Went to Millie on one of her days in Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Lifted my color (unintentionally) but the output was a bit above mediocre. The price was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy over what should be charged for the services, but the staff is skilled, professional and polite.

Ive been going to the salon for everything related to my hair, I trust maria and Im so glad I finally found a hairstylist who is honest and professional at her job. The thing that I hate about the salon is how the phone operators and receptionists have very low IQ. I don’t want to be disrespectful but I have no idea how come such a high priced salon can hire receptionists with minimal abilities and skills. They get on my nerves every-single time I call to book an appointment. They have to call me back to “check with the dresser” for everysingle time, as if there is no appointment system or appointment record available. They will completely disregard what Im trying to say and mention completely different services. I have to keep repeating what i want loud and clear a few times until she can process what Im requesting. Very annoying very unprofessional.

I love the hair services in Marquee. They have the best reclining chair, which offers a very comfortable experience. They sometimes overbook though so make sure the reclining chair is available if you go for hair treatments

I have been frequenting this salon for over 4 years but have been so disappointed with my last interaction with them that I have decided to stop my loyalty to them and go to another salon.I have been saving up my points for a year at the salon with every treatment I got (blow dry, masks, hair colour etc) and when I called to claim them the receptionist, in the most nonchalant manner, informed me that my points have been eliminated from the system and are no longer showing. I explained that I’ve been saving up for a year and I have proof of the points left and she merely said ‘oh, did we not call you to tell you that your points are no longer in the system?’.She was incompetent and unprofessional and for all the thousands of DHS I spent ( because it’s an overpriced salon) , I was not given a hint of understanding from her side for my loyalty over the years.Do no recommend this salon ad i then went on to find a salon with more affordable, better stylists and respectable staff.Avoid this salon and it’s terrible staff!

I visited the Eastern Mangroves location where Jennifer did an outstanding job on my hair! I have (very) naturally curly hair and have been to multiple salons across Abu Dhabi only to be disappointed time and time again. I rolled the dice and hoped for the best, the first time I visited Jennifer, to fix yet another bad haircut. She did not disappoint. In fact, she made so much of an impression on me (and my curly hair) that I returned a few weeks later to have her do a pixie cut for me. Again, she did an amazing job and I love it! Curly hair is never easy to cut, but Jennifer knows what she is doing every step of the way. I would highly suggest marketing her curly hair skills so that other people, like myself, know exactly where to go: Jennifer at Marquee Eastern Mangroves. Thanks, Jennifer!

Lovely place and they do a fantastic job with my hair. Randomly don’t allow coupons to be used, but don’t inform clients before they book. Otherwise, excellent.

Overpriced experience, the lady tried to sell the whole time all the expensive products. The result of the hair coloring is ok but not woow for 1200 dirhams just root coloring and blow dry. On the phone they told me around 400-600 dirhams.

Fantastic experience for color services. I have curly hair and Maria understood what I wanted and suggested the best way to achieve it. I got blonde ombre the first time, then rose gold and now teal. They know how to style curly hair (believe it or not, in other places they dont) and my hair is in great shape, no damage can be seen. Maria is very creative and excellent in her job.

The destroyed my hair and made me to pay 900 aed. I wanted to do a balayage (because after dubai water my hair already been damaged) but the English hairdresser doesn’t even know what it is ... she made a highlight on my head, in the end I was a blonde. I called the manager and she suggested to come back and fix, but there was some unprofessional student who painted a zebra on my head .... DO NOT ENTER .. save your hair. they used to have good professionals from Australia, but this is in the past

The only branch in Abu Dhabi .Adjacent to NailSpa so busy ladies can do hair and nails on same time.I absolutely recommend Yana as i found her the most skilled and talented stylist in the branch.The salon got loyalty program which i found quite useful and after few visits i was awarded with free hair cut and blow dry and hair treatment!
