AED 30 as monthly service charge is ridiculous when no additional services are requested or provided other than the gas being used! Didnt see the clause in the contract otherwise would never have signed up...

I heard this SERGAS Oil Gas Company and one of the most oil good company in UAE. now i have concerned it about using your company because yesterday i received a job offer for Desktop Support Technician is this true or scammed. i just want to report it cause he give me a contract details also and as per contract they give a good offer and im interested. please verify. this is the job reference no. SERGAS-518/1509/UAE/2018. i received a soft copy of Official Letter of Appointment.

They took 700 Dirhams to connect gas to new apartment! After 2 months they were not able to connect gas.!!!!!I spent more than 2 days at home all day just to see incompetent people not solving the problem.After a lot of calls and one email requesting money back I still do NOT HAVE ANY REFUND!!!!Worst service in the UAE EVER!!!

Appalling. Sent me a bill 14 days late then cut me off for non payment one day later. Despite paying immediately took four days to reconnect. Their website says 24/7 customer service but are closed Friday and Saturday. A joke of a company.
