They have good varieties of ice-creams but I think the staffs should be polite and friendly to enhance the customer overall experience.

As all Baskin Robbins branches, its all good, decent staff, quick, and it tastes very good, but the problem is that its quite expensive! Why? Its an ice cream! Dont miss asking the staff to add toppings, its very tasty! Make sure to check offers on Mondays, or entertainer, cuppon, and smiles for other offers. Even after the offers it stills expensive to me.. Enjoy.

We asked for kids cone which is 8.50 Aed . And theyve given and I swiped by card . When I check the bill it was charged 11.00 aed. I went back and ask them again why it is. The counter guy was rude and he told he gave me big scoop. I stood stubborn and get my refund 2.50 aed. They cant sell what I didnt ask.
