My experience was not good as before overall its nice place if the weather is cold ,nice view good food the only thing the staff need to be more welcoming and professional.

Byblos Sue Met a must for any Lebanese food-lover. Stylish location with such a nice view on the inside harbor. Perfect grilled Lambs and many more ME cuisine plates. Tasty and quality food. Perfect service with very good price. Wine and Beer selections. You have to try out. Very recommended.

Excellent lebanese food , great presentation, tasty and quality is top notch, kebbeh naye is one of the best I ever tried , and Knefe 3al Sikh is something unique and presented in a creative way , friendly staff and helpful, definitely will visit again

The food is great and the staff do their utmost to make you feel valuedThis is a very nice Lebanese Restaurant. Portions are not smalla and we had cold mezze some fried haloumi and two main dishes really tasty. Service is ok just a bit slow, I have to say most enjoyable.

Great Food, Good Ambience and awesome deserts

Perfect place to go to with your family during Ramadan , I am a regular customer there and I thought to give a try during Ramadan so I booked four tables for my family Iftar and it was one of the unforgettable days , the arrangement was perfect , Melicca did her magic as always and booked the best tables for us and Rami was like the captain of the sailing ship ,always everywhere looking after all the guests, ofcourse all this symphony was lead by the best Maestro ever (Kamal) who shine the day by his smile and generosity

In their Ramadan Buffet food was tasty specially starters. Not lot of varieties of food compared to other 5 Star restaurants. My friends told that in the previous year they were having much more varieties. Staff was not efficient. They served us warm water and brought Tea but no sugar. I had to go and search sugar myself.

We made a reservation for 2 the table wasnt even setup.The service was really bad and no body took care of our table we had to call the server 20 times for him to come. This restaurant is suppose to be in a 5 star hotel. The main course and appetizer came all at once. By the time we got to the main course it was cold. Kabab with karaz was really bad. Sayadiyi was okay.

Highly recommended , the service was very good, we were served two complimentary dishes to try. The food was unique and very tasty. Every dish had special taste, it is a great experience for those looking for something new and intriguing flavors. And special thank to Mr Sami who assists us in choosing plates.

As an intercontinental hotel guest dinner was included in my booking, the hotel provides coupons for dinner in 3 different restaurants including ByblosI booked a reservation at the hotel reception for 6 at 7 PM and requested to be seated in the outside area, i went to the restaurant and met the responsible man his name is Kamal at the entrance and informed him that i have a booking for 6 at the outside aresurprisingly the guy denied my booking and said there is no reservation at all!i told him please contact the reception and get a confirmation from them with my booking, he called the reception and got the confirmation with the bookingagain he stated that we cannot be seated in the outside area as it is fully booked! and it was not!he said to me you will have to set inside and he was absolutely very rood and treated me and my family as if we were having coupons from a homeless shelter or for free!The set menu was supposed to have a specific type of food which was not served fully for us specially the desert.The waiters were also very rood and putting the plates on the table in a very rood manner and they were upset with our existence at the restaurant!I had my sister with me as i have invited her for dinner with my family and i was very upset and i thought about leaving but i was embarrassed in front of my sister so i decided to stay and not show my anger.for about an hour and a half and the whole outside area were fully empty until we have left!I went back to the hotel and complained about the issue and met with a manager who was very understanding and helpfuli am writing this review as i noticed that it is a repeated issue with the hotel guests and i hope that the hotel management will stop this bad behavior ASAP and to inform the Byblos staff that the guests coupons are not for free and to treat guests with at least some respect!attached is a photo for the outside area when i was leaving showing it is fully empty

Well what can I say other than excellent! We were staying at the hotel on the half board option so decided to try this restaurant. It was the most wonderful experience that on leaving we booked to go again. The food was excellent, very tasty and plentiful and I mean plentiful. Service by Kamal was exceptional very friendly but also professional and every course was explained. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I am really looking forward to going back

Friday Brunch is quite amazing! I have been here few times ago. Before they use to offer Buffet in Brunch but now no, obviously because of Covid. Going back, their menu for this brunch is a set course. Foods were actually good and comes in a great portion. We chose the non cohol package which is 175AED. Mind you guys, foods were great. Youll be full enough for a day if you indulge everything with 2-3 hours. Service were calm and fast enough to give all things we needed. We will be back and Ill take some of my close friends with me

Amazing! Outsoors seeting great food.

The location is excellent and the sheesha was good but the food is average. Some of the things were not even available like the falafel and baklawa which was quite surprising.

Good venue, excellent food, worst service ever! You are cordially greeted and that is it. We were lucky to find a sheet on our table. It is a shame that the establishment has put such tremendous effort on the place and not on training the staff on the etiquettes of service.

This is one of the best Lebanese Cuisine in Town. The venue is authentic, the taste is delightful, the meals are prepared in the pure Lebanese tradition. The price is reasonable and the venue is overlooking the a carving of the sea and that is really nice.The personel is very welcoming and all safety measures are respected.

Place was quiet when we came. Which I find perfect. It’s good to know that the restaurant is also having this COVID safety thingy. Foods were greaaaat. We really liked the Jawaneh! Also one of their dessert I forgot what it’s called. Huge thanks to Shadi for giving friendly service!! Applause for this place

Very bad experience. I have never treated this way before in a restaurant. The waiters were very ignorant and their supervisor did the worst gesture ever; he was asking the guests on each table if they are statisfied with everything but he just passed by our table and ignored us and asked the table behind us. The food was late to be served. Nobody will come to help you or ask if you need anything. The food order was missing some plates when it was served.The only good thing is that the food was good.

This time the food was below average!! Their BBQ dish was cold and tasteless!! Fruit cuts dish was horrible! Watermelon cuts were smelly, and pineapple cuts were very sour ... won’t recommend!!!

Inventive Lebanese food that knows when to break the rules and when to keep them. I have regularly visited Byblos Sur Mer since the day after it opened, and I have not once been displeased by what was served to me. The Lobster Kibbeh, the makenek, their mixed grills and seafood, all astound. Even basics like fattouch and hummus are fantastic. Top notch plating and excellent pacing between dishes round things out to make Byblos Sur Mer the easiest choice for quality Lebanese in the capital.Their cocktails impress as well, but make sure to get a bottle of arak - their selection is sufficient and it is poured quickly as you run down the small glasses traditionally used for the liquor. The shisha is top notch, with generous, quality packs and constant service on the coals.If there was something to complain about, it is the rocky start their new brunch has encountered. The soft beverage package was supposed to include juices, but not on the week we found ourselves there.But this quibble is small and I have full faith that it will be resolved, if their history is any indication. Without a doubt, I will miss Byblos above all others when I move from the UAE.

I received a message from this place and we went to check. We came here over a times. It is like a home-y lebanese cuisine. Portions of food were great. Everything is good to share. We were expecting for new presentation of the dish turns out the same. But it is fine since the food itself were amazing. Service wise, staffs tends to be very attentive and helpful at the same time.

Just to share impression, this restaurant has excellent service , food and Lebanese wine list , and friendly staff who will recommend you the best pairing of food and drinks. I would highly recommend everyone to come experience it by them selves. And I would like to think majid and rami for a wonderful experience

Decided to have our business dinner here tonight. The place was amazingly quiet which is good for meetings. We had cup of teas and food. Ambiance were very seamless. Luxurious looking restaurant with an overwhelming marina view. I saw some of the reviews here on google which are mostly negative reviews while on trip advisor they were outstanding. However, I will be in the side of this place tonight just because everything went perfectly fine. Foods that were served was mouthwatering. Portions of the food were also great. Prolly, good to share. All over experience is great. Anyway, I wanna end this review by thanking the staff who took good care of us tonight, specially yazan.

Ambience: 5*Food: 4*Service: 0*!!We went for dinner Saturday night and the service was horrendous!There was hardly anyone at the restaurant and 3 wait staff just standing around and yet we had to call them over repeatedly to take our order, take away dirty dishes, order drinks, etc. And we had to ask multiple times for some requests (eg. Getting a fire heater by the table - we ate outside). We finished our main course and still had the dirty dishes from the Mezze sitting on our table by the end of the meal. How do you bring the main course and not take the dirty appetizer dishes away?In addition to being incompetent, they were also quite rude.Overall, the ambience and food, while good, did not make up for the bad experience overall. Definitely not 5 star restaurant service.

Celebrated Anniversary in this place.Staff were very accommodating. They even provide us complimentary sweet for our celebration. Keep in mind that they are always fully book outside so better to have a reservation ahead of your visit. Great foods

This place is amazing. It’s located in Marina where you can watch sunset. Your eyes will be full from the scenery already.We opted to try their Set Menu and mind you, it is a lot of food. I don’t even know where to start. Food were as tasty as we expected. Presentation of food were fine.Service wise, efficient and helpful. Saleh recommended great options. Majd also assist. Hospitality was given to us very well. Other than, I’ll recommend this place to people close to me.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations by Majed. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The dishes were delicious as were mocktail recommendations by Mr. Jiro. Special thanks also to Ms. Melicca for excellent service.

We were told by the receptionist that their Entertainment is back so we jumped out to be there again. Theres some changes of course due to whats currently happening. Before they had like a band and a belly dancer. This time only 1 singer is performing which is truly understandable. Food were still as its best. Good to see our hosts still working and still giving great jobs.

Was celebrating my Birthday on 15th March and we had a wonderful experience at Byblos !! Staff were able to move us to outdoor table to enjoy the beautiful view during the dinner and staff Majid and Rami was very attentive and friendly .We ordered Set Menu , the Mix grill was wonderfully done. We end our dinner by the dessert and they offer us chocolate cake as a surprise for my birthday. We will definitely come back again to this lovely restaurant.

BASED ON RAMADAN BUFFETT ONLY!It was a big disappointment this year compared to last year. The idea of a set menu is nice, no food is wasted but limited varieties and the quantity of food was not enough compared to the number of people sitting on the table. The service a bit slow alsoOn a positive note the shesha is still one of the best you can find in AD.

We had been recommended to come here by a friend during our recent stay in Abu Dhabi. As a western family we were welcomed with open arms, the staff were so helpful and we had a great evening with delicious Lebanese food. Sudden Saturday lunch out with the family. Good to know that the place are taking safety pre cautions for the guest. Unfortunately there are some people who came in front of us who seems not to understand the policy. All of us are very aware about what is happening right now and getting temperatures and name check is not hard to do. So sad to think that some people still do not understand. Hostess called the guest 3 times and he continuously walk as if he doesn’t hear a thing. Anyway. Foods were good. Kudos to the staff for keeping up.

Found this on internet as we wanted to have shisha and a snack but oh we had no idea what we will experience.How to start..you have a lovely rooftop terrace with an amazing night view, where you can enjoy a cozy evening during the week or a vibrant night during the weekends.Best shisha around - try the grape mint flavour with special shisha setup - you will not regret I promiseFood - SENSATIONAL. I could not stop eating. We had 7-8 dishes and were consistently amazed. Both mezzeh and grill are fantastic, which is rare for a restaurant. Usually one is much better but here, oh boy! Mixed grill - juicy meat, perfectly cooked and amazing flavours. Mezzeh: try the hoummus with spicy tomatoes and the short rib shaworma!Staff were just AMAZING! Thank you for the amazing hospitality and fantastic coffee.Give this amazing place a try and you wont regret. My new favorite place in Abu Dhabi.

Quick lunch at this place. The location was amazing, and they have finally opened their terrace which makes it more exciting to dine. Food were great but we are hoping that there will be new dishes offered. Service still at its best.

STUNNING PLACEI have been thru a lot of Arabic Restaurants, and this place is one of the best weve been to. We never knew that it is part of the hotel cause it is a little far from it. We have seated were we can see such beautiful view! We also peaked at their Bar Lounge which where at their 2nd floor and i do not know why i am feeling much but the view is to die for. Food were of course, great. Service was helpful, staff were very accommodating. Price/Money wise, I could probably tell a mid range? Everything is worth it anyway.

We are hoping to book one table for 7, unfortunately the restaurant wont accommodate bookings higher than 4 pax in one table, However we surely understand because of the current situation.We went on a thursday evening, luckily they have this Live Singer. We had few drinks and Good foods. They have wide range of foods of course in a Lebanese Cuisine. Service was fast and accommodating.Other than that, all over experience is great.

Quick lunch with my colleagues. We chose to have their Business Lunch Menu which is 125AED/pax. Food were a set course, which is great. Ambiance of the place is amazing. Service is great also, our host Saleh you did a great job. We are looking forward to dine in at dinner time in their terrace.
