the cordial service triumphed that.

Lovely lounge. First class lounge is closed. So a separate area is roped off for passengers with first class lounge access. An a la carte menu is available. Only one food station is open and staff is available to serve you your choice. The food quality is very good. The waiter confirmed that 95% of staff have been vaccinated against COVID-19. Staff very friendly and attentive. The kids play area is open, but all toys and furniture has been removed. There is nothing inside except a TV.

Excellent place to relax and re energize. This lounge has all the services from shower to spa with refreshing drink and a wonderful spread of the buffet to settle your hunger. Staffs are cordial and pleasant in handling passengers. Only thing missing is a bed that you can get some sleep. Usually as an alternative you can use the sofas to have it as a bed. Wonderful time I had and looking forward to come back again. Great job and thank you!

Facility is extremely good and modern and well designed, but as always, Etihad is always hiring the wrong people in the wrong places ; I couldnt believe how the business class lounges staff were answering my questions and inquiries (in a hurry and not free for me)

Lounge is 5 stars but reception staff is 0 star. I had an overnight connecting flight in Abu Dhabi & I decided to use the lounge for a sleep it is quite & comfy but the receptionist lady came & wake me up to swipe my card. I was furious as she could have waited till I wake & then ask for that. Pretty nice place but rude staff.

Flew Etihad after almost 10 years. Service was excellent. Facilities also in abundance. What they can improve upon is the choice of the food and wine.Was there at breakfast time. I think, due to COVID all the food comes packed in boxes. The food itself was okay but the choice was very limited : 3 things. No Indian stuff for example. Even the toast wasn’t warm enough.On the wine front- in red: only 2. Had one of them. Which was good, but again a choice of two is not what to expect at a business class lounge.

Etihad First Class Lounge is fantastic. Only first class or frequent travellers with adequate status can enter, so the service and ambience is fantastic. This lounge has an a la carte menu and full bar service. There are many comfortable spaces to relax, finish some work or watch television. There is a spa inside this lounge, so if you need a massage, you can get it (for a nominal price I would assume)

Great lounge, plenty of food and drink. Lounge does get pretty busy but, so be prepared to wait for a seat!!There is a small children’s room but which is great if you have little ones!

A very welcoming and nice lounge but is usually crowded and makes me wonder how many folks have access to the business lounge. The food is nice. Love the sushi which is regularly topped up. The dessert section is also sinfully good.I used the shower room too but shall reserve my comments on that. 🥺

Ive always enjoyed my experiences at the Etihad Business Class lounge but would like to highlight some points for those who want to make the most of their time.They offer a complimentary 15 minutes wort massage (you need to book/reserve your slot) so you can enjoy it before your flight. This can be done as soon as you enter the lounge to avoid any inconveniences.The food taste has faced a downfall. i used to love their buffet but unfortunately it just tastes bland and not rich in flavor like it used to be.They have shower facilities which should be availed! Always ask if hot water is available as I did face an inconvenience once in which I had to shower with cold water and the staff werent aware or ready to facilitate me.

Bad experience when I bid for a Business upgrade it was successful, when I check in Etihad attendant told me to pick up my business class boarding pass in Etihad business lounge. When I reach the business lounge, Chian Etihad attendant told me that no business upgrade was available!!! What kind of service is this! Please note that I am a Etihad gold member

Good lounge but too expensive for what it is. Very friendly and helpful staff. The business centre is rubbish. No power outlets on the few tables with office chairs which are occupied by iMacs. One section of the business centre is full of booths with TVs. Who needs that? Food quality and selection is okay but lacking on the salad side, e.g. not enough options to create a proper salad like corn, chickpeas; no deep large bowls but only flat plates & small bowls. Besides the cold food no choice for vegans in the hot food section. Wouldnt go again. Unfortunately, no other options in terminal 3 for economy and business class passengers.

Lounge space is well organised with easy access to food and drinks. Service by the staff is excellent. Food spread is reasonably good to cater both International and Arab world customers. Toilets, although are in 2 locations within the lounge, they are insufficient and we could always find pax waiting for 5 to 15 mins to avail the facility although the Lounge was only at 50% of its capacity.

We paid for a 6 hour lounge access for an overnight layover and it was well worth the money. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, Tom in particular was an outstanding host and made our visit much more enjoyable. The shower facilities were good with comfortable couches to sleep on. The meals are all packaged due to Covid but the selection was good.

Its a 5* lounge. It has all the facilities including masjid, smoking room, food, business area etc. Ambiance and service is superb its a must visit area if you have privilege.

Its the state of the world. Hardly anyone here, so whatever they have is easy to get. Food is tasty service great. The one downside is the unavailability of electrical outlets to charge your phone, tablet, or computer.

Not up to the required standard, there was not much choice in food selection, even in beers there just had Heineken thats it.

Outstanding airport lounge to relax and have something to eat before your journey. Multiple seating areas to choose from. Large comfortable leather chairs to relax, talk and drink a vast range of hot or cold beverages. Several quieter areas to read or work in. Two buffet areas, one area for main meals and hot food, the other sandwiches and desserts. Staff very polite, friendly and regularly check if you need anything. A Spa is available at the end of the lounge with a range of treatments starting from 100 dirham. WiFi is easy to access and a strong signal. Overall an excellent lounge and would recommend getting to the airport early to make the most of all the facilities.

Nice Lounge with great service. Theres 3-4 buffet locations with good quality food, and plenty of seating with a nice ambience. The best part is the service. The kids area is very nice and this is the only lounge ive seen where there are people to take care of your kids in the kids area while you freshen up and eat.

After my connecting flight was cancelled TWICE!!! Etihad showed grace and amazing hospitality by offering to pay for costs I had to cover due to the inconvenience. When I finally arrived in Abu Dhabi, I was greeted warmly and well taken care of when I entered the lounge. The staff were absolutely amazing. I have other words but this is the most appropriate one! Guests are spoiled for choice in this beautifully decorated and well managed lounge.

So there I was overseas working and I break my leg. International SOS steps in like an guardian angel and basically said sit down and relax we got you Mr. Albertson. Long story short I flew home after the operation non stop business class on Etihad Airlines. The Etihad lounge in Abu Dhabi is the cleanest airport lounge Ive ever been in and the food was amazing. The staff took care of me like I was a long list uncle.

One of the better lounges here. The selection is quite redundant especially if you travel a lot like me but the staff is impeccable and the atmosphere is great.Stay clear of the hashbrowns in morning service but everything else is definitely a treat.
