It is absolute sad seeing one of the leading stem cell research facility and institution in Gulf region, having a google rating 2.1. I believe that in future when stem cell became a regular way of treating patients with difficulties, this rating will affect the reputation of the facility.PCRs are just not worth of it.Best regards

Still no test results. Worst service ever! We tried to reach the support on every way possible. No answers or only arrogant, non-helpful answers. Ruined our vacation since we cant leave our hotel and cant get across the border even though we paid several times. We are now in contact with a lawyer since this institution costed us a lot of money and our whole vacation. Not recommended. Totally unprofessional!

Really very bad experience. I had a PCR test yesterday and kindly asked for urgent delivery of the results because in need to take a flight 36 hours later. I was assured the results would have been delivered well on time but unfortunately this wasn’t the case and I missed the flight. What it really disgusted me it was the fact that I tried many many times over the day to call the ADSCC number and NEVER somebody replied. On the web it’s said this is 24/7 operational but simply this is not true. Very poor service!

Yas Mall Location :Got there at 9:32 pm and I was not accepted. Told we only accept from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm.I made a humble requested as a health care worker if there is any possibility to make an exception as I was the only one denied acceptance. Answer was NO.Next morning got there at 9:25 am and I was told by a staff a member we can’t start until 10 am.Very unprofessional and poor staff behavior.Timings should be clearly advertised at the reception.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They will not answer emails, no phone calls, no confirmed booking appointments, and do not perform their duty as a medical institution. Due to someones unsupervised incompetence at this facility, I am no longer eligible to enter my workplace.

I did one of the free swab test ​under ADSCC. After 24 hours I received the result. However, I had a problem with an incorrect data they put which is really important. Gladly a person named Ali was able to helped me and fixed it right away. I appreciated the fast assistance that was given.

Very very slow PCR result! need to wait long for results... Travellers better avoid their clinic as you will get result very late.. I think they are only money making business.. For 65 AED test, you will get result after 24hours but if you pay AED 300, the result will come in 6 hours!!!

Did PCR at Yas mall location. Results came within 12 hours via SMS. However nothing reflected in ALHOSN app. Tried calling customer service 5 times with no luck since all the lines are constantly busy.

Made a test for three person (family), two results received, one not with SMS (mine). The Al-hoshn was updated correctly. My e-mails were not replied and the hotline was not accessible, that is disappointing.

I went to do COVID-19 test today. After patiently waiting, leaving a 2m distance all the way, at the end of the line, the security personnel asked me Are you card, cash, or company? I didnt understand what he was saying. I asked What? Then he insulted me calling me sala which is a common insulting word in Hindi (I dont speak Hindi, but can understand some). I was shocked and couldnt react at all. Now thinking about it, he might have his reasons of tiring job, all-day standing on foot etc. But then again, does it give him any right to vent it all out at people like that? Dont think so.

It is really absurd that i will do a test and my samples not submitted after 36 hrs and i had to spend extra 150 for another test in Dubai as i was to travel and had just less than 12 hours left. I visited the Al Nhayan test centre today and I must say, it was the worst experience Ive had in my life. The staffs at the counter treat people without respect. I was humiliated and insulted in front of all the people inspite of having the required documents. I would never ever recommend anyone going there. I hope they stop hiring the interns (dont know how to respect and be kind to others) to handle the customers. It is disappointing to see such behaviors, that too in Abu Dhabi.

From horrible to excellent, all thanks to an individual who cared and supported us with correcting wrong data entry on the report. If there was not for him, we would have problems with boarding.Just note that you have to give it more than 24 hours, around 30ish to get the report.

No PCR Testing is carried out here anymore. Only Vaccine can be taken. They stopped PCR Testing about a month ago.

This is a review of the Galleria Mall lab operated by ADSCC and Yas Clinic Group. The two male staff who I was unfortunate enough to deal with were very rude and ignorant, both totally devoid of any manners. No hello, no smile, no thank you, no eye contact, no explanations or instructions, just grunting instructions like I was the one being rude by interrupting them from playing on their phones.This is the front desk male and the tester. It was like they were having a competition to see who could be the most unfriendly. I would call it a draw and give them both gold medals in the worst customer service awards.On the plus side the venue was quiet and result came through within 12 hours so if the choice is rude staff but quick result over friendly staff and slow result I know which one Ill take.

Hey this place says open for 24/7 so i went there, and stood there for 25-30min when its our turn, the security came out the same security guy who saw us stand there in a line came out said we are closing, we said its 24/7 tent, he replied with the manger said we have to close. If you want to waste your time and maybe do pcr if your lucky enough

ALOT of centres confirm that the result will be provided WITHIN 24hrs but we always get it on time.However inspite of it being 23.5hrs of getting the PCR test done I havent got the result. The call centre takes forever to connect and once they do they are absolutely NOT helpful.Just keeping on defending themselves for 30mins surely doesnt help.You should upgrade your services. You are charging equal to others. Start providing equal good services as well.I feel they are insensitive towards the fact that this could be hampering someone in many ways.Very disappointing!

Its been more than a month am contacting them through all the sources,(email, customer care no. even directly went to complaint in the Al nahyan camp) to clear the wrong entry (Vaccine date) in the system, But untill now no one has given any proper solution or even try to solve the issue. The worst experience ever. I usually get my PCR within less than 24 hours....now 24 hours have passed and I still didnt get my PCR and the call center agents know nothing ...and the line is always busy. I have lost my entire day needing to to do urgent matters but the PCR result didnt come out and I cant reach anyone who knows whats happening.

My husband and I got our results 7 hours after doing the PCR test, but EID and DOB are both incorrect so the Al Hosn app is unable to get updated and no one is picking up the phone!!

If you want to have your result within 24hrs, do not use ADSCC. We are waiting for 36hrs - still waiting for the result. We missed our flight and spend a lot of time and money.

28 hours later I still dont have my test results.Next time I will not go there for testing...I didnt have this kind of problems with any other clinic.

My wife took the test on Wednesday at 11am, got the results on Saturday at 9am, three days later.A completely unreliable company, their helpline is also appalling. It takes literally 20 minutes to get through and the staff are rude and unhelpful, in fact entirely clueless.I expect those who gave 5 stars will be employees and their friends.

All the 1-star reviews stressed me out but i got my test results back in 27 hours. Tested at Yas Mall. Results came by link in text message. Entered phone number. Link worked fine. Printed results. No problems at all. ALHOSN app not updated yet, but PCR rest is for flight - hard copy needed. Do not need the app - not yet... let’s see.

The worst experience ever. I did a PCR test 50 hours ago and my flight at 7am, it’s nearly 4am now and I received nothing. I called them many times but no response.

No PCR Test results after 24 hours, call customers service number but no one answering ,due to urgent i walk in ADSCC Laboratory Abu Dhabi office to check with receptionist, found out many peoples also walk in complaining same issue. Alredy done so many PCR Tests with other clinics and hospitals but never encountered this issue. Please consider our complaints for all peoples convenience.
