Just to highlight that your shop is part of Etisalat smiles, and for whatever reasons you don’t wish to accommodate clients who use Etisalat points, then please say so or arrange it with Etisalat itself.We went to your branch in Marina Mall Abu Dhabi at 9:30 pm half an hour before mall’s closure, and the staff was very welcoming. The moment we informed her we would use Etisalat smiles, rudely she replied that she closed the cash counter and can’t accept the smiles points. This was very rude and unacceptable. Never again.
