This company is the worst service ever i have seen zero qualityThey aredoing every thing wrongStarting from appointment to customer supportFrom the day one they are are sure that no one able to change them because you are forced to connect with them because the building have a contract with them . Finally every month they were asking me for bill payment , and i was paying regulary , then i found one time the bill has exceded 230 Aed , when i asked they said because this was 3-4 month consumption and we were predcting you consumptiob last 4 month , but when we checked the meter we give you the right meter readingEven they dont care to be polite with customersI hope Damac change them

I really appreciate the Team of Al Fanar gas for which they approached an unexpected breakdown of the gas pipeline and resolved the issue with in very much stipulated time.Thanks to Mr.Gamal and Mr.Ahmed for their positive approach and giving the confidence to customer.Very good gesture and politeness with the customer.Once again a special thanks to Mr.Gamal for his continuous efforts for customer satisfaction., really appreciate his hardwork.

The most non-customer centric company on earth. The worst I have ever come across. You have to call them and be on hold for longer than 10 mins. only to tell them that their technician couldnt come. Then you have to re-book an appointment which will be 2-3 days later because they are full in booking, they will confirm the technician will come between 09:30 till 5:00pm but, again the technician never showed up. They will always tell you they had an emergency and the technician is attending to emergency you have to continue to follow-up with them but, there is no SLA. It seems you are working for them so you have to work according to their wishes and fancies.

Poor customer service who always ask for money. They replaced battery of gas meter for 30 AED and after 3 months the battery died I had to pay again because they give this most expensive A4 battery that will runout every 3 months.Last time battery was 3.7v now it’s 3.6vGood way to earn more

I have sent 5 emails over 3 months asking the company to remove me from the database as i am no longer living in the apartment.you have replied to me and acknowledged, but you did not remove me from the databasei am still receiving your emails and reminders, despite giving you the owners email.Called the hotline but no answerfinally the online chat agent helped to check internally. Hopefully I will not get harassed again.

They have increased there billing recently without any notification to customer earlier use to charge 50 for 3 months and now charging every 2 months. Also very impolite staff and lot of error in billing by billing you the paid amount again.

Wrong Billing - shockingly high. No response to emails, calls. A complaint reference# is provided initially and no reply to subsequent queries. No system or process in billing and closing a connection. Yet to experience the closure and refund of deposit.

Horrible company, they don’t have system. I am waiting to refund my security deposit for the last 19 days and the customer care is telling me it will take 7 to 14 days. I explain to her hundred times that I exceed this period, easily she can check the emails !!! In addition to this, After I get my final bill from 19 days and service already disconnected I receive a bill today someone from the company just knocked my door with the bill. Unbelievable company!!! There’s no even a manager to communicate with, always that lady which consider that she is working with different company as she always says “ I send it to the account. Tomorrow I will check” but unfortunately tomorrow never comes. It’s a Customer non-care not Customer care.

Had to wait for an hour to refund my money.They do not have bank transfer service.I had to wait for 2 hours in the bank to encash my cheque because the bank they deal with has only once branch in tge whole city, one branch!!! Service needs alot of improvements, i recommend you pay a visit to Royal development for Gas works and have an idea how elite service is!
