Did my husband and kids pcr test yesterday at 3pm drive thru after waiting in the line for 45 mins.Registraion done by drive thru staff Extremely unhygienically with longs dirty nails and no gloves NO BASIC HYGEINE FOR COVID-19 and this building is only for covid cases.WE HAD TO FILL UP THE FORMS OURSELVES WITH PENS BEING TOUCHED BY GOD KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE.Awaiting the test results even after it says drive thru pcr test reports withon 12 hrs and its 9 in the morningMORE THAN 18 HRS AND STILL DRIVE THRU PCR TEST REPORTA ARE PENDINGNOT RECOMMENDED as we missed school and office for the day

Very helpful staff, Friday Im visit there around 3pm for PCR test, got 2nd serial number and total take 5 minutes time includes paper work and Im get result 8:25 result by mobile message, so I like it , very neat & clean clinic and very friendly staff I like this clinic 🙏🙏🌹⚘🌷🌺🙏🙏

Worst experience ever, i never seen a hospital that doesn’t care about the patient, their only care is the money, I don’t know if they are doctors or a gold diggers.I went to see a urologist which is his name is rishikesh, the doctor didn’t give me even 2 minutes to listen to me or even checking me, he just told me that ur situation is not covered by ur insurance, so you gonna pay the full amount including my consultancy which is 500 AED, i can pay that amount for a good care but mot for 2 words that even i can have them from anyone on the street n ill pay 500 dirham for it.That’s my first time I’m gonna see a doctor that prioritizing the money than patients health.ADVICE: DONT YOU EVER GO TO THAT HOSPITAL.

Clinic is nice and clean... Good facility, the staff is polite except a few, for covid checking I went 2 times and the 2nd time it took too much time the ladythere for documentation work was too slow... Overall the doctors are very helpful...

Done PCR test as drive through, good service

Horrible experience yesterday, VERY bad, they make the patient (sick person with fever) go from building to building under the sun and go up and down the stairs (because the elevators are too slow) to make a blood test or see a physician. And when i go to the building they told me to go to, the reception there told me no u have to go back to the building you were just in because the rules have changed !! . It is wrong to have multiple buildings it should be one large building in a well circulated vehicular way (it gets really congested there) with abundance of parkings (it is hard to find a parking infront of the different buildings that they make you travel to). The reception and some nurses in the clinic have no problem making you wait for nothing, they are good at wasting time. You have to remind them that you are there and you are waiting for the doctor. I think this NMC branch in particular should be closed Because of this hassle that they make the patient go through. This is just one of the horrible experiences I have had in this clinic. I once came because i had set an appointment with a GP only to find that he had traveled for a holiday even though he had set the date himself!! And there is another unpleasant experience with the dentistry department. They made me wait for an hour after the dentist accepted to see me (because whats the point of making an appointment if the doctors dont respect their appointments) until he finally left without me seeing him. And i had to set an appointment after 2 weeks. And by the way i hade gone to three different dentists in NMC and my tooth problem is still there. Im starting to think they just do this to make you come back and pay. Im never coming back. Of course all of this is just a summary and i didnt go through details, it is a lot worse than that.

Worst place have been to in regards with respect for people time and effort.I signed in at 7:37 and till now (9:30) I have not seen the Dr yet.People come after me and go before me.The facility management is running for gaining as much money as they can from the insurance and the patients they are not running for providing a better health care

I visited Radiology dept. today morning for my x-ray Mr .Sanjay was very helpful and i am very happy great service at nmc hospital thanks .

Best nursing staff and great doctors who take care of you and make you feel like a family
