Pricy and awful customer service. I spent over AED 40k. If you purchase chandeliers they wont install them, they wont even hang them even if hooks and scaffolding are already provided...and no lightbulbs either! Have fun trying to coordinate getting an electrician and workers to hang a chandelier when Marina home tells you Delivery between 2 pm and 6 pm...and then they show up 12! After the chandelier was hung they fitted the pendants and left...leaving me to complete assembly of a 5 piece sofa and place a stone dining table and other heavy items...they did say call customer service. Do I need to take another appointment 2 weeks out to move my furniture?

Horrible delivery and service...will not recommend anyone...have brough 2 chandeliers which as promised had to be assembled by marina homes and we have to arrange for electrician to hang them. When the delivery guys came they refused to assemble them stating that if we assembled they will fall while hanging them. We asked them any times to assemble as our electrician was getting late but they refused. Right from start we requested them to give us a exact time so we can arrange electrician at that exact time which was also not given.Finally after buying such expensive things and having so much of headache for assembly (which we had to do ourselves) and delivery i will neither enter the store again nor recommend anyone.A big thumbs down for Marina Homes from us.

One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a dining table from them recently, they delivered a scratched table and returned it back with them. Later on, they delivered the new one after 10 days which was broken as well. After another week, they delivered the third replacement which was damaged also. And now I still await for replacement. Accordingly, almost one month without dining table due to their service and lack of QA/QC performance

Nice stuff, but website has no prices??? Guess they are afraid sticker shock will keep people from visiting the store...

Very poor customer service. I had heard this from others, but never experienced myself until now. They don’t communicate well and lied about the circumstances of my purchase to make it sound like my fault. They also have one of the worst return/exchange policies as compared with all comparable stores in the UAE. I will not plan to shop there again, nor recommend them to friends.

Definitely nice and trendy stuff but customer service and delivery quite poor! Would have expected a more friendly and comprehensive approach, IKEA in this sense much better. Room of improvement

Poorly made furniture, mostly from compressed wood, but at high-end prices. Who pays this much for compressed wood garbage?

WOW, I say. Nix furniture stores as we know them from Germany. No, its the case that there are home furniture and accessories in the versions Vintage, Elegant, Modern and Super Stylish. The processing of individual pieces is great. It is certain that some will find it difficult to live with such a way. But it is also certain that you should have rooms with at least 40 square meters so that some of these pieces come into their own.Nevertheless, it is a top business.Oh, not really cheap.
