My favourite to go ice-cream with plenty of accessible locations in Abu Dhabi. I say accessible because they have many stand alone shops that other brands do not have. Other brands can usually be accessed via malls which wastes a lot of time if I just want some ice-cream and not have to go through the crowded mall.

Place rather small.. but has much flavours of ice cream. The shop keeper also friendly..

The usually good BR taste but not all flavors are available. The sales persoj who attended us named John Salazar was very annoying didnt concentrate with us while making the order. And was singing all the time while we are seated means he did not respect our presence and acted as if nobody is around.

I love Baskin Robins ice cream. The staff need to be sent for training of customer service

The shop closes at 11pm. We entered at 10:45pm and the person behind the counter agreed to serve us after telling us theyre closing and after we asked if he would be kind enough to serve within opening timings. We got our scoops but not without a frown. Flavors were top class!

Not friendly staff. Visited the outlet by Midday today and asked for Sunday ice creams. Response was not proper and incomplete. Looks like staff was doing a favor of responding to queries. Will not visit this place again.
