I purchased a Sofa Bed on 18th April, and delivery was scheduled for 22nd.. where in i took off from work expecting the delivery at any moment.. time passed by no one from Home Center had the curtesy to call and inform me that the delivery will not happen and it has been postponed to 24th.A person by the Name of ‘Hamed’ where i got hold of after many failed attempts from delivery team said someone would call me from the Dalma Store (where i have purchased the Sofa bed.I confronted him and said no one would call me, he promised that he or some one from the store would call me for sure.. till now neither he nor the dalma store has contacted me on my delivery..Being such reputed one stop furniture store i had to go through such bad experience from you Dalma mall Home Center Team and the delivery team.

I bought a dining table and four buffet tables from home center Dalma mall branch 2 weeks ago and it’s very upsetting!. I already complained and talked to the manger and he promised to give a solution as soon as possible with in 2 days, then another manger promised to give a solution with in 1 week! But until now I’m waiting. The picture shows 1 scratched chair and four buffet table aredamaged and covered with corrector.

They need to work on their staff as the show no interest in helping customers at all... very bad service providers

Home delivery is available if you are within the city. Delivery for remote locations are chargeable, heavily.

Nobody answers their toll free number... I have been trying for days. My furniture needs repair and theres no option in the phone for repairs.

It has nice home accessories and furnitures, a little on the expensive side but yet good quality products. Furnitures are elegant looking and variety colors. There is also basic cooking dishes and dining wares.

Staff and the call centre are absolutely useless. Customer was informed that the items purchased were going to be delivered and delivery date was mentioned on the receipt. After several attempts to call their appalling and awfully designed call center, they communicated that the items were due for pick up. Definitely wont be buying again unless drastic measures taken to educate and provide staff to communicate in both Arabic and English.

I bought an Air Revitalizer and had used it for almost 6 months. Now its not working properly, the circulation doesnt worked as usual. I tried to ask for repair or replacement but sad to say there is no warranty for this item. We just wasted our money buying this and the expensive scents.

Home Center is a bog name and big company.However, they should have a better respect for their warranties.its funny when you buy a coffee table and after one year the paints looks like the table is been used for years, and when i called them they said that the problem cant be covered.

I had ordered a cupboard from the dalma mall branch. They had promised to make a delivery between 10am to 2pm today. I had made the purchase on Nov. 14, 2019. Im still awaiting the delivery and the customer service is the worst Ive ever faced. Nobody gives a proper response and Id waited for a long time on hold just to get a unsatisfactory response. Pathetic service by home center customer service!! I will never recommend anybody to purchase anything from them any further.

Worst experience buying online item from this store. They delivered a damage item. There should be a quality check before dispatching an item to the customers. We called their Call center to check if we can take this damage item to the nearby Home Center and if they change for us, the answer is No. It only through pick up by a courier (5 working days) and the amount will be return. Means customer wasted their time.Better such things should not be bought online.We are very upset about their customer support.

A little smaller than other home centre stores, hence less variety. But lots of great home decor and improvement options. Bought most of my furniture from the Mall of Emirates branch so do recommend them.

Lots of cheap options and plenty of sales throughout the year but the quality looks mediocre and the design on most of the items is very extravagant and outdated with huge gold decorations and lots of intricate details from an era long bygone. Has a few contemporary items though.
