Maroosh Khalifa City.This review is for a collection order.I always order from their Makani Mall branch. Today I was driving by this area and saw Maroosh.I ordered the Chicken Sandwich which was very tasty. Hummus with meat, and some Falafel. Good quality food. Service was late because they had many orders. I don’t mind waiting for my food to be cooked nice and hot. Rather have something made fresh then something cold.Closed for dining. Takeaway orders only.Good customer service. Parking is available.

It take some time to make food ready but the taste was amazing.

Worst behavior and attitude by staff I have ever experienced in UAE. Delivery took over 90 minutes although I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. The staff hanged up the phone twice in my face when I was following up on my order status. The third time I spoke to them I heard someone at the background telling the staff who was talking to me hang up the line, dont waste your time with him. Total disrespect. When the driver arrived he told me that the order was handed over to him 12 minutes before he arrived! Would not recommend them to anyone. There are many other restaurants in Khalifa city and in Abu Dhabi which serves the same type of food with the same price but with much better experience and staff attitude.

Ordered shawarma for pickup. after 15 minutes serve old cold shawarma. when i pointed this out we were given the answer - this is how we make the shawarma (cold shawarma).Not my first bad experience hereLast time i ordered shawarma for delivery which was delivered after two and half hours!!!!!!

I always make the same mistake of ordering from there, just because the taste is nice when they rarely send a delivery order correct.They never adjust the sandwich as you want or request, even that on the phone they agree offcourse, but never comes out right.Mixing hummus with taook, instead of garlic.Forgetting orders but charged on the bill.Cold food.Endless time of waiting for delivery.Avocado Juice spilled from the bottle.No garlic with chicken because they forgot to add.And when ever you call to complain about the above, they rarely apologize, and will never compensate anyth, no money, no service recovery.A bunch of amatuers running a restaurant.

They Dont respect their customers...I have had a very bad experience with these guys.Here is the story:For 2 times, I get my sandwiches and eat them on my way back. They give my 1 good newly prepared sandwich and my second sandwich for the 2 times was old, it tastes like it has been made by morning time and they didnt even warm it before they give it to me. but I find out after I leave so prefer eating it rather than going all the way back.last time I visited them and ordered 2 sandwiches, I was telling the Phllippinian lady the story. then the manager heard me talking to her.He asked me and I told him the story.He answered in a very impolite way and told me: I can not give you a grill to take with you and keep your sandwich warm!!!!As if I am lying to him, his body language was impolite as well.This is not a way to treat your customers.For several times I also have seen him shouting on his employees in front of the customers as if he is talking to his animals in his farm!!!

Im really disapointed, I have ordered online by one if the food delivery apps, the order was late by one and an half hour when I called the restaurent they stated that the driver called me and I asked him to cancel the order, which is not true, they didn t give me any chance to talk they said either to reorder or ask the app to cancel from their end to refund the money. Then I proceeded with the efund.

They are one of the oldest lebanese restaurent in Abu Dhabi. But the KCA branch service is not satisfactory. They need to train the Arab counter supervisor & staff how to deal with customer. Their body language need some tuning. Although they have load of Take away order but when it comes to customer service, i would rate them with 1 star.

The saddest shawarma restaurant in Abu DhabiI ordered a saj meat shawarma 15 dirhams and a chicken saj sandwich 13 dirhams on a saj basis. The bread is large, but the size of the saj bread is smaller than the size of the small Lebanese bread. In addition to that, the amount of shawarma is very small, and the shawarma smells like it.
