Excellent gym, good machines and fair prices!!

Didnt like it.Good range of equipment but the gym gives you oldish feeling.There is lack of housekeeping and maintenance. There was no bidet shower with toilet. Just a pipe. No tissue papers. No sanitizers.Weighing machine is manual. Not only manual but it probably belongs to 18th century. You have to weigh yourself like you are buying fruits from a village.This is the first gym where weights and dumbells have been measured in pounds. Very confusing for me.And there is no gym instructor. There are some personal trainers but none by the gym.

Old equipments, no maintenance no body cares about improvement of the machines and accessories, average level.

This is the worst gym ever.... NO AC while we were training and its too hot..... They werent explain the Groupon rules for us and the lady trainer were toooo rude and impolite.... Baaaaaaad gym... Nothing good there.... IAM NOT RECOMMENDED THIS GYM FOR ANY LADY

Top notch equipment. Most of it is Hammer strength, life fitness and Cybex. Free lockers.

Cons:- no windows and no natural light- poor fluorescent depressing lights- low ceiling- poor ventilation- machines and weights are crammed in in the space.- members are of the labour force. Have no knowledge to gyms etiquette or body deodorant.- some of the members bring their little kids which can make the gym very hazardousPros:- proper hardcore body building gym- all free weights and machines- cheap and the single entry is 30 dirhams(I believe It deserves 20 only though)- great easy location

Would be better if it had more diverse equipment, a water dispenser, towels or tissues, better decoration.

Very good for professional bodybuilders. Packed with good equipments. Ceiling Height is low. Less space for cardio.
