I had a nice hair style and beard shaving, with most of their barbers.. to be honest all of them are professional , OB around keep cleaning the salon and i had a nice change with them they given me FREE Manicure , nice stuff with perfect owner 🤙🏻

Good staff. Nice ambience, Hygiene is top level. Sometimes they add masks and other items without asking and charge you for that. Better to say NO if they are trying to put on something for which you havent asked for.

Thank you management for the response, it shows you are committed to provide better and next level of service, but unfortunately the same thing happened to me again today, i came in for an appointment at 14:00, as my usual barber was on annual leave, i chose a different barber, he came in late 15mins which i can understand, but took another customer/ his friend, i was left waiting for 1 hour plus and with no proper communication or explanation. The hospitality is really poor.Please appoint someone in the reception/ desk to attend customers.I tried calling you but based on your response, however there was communication problem as i dont converse in Arabic.—————Place is good with some skilled barbers, however the appointment system is horrible, sadly i took membership and seems like stuck for the coming 2 months, went there at noon with booking, its was empty, however waited 30 mins with no one to attend, frustrated left the place.

The place looks like ladies saloon. Chairs are not comfortable not clean and low hygiene standers. The barber that serve me was polite but has sharp hands he made my face skin red and his hands was injured and smiles cigarets . Unfortunately, i came from far place and it was unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend it

If you are looking for a new style for yourself, these are the people you go to. Amazing staff, amazing products.

Had a horrible experience. Showed a guy picture of my own haircut, he confirmed he can do it. It turned out to be completely opposite from what I asked, and did exactly what I told him NOT to do. When I said not to cut too short, I ended up with less than 1cm length (normally length of my hair is 3-5cm). In the end he was even convincing me that it’s the same like on the picture, giving excuse that he doesn’t speak English. I guess my picture was in English too 🙄Other guys were professional, apologizing for the inconvenience. Ended up not even paying, but I will consider if I’ll come back.

One of the best places to have a hair cut in Abu dhabi. Great personell ready to welcome you, offering you tea and coffee up in arrival. Excellent barbers and hair dressers. The store is wel furnished, music, tvs and magazines.

Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for 30 min only to have my turn taken by another customer. When I asked why, the response I got was the manager decided. I walked out of the place and dont plan on going again. Didnt seem to matter to them as nobody bothered to call and apologize.
