Very unprofessional - I called them to get more information on costs and general procedure as we have 2 clients interested in setting up a company there (We are a German Business Setup Company). I was talking to a very unmotivated, bored lady that just answered as little as possible. I even asked her why she was so unfriendly, if she had a problem with me? I then asked for an appointment or anyone else I could talk to that could answer my questions and she gave me an email address to write to. Anyhow, this was 3 weeks ago. Am still waiting for answer from the ADGM. The clients now chose another freezone. Now we have another inquiry from a client for ADGM but I cant show them anything.....No wonder the Freezone is empty if potential clients are not given a chance.

Luxuriously finished but minimal visitors. Great if you dont like crowds.

The dull and bored customer service kept me on hold for 15 minutes without getting back to me for updates. It seems like shes being asked to work against her will. Mind you, this is not the first time - its always like this whenever I call.

Unfortunately, I contacted them more than once to take the profits of Dana Gas, and they did not contact me again.They just take your information and give no response.And the biggest clue is the customer comments. There are no responses or follow-up from them.
