My favourite shopping centre for household items and furniture. Friendly staffs though not all of them as some do not pay attention to clients, neat and spacious, I bought almost all of my furniture in this place. Not forget to mention that they have good quality equipment.

Good range of product, but looks a little short on staff. Whoever is here are quite helpful though.

It was an amazing experience. Evrything on dispaly looked beautiful. They had a offer for the national day going on when we went there yesterday. The prices were more affordable and so we bought couple of cushions. We are in love with our purchases yesterday. The cushions add more comfort to the house and look beautiful. We might go back again if there was another offer going on.

I am very disappointed by the service of Home Centre, Liwa Centre. I am a regular customer of it. All most all of my furniture is from Home Centre.Before 5 days I visited the showroom and demand for quotation for some items. Till now I have not received any quotation. More over today I sent one of my staff there, even though there is no response... 😭😭😭

We got a bed from them less than 2 years ago. The bed broke apart without a chance to fix it. The quality of the bed was very low, the workers, who did assemble the bed, did a very poor job too. The shop would reject to replace the frame or help fix it, even though 2 years warranty was officially given.This was outrageous in every way.Be careful.

The administration and management of customer service do not deal in a good way with clients and do not respect their complaints at all, as I suffer from a mattress that was bought and caused me a big problems in my back, and all they did is that they took it from me & they did not solve for me the problem for more than 15 days and the length of this period I sleep on the ground there is no One of the management and customer .service follows up and cares.

The worst experience ever, they dilerved to me broken fournitures and let dozens of pieces of wood in my place promising they will fix it in 24 hours. After 3 weeks calling them 3 times a week still the same situation, the agents keep just saying we have reminded the team.Never ever use this company again.

I had a really bad experience with Home CentreFew days back when I decided to buy a shoe cabinet and after asking the guy who is working there to help me with my purchaseHe left for few minutes and came back saying that the price tag has a mistake and the price is not as per what is writtenI attached a photo of what was advertisedThey said that the price is 500 something

When I first moved here and needed to furnish the house, this was the place that made it happen for us. There, one can find semi luxury house furniture with reasonable prices. Don’t settle for the listed prices, do some negotiation and you can really do some savings, so as long as you’re willing to take the time to negotiate. Great staff with very good customer service!

After sales service is very bad. Quality team visited for Inspecting the damaged furniture and it’s been a week no updates and customer care does not respond.. horrible experience..

They have semi royal living room luxurious furniture, closets and wardrobes are highly designed and strong materials. They have a lot of accessories for home in general. Bit pricey on big furniture comparing to its competitors

Very bad experience .. i had ordered some sofa chairs, i recieved them after 12 days without legs, they said within 48hrs we will bring and come ..and untill now this is the 4th day no one came.. i will put a formal complain .

Good place to buy furniture and things for your home. Some are real good quality and worth the money. Some arent. Excellent staff very helpful. The bed linen section is amazing some real good products or the money. Organised place. Can order online too. Lets say you can furnish and interior decorate your house under one roof. When I complained, they said it was MY FAULT for not selecting 2 Qty online. Totally refused to honor their commitment and promotion. Ive gone to Consumer Rights at Dubai Economic Department! I suggest all those that were ripped off by this promotion do the same.

Good but expensive

They have few home decor items which are useful in furnishing the house.They have some offers at times. However the calculations related to offers( discounts / cash back ) are difficult to understand and at times quite confusing.

High prices and the materials are not perfect

The branch is a lot smaller and more limited than the branch in Marina mall, but it is closer so if youre looking to buy a specific item it might not be found in this branch. Its easier if you order the item online and set this branch as your collection point. That way you ensure the item is there and you dont have to go all the way to Marina mall

They sell very nice pieces of home furnishing, and other fun stuff. I bought a room air spray and the scent is quite nice. I bought 2 more bottles a few days after.

Its good. They have plenty of household stuff, but there are times that you dont find very small basic things, like a sugar jar with a spoon, for instance..

Bought 2 items from this shop that needs to be installed, the panels doesnt fit the holes, the second item with screw issues. Really waste of time, trying to install and reinstall and then bring it back to the shop for return.

My fiancé almost got into an accident when some debris fell from the third floor of your store in hamdan. It fell inches away from where he is standing and I was in total surprise. He was inches away from that and he couldve gotten killed or comatosed if not for sheer luck.. Im not in any way exaggerating here. Kindly review your cctv to check this incident. Nobody even said sorry about it, like as if it is a usual day to day incident. What kind of security are you providing to your walk in customers?????
