Shawerma is nice, i can said this the second choice of shawerma in Abu Dhabi

Great service and one of the best shawarmas in the city. The manager is very accommodating, sometimes at lunchtime he even gives some free falafels to those waiting for their food near the shawarma / tawook counter. Such gestures makes permanent customers. Kudos to the great team of Al Rousha

Pathetic. Service, Food and Everything what I had experienced was Pathetic.Menu is wide, different dishes. Ordered a basic Lebanese food, Grilled Chicken with Hummus and Garlic Paste. Very very bad. Thanked myself for not ordering other items.Service is also unacceptable. The way they approach for taking orders was like treating an enemy.Hummus is a basic food for Lebanese. Having it from a Lebanese restaurant is because they know how to make it.When we ordered this, they served a readymade hummus which is an utter failure.Oo people, dont go for these items.

Our friend informed that, its a very good restaurant, we went. It was our biggest pathetic experience.The shawarma maker, was behaving like, we are begging him for food.He took Khuboos and putchiken on that and rolled and gave us. Itwas not shawarma. He was very rude in behaviour.Now thrs no customers crowd.I pray, someone shuld nicely teach him a lesson.

I had dinner with this restaurant and did not enjoyed it. Food not served well (pita bread are served cold ) and the cashier is very rude.

Nice place for family, They serve complimentary appetizer of black tea (Sulemani), olives and a plate of leafy salad. We enjoyed their tasty sandwiches. The beef steak sandwich was juicy and delicious, a definite must try. Staff are polite and courteous.

This is an awesome place for Lebanese food. I always order one hummus along with the regular order. The bread that comes with it is really soft and fresh.Trust me. this place wont disappoint.

I love their Shawarma

The dishes taste amazing and settings of the restaurant is great. But, just that staffs could be little be more welcoming and improve their services. Because, the last time i visited, the arab who attended us was really poor.

Superb food, ambiance looks cosy and friendly staff except for the Egyptian guy in the kitchen named Rabir. He doesnt know customer service and how to respect. I give only 1 star because of this bad experience.

Al Rousha Cafeteria is one of the most authentic Lebanese food outlet. For the quickies they have excellent Chicken Shawarma and falafel sandwiches. For proper meals they offer all Authentic Lebanese dishes. The grilled chicken is very good. Other dishes are good as well as per your taste. The restaurant ambience is excellent and seating arrangement are very good. Price is on the upper side a bit however the food is worth the price.

Ive been eating in this place since almost 20 years, they still have the same atmosphere and taste of Shawirma which never changed, always when I pass by to Al Rousha its remind if the childhood... So lovely restaurant

15 years till now this is one of the best and most clean arabic restaurants I have ever tried in Abu Dhabi.

The food is excellent but the service is not good. My sandwich took a long time although others got their food which was ordered after me and no one give you any estimate till you ask (no follow up).Can be better.

One if the best places I have been in the whole UAE. Everything is so fresh and tasty. I definitely would recommend to start with hummus with pine nuts. The bread comes along with it is so fresh. The beef burger is just amazing as well. Patte is so soft that its melts in your mouthMe & a friend had an early dinner here and the food is delicious! We ordered the hummus, spicy potato fries, cheese rolls & falafel and all was so tasty! The lemonade with mint is nice too! Their garlic sauce is so nice too! Really fast service but it was only 6pm so still early. The bill came to less than £20! Great value!

I am compelled to write a glowing review after their exceptional effort in delivering my wrongly placed order in their Mussafah branch instead of this branch, which is almost 30kms away! through Zomato. The delivery manJauhar from the Mussafah branch practically delivered my food as quick as was humanly possible. I am extremely pleased with this effort and such dedication to customer service most certainly earns them a 5/5!! And Zomato gets a 0/5 for not considering a refund. Bottom line, order anything you like. The grilled Hamour or chicken, like we did, which was sumptuous. But make a phone call to them directly and skip the leeches like Zomato who simply forwarded me their phone number and asked me to deal with it myself.
