Quick PCR service , sometimes queue can be long, go morning.Open 24 hrs.Results come fast.AED65.Only downside is some medical technician are rough when administering the test. Ask for the Filipino techs they are more gentle.

Crowded... they knew that there will be thousands of people lining up and had only two counters for registration and three PCR stations. Took us 3 hours to get the PCR for kids

Many windows to make the test. But there is an issue reaching the location due to Road maintenance. You need to drive wrong side to reach the location, once Road Maintenance done it will be an easy trip.

They bit more than they can chew .. 2 hours waiting for school PCR … disorganized … opening more counters after 200 people are in the queue.. feels unsafe with so many people in one place.. ironic considering the test is to verify that u are safe

Waiting time is too long, the efficiency of serum testing staff is too poor，Some employees will leave work after 2 oclock. Although there are still many people in line, only a few staff are left.

Very quick , appointment not required 65AED. But probably now its 50AED. Sometimes parking can be an issue. I usually get my PCR result in less than 10 hours and its open 24Hrs.

Quick pcr . Very well organized. Never more than 20 minutes of queue. Sometime even theres nobody there. Very good.

Security is not doing the job in managing the queue. The only thing they need to improve is they need to realize they have the duty to ensure people are on the queue. Secutity, all of them today, cut the queue and the order was reversed, tail becomes head. Many of us talked to them, they dont take action. Ridiculous.

Back to school facilities not big enough.we were all packed. no social distancing possible.it look almost one hour to complete the processAC is very weak. no water provided, no facilities.not a good experience.came twice for my childrenfirst test done on Friday evening and still no results.

I was told I had paid for an 8 hour test result and upon following up found out it was 24 hours. Called them and they expressed no sense of empathy or concern and told me the only thing I could do is come back and pay even more for the 8 hour test I had believed I already paid for. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone unless there is absolutely no other choice.

The PCR made on children was very harsh! My youngest had blood coming out of his nose. Saw many other children crying as they came out of the cubicles. This was the worst experience they’ve had with PCR in Abu Dhabi so far

Back to school test is crowded, area hot, servise is slow, I did not expect the servise would be so bad, school children is suffering from long ques. Service need big improvement for sake of abu dhabi students.

Their servives are yop notch and affordable. I did a PCR test for 2hours and within that time i had my results in the portal.

The lab is hard to find as it is inside a warehouse complex. Look for a grey building with big, orange windows. The lab is very well.organised inside and very efficient

Operates 24x7 and have multiple packages. Can get results as fast as one hour .Secluded from city and is based out of Masdar which can sometimes be annoying owing to ongoing construction and road closures.Overall , does job right and gunrateed 24hoir results.

Worst experience for me was with Biogenix labs I did express COVID-19 Test for travel in your branch in Masdar City and headed to Dubai to catch my flight, I got the result after 5 hours showing me Positive , I could not travel and the government sent me to quarantine, I did the test next day in Al Zahra hospital , showed me negative , I did the test again after 32 hours showed again Negative, only then I could book again ticket and exit quarantine, but due of EID all flights was full , and I could not go back home I lost my flight lost my vacation booking could see my family only because one false test with your labs !do not recommend for any one sadly !!

I took my kids for the back to school saliva testing. We reached the lab at 07:30 AM early morning and there were maybe 15 people ahead of us. Only 1 staff was available to register the people and it took 1 hour & 45 minutes for our turn. Extremely slow staff, dont waste your time visiting this facility.

Best pcr testing center in Abu Dhabi ! Youre in and out in 15 minutes max. Even when its busy. Open 24 hours a day. Nothing against SEHA testing centers. Theyre doing an excellent service to the city....but....I waited once in Zayed Sport City SEHA testing center for 1 hour and my car didnt move an inch in that hour. I left immediately and cancelled and refunded. Drove to Masdars G42 lab.....bliss. Heaven.

I could not thank the staff at g42 enough.I was running late on my flight and they helped expedite my Covid PCR results so fast that I actually made it home.Extremely helpful staff

The experience in the lab was positive, but communication is the big issue. No phone number you can call them. Only WhatsApp communication and they are responding after few hours. My two daughters did the saliva test at the same day and time and we got one result after less than 24 hours, and the other is still not ready after 48. The main problem is that we have to report to the hospital because of the positive results and we cannot because we dont have the last result.

Its a lab located in masdar city accessible easily from airport and Gamco.

Improve the facilities, for school kids need to wait multiple hours. Help line not picking the call after multiple tries.

Usually I don’t make any review, but the negative reviews from some people are totally pathetic, some complain about the organization in that place, some funny people comment that their results delayed more than 24 hours, another funny are asking no clear procedure in place! Guys who are not satisfied, go to SEHA or other places, you may enjoy there waiting for more than 2 to 3 hours and for sure you will get the result at least after 24 hours and in some after few days!As per my experience with this place, it’s the best ever you can get in Abu Dhabi! It’s not crowded and you will finish the test in no time! Besides the results always coming before 24 hours!

It took more than an hour to go through.... 5hrs later still no response, 5 days still no response, I even tried to call them......Be careful of the steps = yes it says mind the step but doesnt say which one!!! I unfortunately didnt realise that the door was also a step and have been sporting bruised knees and a carpet burn on my hand as well as a bruised ego.2 weeks later and still no response.... I know its busy but customer service is absolutely awful

Visited with son for his PCR Test to attend School, good arrangement by government of Abu Dhabi.

Not a very customer-oriented organisation. I am trying to call them and never anybody picks up the phone. I have done more than 50 COVID Tests with them and requested invoices all the time. Never get any. No very professional.
