Good lounge but no view which is disappointing. You feel like you are in an underground facility. No more buffet. You have to order the food. The food came cold and bland, and after waiting for a long time, wasnt impressed. I think the food was left for a long time before being served. Overall not a great experience.

Good lounge to relax and have some food. Visited couple of time and in the recent visit observed some wear and tear to the decor, may need to be refurbished after couple of years. Staff is polite and service is great. Plenty of options in food. You might not get to use the shower facility during busy hours.

Good lounge to spend time if you have long layovers. Food selection is okay, service is better. They have a bar style section where the food is picked up much sooner in the day. I came back from the restroom and the samosas were gone. LOL

One of the best lounges in the airports!! Spacious, comfy but with limited variety of food.They got both business premium lounge and economy lounge. Of course later one with more basic facilities and no food.However it’s very comfortable to spend time here if you have a long over lay and cannot get a visa for Abu Dhabi.Massage facility is available but very limited seating and usually a long wait to be in queue.I would rather suggest to visit the shopping area and food court to spend better time.Or simply get a room in aerotel and wear it off.

Great lounge. Check in was fast. There are many different seating styles. Pods, couches, Cafeteria, as well as, bar style. There are plenty of working outlets. WiFi works well. Best of all there was a large selection of food choices. (Compared with other lounges I’ve been to) they even have showers but you need to reserve when you arrive or call ahead.

Big lounge area with lots of seating area. They dont have announcements so youll have to keep an eye on your flight time. Food options were okay. Not many vegetarian options. The desserts were really good

Good and decent lounge for the basic ammenities - food, snacks, bar, shower, business areas. I used the shower which is very clean and well stocked with grooming and shower items. Food was only okay in terms of selection and taste and quality, not spectacular, so dont expect much. Nice bar separate bar area also. Overall, I had a nice break in the lounge.

This is best way to spend few hours waiting time instead outside the airport. You can always find sitting space so easily. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Clean showers. Also international charging outlet available besides every sofa seat.

Excellent is an under statement, the place is sparkling clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, very accommodating, they at your back and call from entry to exit making sure your visit is pleasent and comfortable, the food is great ,the showers and toilets neat tidy and of a very high standard, the wifi is fast ,the seating is comfortable, and u can charge your devices from anywhere in the lounge ,the lounge is spacious and many places where you can have some privacy, highly recommended.

This Lounge is superb in the view and also there is rest room and you can take shower also .. If you interested to drink alcohol or something there is also available everything.

The bath facility is very good. Secondly, it is hardly crowded even at 6AM-8AM in the morning as observed by me in my two visits. Only qualm is that lighting at mirror is not good for shaving.

The lounge had all the standard things you would need what it lacks is a sleeping room, reclining chairs, massage chairs and an super fast network speed.The staff is not that help full.Food is average.What I liked is I got some quite time here compared to airport allowing me to doze off on there chairs.

One of the best lounges I have been to yet. Food is delicious; they have free and fast wifi; and the showers have good water pressure. Yes, they have showers. They charge $59 per person per entry for 2 hours of unlimited food and drinks including an amazing airport shower which clears your mind before long-haul flights. This lounge is free for people who have purchased a years membership to Priority Pass or for those who have premium Credit Cards such as an Amex Platinum or Chase Sapphire Reserve. Do bear in mind that only one person is allowed per Card, so it would be better to travel with all of your Credit Cards for free entry. Bear in mind that this lounge is in Terminal 1, so if your flight departs from Terminal 3, it would be better if you left the lounge at least an hour before your flight; 45 minutes otherwise. This lounge is observing Ramadan hours but still serves food. Dont forget to try the Hot Chocolate, it is one of the better ones Ive had. They and bottled water and canned soft drinks (something which is rare in airport lounges now) which I absolutely loved. Would love to go back to the lounge whenever Im transiting Abu Dhabi.

Waiting room, OK, but Lounge... sorry but thats a little to prestigious. Its just a view rows of chairs, dirty toilets and busses to bring you to the planes. Maybe the other part of Terminal one is nice, but gate 21 isnt.

The lounge is located slightly off from main passenger traffic in the terminal. Hence less crowded than others. 👌🏼The lounge is accessed via a lift to the first floor. Felt claustrophobic when three people went up in it.Reception staff was courteous. Pointed out that maximum stay was 4 hours - requires re swipe of card after that. My transit was 7 hours. 👋🏽Lounge is segregated into different areas. It’s workspaces in the left after reception. Cosy hexagonal cubicles offering privacy and enough workspace for a laptop and other electronics. 💻 📱After that is a small sitting areas on the right. Usual box sofas with rectangular table in between and charging points underneath. 🛋Opposite it sitting areas are the massage and shower rooms. This facility is missing in Etihad Business Lounge! Loved it after a 14 hour flight. Ample space for luggage and to get ready. Shower cubicle is of a good size. 🚿 You don’t bump your arms or elbows into the wall while having a shower. Two shower heads are provided - a handheld one and a rainwater head. Ample area outside the shower cubicle for keeping your luggage, 💼 and getting ready. The mirror is lit from one side only - not suitable for ladies wishing to apply makeup. 💄Massage area is adjacent to shower area. Was told that it opens at 1600 hrs. 😞Past these are the dining area. 🥘 🍴. The food quality was a bit let down. Dining area consists of long dining tables with comfortable chairs. Reminded me of my hostel days.Past the dining area is the bar. Decent variety of liquor 🥃 🥂 🍺. Restricted in numbers but all of good quality. This area has some reading area 📖 and a bit of dining on high tables surrounded by bar stools with backs. Better place to have your snacks.All in all a good experience. Would’ve given 5 stars if dining area and food were better.Unable to provide pictures of other areas as passengers were present there.

Pretty tired looking lounge with very little choice and not enough space when its busy. One of the serving areas wasnt maned and had no food and the other was overwhelmed and felt like a school canteen. Staff doing their best but not enough of them and not enough choice or quantity of food. The quality of food was good though.

Very comfortable and spacious. A well appointed bar and lots of work stations. Charging points are available in all of the armchair tables. Massage areas and showers are available too if required. The foot was very tasty with a selection of meat and fish dishes accompanied with rice and salad. The food was available buffet style, with tables available in the bright and airy dining area. A nice touch was the table service provided. I would recommend this lounge to all travellers with a long wait in Abu Dhabi.

Al dhabi lounge is really a good place to spent time you will find good sofas for sitting and the food is also very good they dont have any tie up with the bank cards so only you can either cash ot through credit card but the ambience is very nice and the staff are also very good and professional.

Heard peak time of this lounge is between 7 - 10pm. It’s very quite and comfortable in the morning.

I’ve visited the lounge early in the morning and it was empty. The employees were super friendly and after breakfast they arranged for a shower room for me on the hotel side since all the shower rooms in the lounge were taken. The lounge has several different rooms with different characteristics for all occasions. I took advantage of a business class like capsule to recharge my phone and enjoy a drink.

Great amenities at this lounge. I got in for 3 hours for $59. The shower was great (all toiletries/towel) provided, even though the controls for the shower were bizarre and broken a bit. With Wi-Fi and an all-you-can-eat buffet, the price was more than worth it! My 7 hour layover flew by.

Smart relaxed lounge with good food and attended bar. Divided into 3 progressive areas - lovely cool relaxing first part, then bright dining area, then comfy bar. Air con best in first bit. Get in early for your red eye flight as it can get busy around midnight.

It is a quite good place to relax during your travel to Abu Dhabi. The hospitality is good. They are kind enough to a level when I asked for something which is not there in the menu in the middle of the night, they asked their chef and got me something better. It is comfortable in there.

Lounge is good for short stay. Quute busy lounge. They didnt have many varsities in food menu. Taste was ok. Support staffs are not so polite. The bar tender was lil rude. Restrooms are well maintained clean. It was really quite. Lighting is also calm and felt relaxing.

I enjoy to stop by at the lounge whenever I stop at Abu Dhabi. Get a good shower, have a meal (although the choice was limited) or cocktails, and take a rest at the sofa. The place is clean and comfy enough. The staff are OK and they provide good services.

Must have some facility for laying and sleeping. The sofas r good if u have ro spend hour or two but not longer then that

Ambience is good. Food was very nice. Fish biriyani, braised beef, baked potato was awesome. Chicken was no so great, at least for an Indian like me. Alcohol was not served during Ramadan month during day time.

Nice and big lounge, with different areas depending If You want silence or not. Alcoholic drinks such as wine and beer (I think also some spirits) are included, but they are not self service, You will be served ar the bar.

Nicely equipped lounge with WiFi, decent food choices and a variety of seating options and spaces depending on what youre looking for. Showers are very nice with a complete set of toiletries + comb/ hair net/etc. Food choices were limited but included dishes that seemed to be authentically local. They dont announce flights so make sure you set an alarm/timer so you dont miss your flight.

There are quite a few hot food options (eg biryani rice, soup, lamb stew, pasta bake) however they are quite average. A good selection of drinks available and some local desserts as well as cakes and mousse.The showers are great, all amenities provided incl shampoo, conditioner, body wash (all nice quality), comb, razor, shower cap.There are several seating areas as the lounge is quite large with a bar area as well. However its incredibly bright so hard to have a sleep if youre tired.Costs about $85 AUD for 3hrs.

This lounge is way better than the other lounge (Al Raheem), I dont remember the name exactly. Both of them are on terminal 1. Food was really good, good selection of alcohol, shower rooms were clean and dried after every use. Overall, a good experience.

Good place with enough seats. Food and ambience is good and also the washroom is pretty clean. Limited but enough food varieties are available. Dedicated bar where you can ask for cocktails/ drinks of your choice. Since it is at very far end from Terminal 3 ensure you keep a walking time of 10 mins.

In my opinion this is the best paid for lounge in Abu Dhabi Airport. Quite a bit bigger than Al Reem lounge so you can always find a seat. There was a good selection of drinks and buffet food when I visited. Staff were all friendly. Plenty of places to charge phones and laptops. Nice showers with not much of a wait.

Excellent facility. Staffs are really good. The lounge located in in first floor airside. After the immigration you need to take right and its towards the end.Flight status are displayed over here. Excellent buffet.

An ok lounge use mainly non-Etihad passengers. It is located in Terminal 1 right after security. The lounge is run by Premium Plaza. Lounge was spacious with different sections. Am not sure if the lounge gets too crowded, but during my visit after 1030 pm, it was not too crowded with still sufficient seats in both the lounge and dining area - even later into the night with more guests, it was ok. Food and beverage offerings were ok - good variation and quality was ok. There are about 4 shower rooms available - which does the job. All in all an ok lounge that is open 24 hours.

A very good lounge at the Abu Dhabi Terminal 1 Airport.We used our Priority Pass to get in, and I believe those without passes can pay an entry fee to use the lounge.Equipped with shower, free of charge to lounge guests. Shower comes with basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and towel.Food at lounge is standard.Plenty of power outlets to charge mobile phones and gadgets.

Great lounge at Abu Dhabi Airport and their food is delicious. They have a small buffet, drinks and snacks, and convenient showers for a quick shower before the flight if you were on transit and want to freshen up.There are areas where you can take a nap but you have to set your alarm as the lounge doesnt do any wake up calls for flights.

Had a three hour transfer here and this lounge was great! We had a decent buffet dinner and took a shower before boarding the next flight. Will definitely come again next time in ABDB

The Al Dhabi Lounge at the Abu Dhabi International Airport is located on the first floor - the approach is through the Airport Hotel entrance which is on the right side as soon as you enter the departure after security and immigration. You can take the small elevator to the first floor. There is also a small prayer room inside the lounge with an ablution area.The lounge is large enough to comfortably seat and dine a large number of people. It is divided into sections where one can sit/relax and read, or eat and watch TV or connect ones computer and browse the net. The password for the wifi is available at the main reception itself, but if you forget to login there, the helpful staff with configure the wifi connection on your phone.Food choice is not vast (I was there at dinner time) but it is sufficient for a complete meal. Similar for the juice/drink options, the staff will get you a juice /drink of your choice.Overall it was a pleasant experience, I found the staff courteous and helpful and the place was neat, clean and quiet/peaceful.

You can visit this place for free if you are priority pass holder. If not the normal rates 59 US dollar. They offer variety of drinks although you wont get much Veg. Options there. Spending 29 dollars outside anywhere would be more beneficial comparatively.

I had booked the lounge for 6 hours period . I was there from morning 6:30 to afternoon 12:30. For the amount you pay for the lounge (around 100 USD ) for 6 hours it is absolutely a rip off. The lounge is clean and the showers are fine. There is absolutely very less options for vegetarians for lunch though breakfast is a bit better than the lunch. For weary passengers there should be better seating arrangement wherein we can atleast stretch our legs. There are just normal cushioned seats and that does not help much to get a nap. Also it is pretty cold inside. Overall total waste of money for a 6 hour stay and expected much better facilities.

The lounge is really good. Very spacious. Attentive and helpful staff.The only issue I found is that they have very thick carpet in some areas that make it hard to push or pull luggage.

The place is comfortable during your layover with variety of food option, drinks both alcohol and non alcoholic. But the place server alcohol between 8pm - 6am during Ramadan. It facilitates shower to make your journey relaxed.

Very nice lounge to spend time at Abu Dhabi airport if you have a long layover. Refreshments provided are very delicious. The lounge space is quite big and you can find a quiet area somewhere if you want to take a nap. Details are already available on the website so the only thing Id say is that the lounge offers everything mentioned on the website, you wont be disappointed.

Good place to relax during lay over at Abu Dhabi airport. Not very crowded, low noise levels, one can easily relax on the the comfortable lounge chairs. Fairly good spread of Arabic and Indian food.

A HUGE lounge with ample seating. Easy to find a quiet spot to work or rest undisturbed. They have more shower stalls than the Al Rheem lounge next door. Check in was friendly and quick. The bathroom stall well maintained, large , and very clean. The food was mediocre - it was a buffet meal, so it rarely has the same quality as cooked-to-order meals. The buffet selection was adequate for the hungry traveler in transit who wants to enjoy a warm meal without paying premium airport prices to dine in the airport eateries. The key word is “warm”, not “hot”In my opinion, this is a great lounge to rest and get cleaned up between flights , but the food is second to the Al Rheem lounge

Airport lounges to me are god send to energize before next flight. I recently stayed at Al Dhabi for 4 hours during flight change. Great staff, limited but good bar and food selection, very clean, high speed internet. Highly recommend!
