Nice small lounge with good facilities like showers and quiet sitting area. It just need a screen for departure flights fiw who wait for a connection

No doubt... Superb lounge for arrival passengers. Really helpful for the passengers who comes for meeting or one day purpose. Shower facility is available and can refreshed with snacks & tea etc.. 7 star rating from my side.

Very convenient for those who are directly going to work after the flight... Guests can refresh and have some snacks before leaving the airport. There are quite a few number of showers available, in addition to some exclusive services like ironing, shaving etc.. BTW, all business guests who intend to use Etihad chauffer service should pass through this lounge. This is only for arrival guests, not for departing guests. All Etihad business or upper class guests and Etihad Guest Platinum members in any class, are allowed to use this lounge upon their arrival.

Quick service and good location for parking and pickup time.

Good showers. But food selection can be improved. It would be nice to have some hot food and better coffee

Theres nothing fancy here but its an amazingly comfortable place to relax when you land at 6am in the morning and hotel check in is hours away. Light snack selection and drinks. No alcohol has is expected being in the U.A.E. but it sure beats being miserable walking around town with your luggage.

Great place to freshen up after flying. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The selection of food is limited, but very tasty.

Its small but have all the required relaxing experience. Welcoming snacks, drinks and shower.

For the Limo transfer of Business and First Class. Although I pass by regular I don’t use much of the facility, but is good for business travelers who are in town for day and returning on same day, a good break before getting into town

The lounge has all the basics. Comfy chairs and nice snacks, i.e. sandwiches, cookies etc. The showers and bathrooms are very well kept. Charging spots appeared to be limited.

Nice to relax after the flight. This is a great place to decompress for a bit after an early morning arrival.

Its one of the arrival lounge in uae wonder and peaceful environment shower is available so you can be fresh and ready to go for work also

Good airport. Directions and signage need a bit of improvement though. Initially the airport looks small; however the are some hidden shopping areas, some of which are really beautiful.I also saw signage for a library and tried to find. After wwlking to and fro, a few times, I realized that it was a reading lounge that was referred to as library. There were very few books available for reading in that area.Best thing abt the airport: yummy yummy food 😋

Simple but functional lounge. Great value for money specially if you are coming from a long haul flight and need to refresh yourself.

Helpful staff and very relaxing lounge. Only hung out for an hour or so but it was nice to sit down and grab a cup of coffee

Quiet and cozy place where you can relax while waiting for your pick up. Not much in the way of food etc, but enough n comfortable sofas to relax.

My personal latest experience landing here was not great as my bags did get tagged and took to long to figure out why and what had happened. It also was a pain staking inspection checking through my luggage (1.5hours). Saying this if i hadnt of had this delay, i would have rated 4 to 5 stars for organisation and ease of passing through the passport control.

Small but arranged. Free wifi available. And receiver can go inside and wait. Flowers are expensive. Ao better buy from outside. If you lucky you can get free sim if any promotion going on.I got the free sim.

Its good, though Im an Etihad platinum guest member, but unfortunately I cant get in, unless Im flying business or first class.

An ok lounge especially after a long haul flight and you need a place to rest, catch up on work or get a shower while waiting for your transportation. Only accessible for premium passengers. This is also the place to come of youve have reserved the chauffeur service from Etihad. Theres some small bites and drinks available.

First time experienced a business class lounge beyond immigration and after arrival. The amenities were limited but had a good experience in the lounge waiting for the chauffeur.

Good place. There are few quite seats along the corridor where you can rest for couple of hours.

It is good quiet place for waiting it has shower and some types of sandwiches with multiple types of bavarage the only concern is the price is higher than normal for this kind of Lounge with limited facilities.

Its a good place to rest on arrival at midnight flights, but its better not to stay long. Check in to the hotel as soon as possible. If you havent booked a hotel for the day, you may stay until morning.
