Nice view , relaxing but worst place ever to visit. Setting over 45 minutes no one came or asked our order , we kept taking to any waiters pass by we need to order they replay we will send someone. Never had such experience at any rotana hotel in UAE

One of the best Arabic Restaurant in Abu Dhabi as well as UAE. A unique ambiance in a 5 star property with access to several facilities as well as numerous restaurants. Staff is very friendly as well as the chefs are very flexible incase you need a special dish. These days are the best days to try it.

Have been here a few times as I like ambience, but this time it was really special as the waiters were more attentive than usual and asked several times if i needed anything, as well as tidying the table. I noticed a new staff member called Othmane and he was very welcoming and attentive. Will definitely be back more often

Beach Rotana is an amazing hotel with excellent outdoor lounge. The view from the lounge is very good. Food and service was excellent. Staff specially Mr. Dasharath is very kind with a Lovely smile,he looked after us. Thank you Very Much.

Very nice atmosphere as well as view, access to the hotel and mall, the sitting area outside is fabulous for shisha at evening during winter.... The walk outside as well is nice experience

My experience was really bad asked for the menu multiple times and any request we asked for took them forever to serve. Poor and slow service!

Very good service with high professionalism

Cosy Arabic outdoor venue.We visited this place only once and service was not spectacular: we had to wait for the shisha more than half an hour and the desserts we ordered never came.The menu is quite limited with no cocktails and mock tails available and the staff was not allowed to bring in any from the hotel’s other restaurants which was quite disappointing.The three stars are for the view and the quality of the shisha.
