Great food, well organised and nice staff.

This coffee shop on Friday morning is well alive serving coffee and homemade pastry to cyclists and other clients. The coffee is very good and so are the bakery products.

The reason why i give 5 stars is because of i was so glad to get the best at your restaurant,The pizza and pasta i heard few day ago which i asked who made this meals and they pointed at the tall African chef at the front cooking range but i forgot is name.It was so amazing, the pasta as my favorite was tasty creamy white sauce and the pizza o la la 😘. Please kindly tell him to keep it up and next time i come with friends i want to see him with the same cooking and taste.Andiamo the best🙏🏼

Delicious food and a nice ambience with a good service. Only negative was a cockroach running on the sofa bench and then it hid between the upholstery. We informed the staff and he noted about it 😉 Hope they do pest control asap.

We ordered online this time and food was excellent.

The food is nice but the service not at the level of the food.They have a bug problem with the AC And it n ver been fixed I visited them twice in two years between and no changes, even the staff informed me that they know this problem but no thing have been changed

Everytime we come back, we regret it. Service is so slow regardless how positive and encouraging you are trying to be. If cook tells us ‘3 more minutes’ after 40 minutes of waiting, you can’t be happy. And yes, it wasnt 3 extra minutes anyway. We decided to take it away and packaging fell apart, surprisingly. It would be too much to ask for any gesture of compensation, but they even act like they do not care. Last time. Food is not bad, bakery and coffee very good. But that will not convince me to come back as there are other places

They have an option called make your own pasta. I ordered only spaghetti with pesto sauce. I had to wait 40 minutes for my plate to be served! When I tried the pasta was so spicy! They added chili to the pasta !! Chili!The worst: The waitress tried to convince me that it was not Chili, she told me it was dried tomatoes, I refused to eat that so she told me that if I ate the spicy pesto pasta she would give me a dessert I denied and finally she told me that they had run out of the pesto sauce so there was no way to prepare another dish so I had to eat the spicy pesto pasta.She annoyed me greatly, they will treat me as ignorant, as if I do not know how to differentiate a tomato from a hot chili, she also annoyed me that they tried to convince me to eat a dish that I did not order and was spicy. At the end I decided not to eat anything and the administrator just say Im sorry to solve the problem.If its your mistake just fixed it but not try to convince the other that Its not a mistake

The decor is nice and the staff is friendly and eager to serve. The iPad menu is a cool touch and is executed very nicely. The glamor shots of the food leave you salivating for more.As for the actual food it is good but not extremely good. If you are dining and not using the Entertainer you will be disappointed in the price paid vs food received as it is quite pricey.The chicken coloetta was tasty especially when paired with the pesto mayo. The spinach and cheese ravioli was described as large and good.Would I eat here again? Yes. But only when using the Entertainer.

I visited Andiamo and had a fantastic experience- great impression for a first timer. What particularly made me and my friends’ experience an outstanding one was the fact that we weren’t sure what to eat and the Chef on duty, Mr. Kuldeep came up to our table, presented himself and suggested dishes from the menu that would match our mood in the moment! We had the best seafood pizza ever! Overall everything Kuldeep recommended was “yummy” and my friends and I were pleased not just for that but for the additional human touch, friendliness and enthusiasm of that chef! You must go eat there!!

I come to Andiamo every Friday morning and I honestly love the nutella pancake and the loaded oatmeal. I also go there for lunch once every 2 weeks and I love the burrata pizza, the ravioli and the hamburger. I recommend this restaurant

A great eatery locally at Al Zeina. Quick serving and a good menu. The premises are somewhat industrial and it makes the premises a little impersonal. We were there a year ago and chose to come back with family, which should make for a good recommendation.

Good food, only gripe was kids menu is quite expensive and there were no fries left....surely could of gone to the shop next door and strangely the restaurant didnt smell very nice (strange smell in the air from somewhere). That said the pizza and chicken dishes were nice dishes and theres a few games to keep the kids entertained so would go back.

Good food but bad service. No one asked if food was okay or took out empty plates. Didn’t ask if we wanted ice with drink but brought full of ice with little amount of soda(of course no free refills). Inside was a little bit hot so ice melted immediately and ended up almost like water.

I tried to order food at 11:00 on Zomato and they charged me. Later, they called me saying kitchen closed. Please edit your restaurant opening hours as it saying is opened until 11:30 online. I was always ordering from you each week, but I believe I will no longer do. Get a better costumer service.

Food was excellent, service was on point. Attentive but not obtrusive.

I ordered a lasagna and when my food arrived it was cold, especially in the middle part of the lasagna. I asked them if they could warm it up, and when my food came back it was still cold, and apart from that, they added a red sauce on top which was very cold. I am very dissatisfied with the service today.

It’s such a shame as the food is good but the service is terrible. Even when the restaurant is completely empty it is difficult to grab the attention of any waiter. When ordering a takeaway it takes at least 45 mins, even if you live in Al zeina.

Nice Bistro, casual, polite staff and very tasty food. Got free WiFi and soft quiet music so you can get some work done before and after your food without having to sit in a typical coffee shop.Good for cosy meal or simple dinning with family and friends. Got a few games on long table so kids wont be bored.

Food is great, the restaurant has a good ambience, however the service is average.A more involved management would probably make this restaurant a go-to spot.

Recommended by a friend, so we made the trip from Abu Dhabi city (30 Kms). We found parking right in front. You enter the restaurant and find yourself in a bakery, with a beautiful olive tree in a big island. The restaurant is to the left, with an open plan kitchen and pizza oven. The atmosphere is pleasant, there is a combination of comfy chairs, benches and comfy benches and chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu on iPad is good for getting an image of each dish. This is where I was a little dissapointed, several of the dishes we received didnt look at all like the menu photos. If youre going to offer images, you should respect the way the dishes come out from the kitchen.The food arrived promptly. But more than one instance the waitresses passed the food across the table to me by hand, in front of the seated diners, rather than go around the table to place the dish in front of me. One was a hot soup. Other than the obvious risk of spillage, it is not professional to pass the food in front of people, and to expect the diner to receive his dish by hand.Not one waitress, but two, so it must be the training...Enough said about that...Once the food did arrive, it was OK. Nothing wow, but OK. We used two entertainer vouchers and had AED 148 deducted from the bill and ended up paying AED 370 for 4 people, for starters, and main courses and 2 bottles of local water. As far as value for money, for what we ordered, this is borderline with the vouchers.Now I relayed all this to my friend who highly recommend Andiamo, and she said it must have been the chefs off day. So Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out one more time ...and Ill keep you posted....

Food was excellent. Incredibly slow and unattentive service for a place as expensive as this. A simple thing but it really lets the restaurant down, no other customers so no excuse.

Best Tiramisu Ive had. Im definitely coming back to try their breakfast, or dinner meals. The Tiramisu was so delicious I couldnt resist taking a picture before eating it. Ill take a picture next time.

Real Italian food which is on par with what you get in any decent Italian outside of the Middle East.However:1. Prices are on steep side, their child options are also expensive.2. Their is a complete lack of atmosphere st times in the resturant. The non italian staff lack the kinda of essence you expect in a good Italian. Service at times is patchy even when the resturant is empty.Id like to give 3.5 due to the last two points. Cant fault them too much on the food.

Good menu on ipad with all clear pictures , Service was really bad they said the food will take 15 to 20 minutes but it took 1 hour and they missed one order. when we asked the manager why they didnt bring my food he said maybe the chief doesnt like you so unprofessional. Never going back
