Some pieces are great and other pieces got damaged so fast. prices are higher than other furniture shops. good thing they offer Fazaa discount. their website is not well designed.

Cozy restaurant, their food is really good. I have been going there for years and gave tried everything yet. Also, they have an outside smoking area for a quick cigarette, in winter you can sit outside but impossible in summer. Also quiet for work or study. You will definitely love the furniture.

Amazing shop with everything you could possibly want. Take a stuffed wallet, extra cards and when you have shopped your fill, have something to eat at their restaurant.

We visited for a morning coffee and breakfast and were really happy with the service adn the quality of the food.The staff were great, the place was clean and well maintained and the food was very well prepared and presented and very tasty.

Nice quality of furniture products, reasonable value for money for most of the items they have.My only suggestion that is applicable to all of their stores is to not charge money for shopping bags, you really don’t need to make business out of charging money for shopping bags from customers who purchased items from you. I understand they aim to be environment friendly store but they could provide paper bags or degradable bags for free of charge, instead of selling their plastic bags.

I had a delicious Arabic breakfast dish that I was able to chose even in the evening.

1- Bought an item as a gift, which had to be ordered from Dubai since they dont keep stock. The one they had already is only for display. I was assured that on the day i collect it, i will be given the gift receipt with the date of collection so there will be ample time for exchange if needed. I go to collect it today, the cashier says it isnt the case, that i was given wrong information , and that the date of the receipt is when i paid for the item not when i collected it, which gives me barely any time to give that gift and for the receiver to change it if needed. The cashier couldnt even bother to print a gift receipt, he cut the receipt i already had ( removing the value from it) and gave it to use as gift receipt.2- When clients buy for hundreds and thousands of dirhams at such a shop, charging 2 dhs for a plastic bag seems inappropriate.3- no option for gift wrapping nor for a gift bag (neither free nor for a charge). I took the item in a dusty box, taped and written all over.

They need to reconsider their ramadan timings, they close at 10 and people at that time just started going out. I visited and 5 other customers at the same time they where closing at 10 pm we all were disappointed .People start going out from their home after the prayer which finish 9:30.Ramadan timing is very important as it is part of the culture of this holy month.

We love the place and all the things it offer with a class of its own. We frequently dine to your restaurant and shop for beddings and curtains. However, I witnessed how one of your attendants almost fainted when serving our food and he looked very pale. When we asked him if hes ok, he apologised and thanked us for asking him. We offered a water to drink but he said he will be fine. He said he is waiting for his supervisor to allow him to take a break. We asked further as we wanted to help him and got worried about him and we learned that he was on duty from morning and this thing happened when it was almost 4pm. Does this mean that employees are not allowed to take a considerable time for bio break, lunch break or a short break? That was almost 4 pm and yet still no break for him!!!! Poor him. This was at your newly opened branch in Abu Dhabi. We hope that the company will also provide its employees a humane treatment just how you treat us, your customers, with a perfect class.

Good place for home shopping.

Really disappointing breakfast. Cold, unappetising and barely digestible. Sent it back once when it came back it wasn’t any better. Didn’t finish it. Raised it with staff who apologised but no discount. Shame as we were regulars.
