This gym surprised me at first as it abide to all of the social distance and how every couple of minutes a person would come and sanitize the equipment. I have been training with coach Leo who gives me confidence every session and is a friendly person to speak to. I would recommend him as a instructor if you want to achieve your fitness goal with top results.

One of the most unique gym environments I have ever experienced! The Gym goes into detail about your goals and your specific needs assuring that your goals are met in perfect standard! One of the coaches , Leo , is just an example of how professional the staff are and well know ledged they are in how to train a person and helping one break their limits and reach out of their comfort zone!

I love the atmosphere and the trainers are all amazing and welcoming. I’ve been doing PT with coach Alena for a year and she keeps me motivated and I like her energy. ❤️

He is the best coach ever where I ha e experienced his care and follow up, as well as the several useful advises that he gave to me. The gym is complete it has most thing. But I had a free session with a coach there it supposed to be one on one. He turned it to a group class that. Secondly we agree to start at 1 pm but we started at 1:30 because his other client was finishing paper work. Which isn’t my problem. My work out should be from 1 to 2 pm but due to the coach miss management of time, it got to 2 40 pm and still we are not done. When I wanted to leave the coach was asking me about why I want to go. Which again non of his concerns. I would recommend the gym , but the personal session ? I don’t think so.

Big gym with all the machines available, weights available too, theres a studio for classes to book and open area if you prefer to workout by yourself.I have tried Personal sessions with Roksy shes friendly and gives very good advice.Good ladies only gym area, with locker room showers and they have a prayer room availablealso.Nice view of the khalifa park while you are working out.The facility is always clean with clean towels available everyday. All the staff are friendly too.

Absolutely fell in love with this gym! The energy of the place is phenomenal! The staff and coaches are super friendly and helpful! The classes are incredible! Sales people just try to take money from you and by force to make you take there membership!Probably owner strategy to make more sales but wrong way!So poor service for a nice gym.Also in website its mention that for 399 aed you have 1 month trial and its just a lie because when i go there they just saying that its finish or it was for national day or anything else just to not give so its fake just to pull people.So no point gym its nice when they just giving diferent prices for all people depend how much they are ready to pay!Very very very bad service.Not recommend for anyone honestly!And also sales guy calling to take approval for better price????They play so good game to trick you!I think need to be reported for fake prices to municipality!!!

Training boxing there with one of the best coaches Gareth Hurley i really recommend it to you!

1. Well equipped gym, you will find every equipment you need for a workout, lots of space and not crowded. Nice stations, free weights, great crossfit area, lots of treadmills, stairmasters and even Jacob’s ladders.2. Gareth was a fantastic trainer. First, very knowledgeable and does workouts in a balanced holistic manner, safely. Second, Gareth is a very kind and caring person and really tries to help the client be motivated. Third, Gareth went above and beyond expectations in each session. He is the primary reason I stay with the gym.Now, to the areas of improvement:1. Sales admin staff communication. Utterly frustrating staff, who are such waste of time. They never provide information in a straightforward manner, for example, there is no simple price sheet, instead they force you to come to the gym then sit down and provide in verbal form all kinds of price combinations. I always felt they are trying to scam me. Once, it took me several weeks to even get a simple schedule of classes for the gym. Every time I asked, I was presented with “we will send shortly”. Let it be known that I stay with the gym because of the equipment and Gareth, and get frustrated by the admin staff.2. I once came to the gym with my family as my son was looking to join a gym. He wanted to join MMA classes. The sales admin staff a) did not provide me schedule of classes, b) did not provide straight answer if there will be MMA classes, c) did not really do much to try to entice my son to join the gym. I bring a potential client, the sales staff did nothing than frustrate me.3. The sound system: needs to be fixed. The wiring of the big speakers is broken, could be fixed easily don’t understand why the owner and management can’t get this done, so simple to do. Fix the wires, replace the speakers with modern Bluetooth speakers that connect to phone and iPad automatically. It is 21 century, your sound system is 20 years too old.4. Can you explain why the gym audio system is connected to the doorbell? Why does everyone in the gym need to hear the doorbell and the person answering the doorbell?5. The AC system sometimes does not work or gets switched off, gets too hot.Simple fixes: fix speakers, fix the wiring, install Bluetooth audio speakers, disconnect the doorbell from the central audio system, stop the sales admin staff from frustrating customers. Sounds like the gym manager not doing his/ her job.

Few years ago, I came to join the gym, I was told by an employee, first name starts with (S). I joined the gym with a price of around 3,500 AED for 6 months. Next day, my friend joined the gym for 3,500 for 1 year. I was told that it was around 7,000 AED for one year. I was not willing to post my review, but unfortunately during the COVID-19 pandemic, I received a call from the gym to listen to their new offer, I explained my issue with gym and told them politely not to contact me again. I then kept continuously receive calls from the gym as if I didnt notify them to not call me again. The gym is nice in looks and equipments; however, the admin should be changed for them to reach their potentialI really don’t understand how you were able to help me financially since I was supposed to pay more than the other members. You should know that I was not expecting charity from your side, but I was expecting to pay the same price as all other members for the same duration.I thank you for your reply, but it you are somewhat mistaken regarding this matterYou should also know that I’m still receiving messages from the gym, where I politely asked them not to.

Very well maintained and clean. Strictly following COVID-19 precautionary measures. The trainers and the staff go beyond Clients expectation to ensure safety, friendliness and service!! I am very happy with the gym overall. I never felt disappointed at any workout day!!I hope to see :1 - Lockers to be reopened for hygiene and safety reasons. I understand due to Covid regulations however, for most customers like myself, I prefer not to keep my belongings around in the open. Perhaps charge a fee for not maintaining cleanliness or if damaged in order to ensure customers follow the requirements. Or even weekly / monthly locker rental would be good.2 - Small beverage or Stall exclusively at ladies section than having to visit the Mixed Section for conservative women to feel at ease in getting their pre or post work out drinks or snacks.3- More equipments may be required, similar to the Mixed section as they have better varieties than ladies section.

Good machines. The kitchen smells bad for more than one year, they fry most of the time. I complained, but the answer for one year, is that the fan needs to be fixed

This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever entered in my whole life . The atmosphere, the environment is just so amazing and great .The trainers and everyone else working in this gym are the coolest and nicest people you will ever meet . They are friendly , they know what they are doing and doing their best to let your reach your goal and to achieve your dream . Before 2 weeks I used to be 145 kg but after going to this gym and meeting with mister umair who is my trainer , I reached 138 kg within 2 weeks and gained 1 kg in muscles . My goal within these 3 month is to reach 80 kg , that might sound ridiculous but nothing is possible and hopefully I reach my goal and my dream . The equipment are all new, the trainers are super friendly and highly experienced ( specially recommended @ Trainer coach Jaff and Daniel . They have everything from machines to free weights.And they have Ladies only gym, + Mixed gym and Cafe area for pre and post supplements snacksThey have a very big space for the boxing and also spacious parking space and its free.

Comment is about staff and sales, extremely unprofessional.During the pandemic all gyms giving offers or benefits, but I dont want any of those.I love this gym and its close to my home.Monthly rate was before AED 450, now AED 900.three people called and giving me different price, confusing information, they want me to commit for longer memebership.but info is NOT clear at all.SAD!!!

Overall, I like the gym. Staff and trainers are very helpful and friendly, however; i must say that i am disappointed with the unavailability of free parking, prices of the membership & with the air conditioning system in ladies section.
