They don’t answer the phone calls. I tried calling them more than 10 times, but no response. Imagine if you needed any support with your test results for any reason, you will never get it.

The result takes longer than usual but big thanks to Issac he was very helpful and reassuring .

The laboratory really organized, clean and the people who work there are really kind and helpful, i call the other day to receive the email results the guy who answered my call was so kind he helped me a lot.

Just shame on them, when Abu Dhabi government decided to stabilise and control the PCR tests fees, the G42 lab changed their services and decided to provide test results afyer 24 hours, even though they have the capacity and capability to do them in a shorter period of time.

Did my PCR test there. It was very easy to do and didnt take any time. Paid the the minimum price for the PCR and got my result in a quick time. What is nice is that they are open 24/7

Vaccination center. This center is rushfree and no croud to take vaccine.

Really long queue, only two stands opened for testing. There are lanes assigned for walk in, back to school and fast track but anyone can join any queue so gets very messy.

Clean and non-crowded facility with ok staff. It took 18 hrs to receive test. The customer line in the morning was available , it took some time to get the report. The company needs some digital intervention for creating website for generating reports automatically.

Very fast service... Did my test in less than 2mins...lol... Result came out in 9hrs wow.. But locating the place could be a Lil tricky. Overall its an amazing place

The fast track quality is really bad. This is ignorance I literally payed 350 for 5 hours and got my test after 9 hours. If you can’t associate with this fast track and handle it close it, don’t let people pay for something they won’t get. Honestly this is bad.

This place is very expensive, you do the test with 8 hours or even less in other places with 65 dhm. Here in G42 .. 2 hours result will cost you more than 500 dhm!

Don’t go there. You don’t get your result on time if you pay for a quick test. I called customer service about my results. The guy told me you would get it in 30 minutes or 1-hour max. Still, nothing was received.

They dont have any public website where you can track their daily schedule. I took my son last Sunday to Al-Mafraq Hospital it was closed for no reason. A lot of people were arriving and wondering what was going on. The staff is aggressive. There is one Filipino lady there, who calls herself team leader, who acted in a very rude manner and complete disrespect when I came on the following day to do the test for my son. Funny enough, it is more than 24 hours now and the results are not yet released. I had to call them and remind them that my son has not gone to his school because of their negligence. I am still waiting. SEHA is the best. Never go to this place.

Trying to call in 02 205 5999 no response. Was supposed to receive the reciept and report. Not yet received ( more than 24 hrs). Only received SMS with the results.

They are open 24/7 .. from 11pm to 8am they have reduced staff. I visited the lab for blood test post vaccination to check anti bodies ... Not very crowded and finished in less than 30 minutes. Good customer service .. except that public phone number was not answered thats why i put a photo for thier customer service number.

I tried calling them over 15 times for a question and they never answered. Not even an answering machine.

I went for COVID test , it takes 20-24 hours the regular one, but the issue is that they send the results by email without attachments, an when we tried to call , no one is picking the phone . I don’t advise to go there .

Went there for nose swab test, it was quick and fast although the prices for the rapid test was high but still its worth it because of there punctuality and adherence of the timing of the results, not crowded and a good place to have the PCR for people who want it quick, thanks guys for the service and keep it up!

Visited today for Vaccination and no rush at 11 AM . Only observation -there is no proper direction for the lane’s to vaccination counter. They also do PCR tests.

I called and asked to be tested and I’ve been informed that as of today there’s no testing on the go. I was sitting in my car and I saw a number of people getting tested from their car which was very disappointing.I went to the reception, which was a very small area next the door with a nurse who collected my emirates ID And took my number. I went back to my car and waited 30 mins for her to call me and ask what service I required when she was informed. I asked her to get my emirates ID back to my car, and she didn’t. I waited for 10 mins and then saw her, I called her to my car, and asked her to keep a distance. She pulled her mask down and started explaining herself. I was really frustrated, she shouldn’t have pulled down her mask!!!! This center is there to test covid, not to spread covid!!!!

Very very bad customer service, I had my pcr with them ...20 hours ago ...We need for a flight !!!Unfortunately they are unreachable, didnt send rhe results!! Not even answering the phone....we are going to miss our flight because of this unresponsive service
