My favorite place to shop for home. And their sales are great!This branch is pretty big, 3 floors. Not sure if there are other branches. At the door there’s a vallet sign for visitors, but there was no one there to take my car. It’s possible to find parking if you wait a while

The staff are very accommodating especially Mr. Ismail. He assisted us nicely in everything we need. The products are also nice and affordable. Highly recommended.

I’d like to use this platform to write a good experience in Homebox since then I was wowed by the quality of their items, for home decorations, kitchen and etc. specially the price range, it is very affordable and less… Also all the staff are very accommodating special mentioned to Ms. Elizabeth, who’s always there for me guiding me with the items I’m looking for… All in all, it is really a great shopping experience.

Affordable products and good place for home decor items.But wish such a big establishment kept neat toilets for customers; fully stained male toilet seats, fully stained mirrors, water spilled everywhere, no tissue rolls and broken doors. Hope you guys can keep some clean rest rooms in this pandemic period as you are all about decor and furniture and CR must reflect that too.

Reasonable prices and good offers. But be very careful if no price tag. Sales person might tell you a price and when you go to cashier it will be higher. And they will not apply the online prices at the counter at all. Moreover, I ordered online a 4 door wardrobe. Very nice one but the delivery people was very unprofessional. Full feedback and complain submitted but as expect no response. But again, prices are very reasonable of most of the items.

Home box across its all three floors looked very beautiful and tempting. The display looked very beautiful. There was an offer for national day going on when we went there yesterday. We were only planning to take a quick look at the store but ended up staying there for two and half hours without realizing the time. It was like an happy adventure going through different levels of the store. Their display looked amazing. We were happily looking at everything with admiration over and over again. We ended up leaving the store without buying anything because we were hubgry after adventure but we are planning to gk back again today.

The worst quality furniture Ive ever bought online in UAE. The same day of assembly I had to call back the delivery team to fix what they built (a chest of drawers) and they never reply back. The item is totally bad constructed as you can see in the pictures. When it was assembled was totally OK, once I began to put clothes in it spread out the main structure.

Buddhika was a very nice and very attentive sales person. She explained and clearly understood what we are looking for. She is an asset to this branch. We will definitely come back because of her.

You get what you pay for. I have no issue with the quality of the items. But they have the worst customer service I’ve ever came across. They should retrain the people handling customer care!I ordered a bunch of furniture last week and although the delivery was done on the scheduled day and time. The problem came in the shape of damaged backboard of the bed. The initial technician confirmed to come back today with the new piece and complete the work. But when I contacted him, I was informed that he has been assigned to work somewhere else and that I should contact the customer service for the update.I contacted the customer service or should I say tried to contact them throughout the day multiple times via emails and calls, but not once I got a straight answer from them and kept on getting the same response that the technician will contact me. Which was never done and I wasted my whole day.I got a call just now and I wasn’t surprised that the person on the other end was in no mood of assisting or at least to provide me a straight answer as to when I will get the replacement item and get this thing over with. He simply replied that we will see if anything can be done to resolve my issue tomorrow and was very quick to read the terms and conditions for refund, when I told him that i’m really not happy on things are going and will consider returning everything back!I request the management to take notice and not to have DIY type of people destroying a good brand.

Hi guys shopping at home box was affordable prices and the staff are accomodating.

It’s a one stop shop for all your household items(except electric appliances). They have a wide spread of options in terms of budget and design both.However, this brilliant place lacks proper sales staff. I visited this place today and observed the staff gathered at a single spot on the first floor. We were looking for a bed and a wardrobe. We spent close to 1.5 hrs here observing all the designs they have. Whenever we called for assistance, there no staff present to answer our questions or explain any specifics related to the products on display.Finally, when we were at the first floor, we went over to one of the billing counters and asked for a personnel to come and assist. The lady who reluctantly arrived was rude and wore an attitude which showed no interest in getting through with the sale. We left the store when my blood was about to boil at the ignorance of the sales staff.If I had to look at furniture on the website and buy it online, there was absolutely no reason for me to walk in to a store. So when I walk into such a store, I expect all my queries to be attended to. Disappointed!!

Lots of variety, prices are a mix. Some products are suitably priced, some are expensive. Their website is very well designed, though they should add a 3D view of items viewed online. Staff are cooperative and knowledgeable.

Very very disappointed and disgusted with the customer service at Home Box.I had a delivery scheduled for last Thursday. Thursday an item was missing,  Friday they were closed, Saturday another part was broken and product could not be assembled.I contact customer service and Im assured another replacement is on the way.Sunday - nothing. Customer service assures me something is coming. Nothing.Sunday afternoon - another representative says they are not sure whats happening and I need to wait another 48 hours.Monday - another representative tells me they have to pick up the defective product and then file a refund (I have no product as the delivery guys had taken everything on Saturday)I recieved no email or sms or phone with this so called update. I have to constantly call customer care and speak to new representatives each time.Monday afternoon a so called manager called Shireen tells me that as my right as a customer Im supposed to be informed of all updates regarding my refund and she will get back to me by the end of the day.Its now more than 36 hours later and Im still waiting.Either Home Box customer service just doesnt care or customer rights dont seem to exist. All I know is they were very quick to take my money but cannot deliver on product,  or refund, or have the decency to be updated about my status. No one seems to want to take responsibility for this and they keep just saying my apologies, someone will contact you shortlyManagers are always in meetings and cannot be contacted.Their watsapp chat keeps escalating the issueFor a store that I have regularly supported over the years, I will now never buy from Home Box again and will spread the word to all family, friends and colleagues to not buy from you either

I returned a bedroom after I paid the amount using my card as the bedroom was very big for my room, after 14 days they updated me that they need 21 working days to refund the amount ( 30 days ) one month just to return my money. I checked with the guy ( Sajeeb ) he told this is the policy while there is no paper or any sign on the whole store saying that policy of return items, he checked on his papers to show me where that written then he did not found anything.
