I want to sort out my concern.There is a Company Named Time Master Skills Development Centre in MUSSAFFAH as well as in Abudhabi City in electra street.This company has been not paid me in the lockdown and refused to process my visa after its expiry. Moreover has been made a false statement that i have been resigned from the company which i did not do.They have removed me from the company from 8th march 2020 .and now none of the employees or the directors of the company are giving me the proper amount for which they removed me.According to the law they have to pay me the 3 months salary and give me a proper gratuity amount which they havent given me.My visa got expired in the month of jan 2021.since then i am waiting for the proper amount to be given me.I request you to kindly take action against the company and teh directions of the same named Sammena haseeb and SharafuddinThey are not properly replying me on my messages.Kindly help me out with this as i am not physically present in Abudhabi and cant travel there. Due to this pandemicAlso this Time Master Skills Development Centre is not an ADEC certified nursery.Kindly Look into this

Bu dhabi judicial court...had a great experience here...All matters about judiciary deals here.judgment and all the staff is very impressive....Translaters available but if you dont Know Arabic language you ll not deal satisfactrilyIf you have an Abu Dhabi Visa and you have a problem with company or anything else about court,you ll visit herejudges are completely neutral...Overall Salute to United Arab Emirites Government for Such a great Courts and Judiciary System..

I have a case thats all done in court and the bank guarantee is finished even check issued and sent and received by labor but unable to collect because the lady that received the check on behalf of labor is being absent. The check been with the labor for 8 days now to no avail. Extremely upset and disappointed by the lack of care and responsibility.
