20 mins for a shawarma is absolutely bad timing. 1 star for the flavour. -4 star for the delay.

I have ordered Fatwoosh and Shawrma.All staff members were not smiling and looked upset , they took long time to provide my order.FATWOOSH was not delicious, which has mostly lettuce with very few tomato.Chicken shawrma was not fresh at all and not tasty, even the price comparing to the bad quality was too high.

Very bad staff behavior. The lady staff in the reception was too rude to the customers. No smile or no wishes. The staffs were not approachable like other food shops

I love the place, nice food and affordable prices

There were many option in the food court but I selected this one due to the variety of food. Ordered a half backed chicken, came with side of pita bread, humus, pickled vegetables and sauces. I was not expecting it to be so much, it was a nice surprise. Taste was excellent and so was value for money.

I tried it 2 times and it was awful in both! Shawarma is SUPER DRY there is no taste! Checkin smells bad! Also it’s expen! No value for money it was a big disappointment!

All restaurants are served with pickled falafel, not embarrassed, and fry over it with a mixture of vinegar, not natural. Even grape leaves are 19 grains, 7 grains of grape leaves, but as if they are samples ... Cash is for development. I hope the administration will work harder on the topic.
