Clean. Spacious. Quiet. Needs more organized equipment. Racks etc...

2 thumbs up for this gym. I do not think Ill gain for a couple of years at this gym.

First visit to the gym. Pool is not at all maintained. The lights are floating on the water. Washroom facility in the pool is really poor. Drianage smell near the pool.Proper purification is not happening. You can see dust accumulated in the water.Gym equipments looks good.

I visited the gym (this branch) and my friends on Thursday and we took a one-month membership. There were two people at the reception and the girl was helping and giving complete information, including that we can register for a month. Before the month is over, we can renew and the person who was with her did not want to disclose and explain any of Our inquireThen I asked if we can do the body assessment and the girl answered that we can and the other guy said no !!!!On Saturday, we booked a date to start the assessment , (please note no invoice was given to us after we paid !!!On Saturday, an hour before the time of our assessment , a man called and told me that he would cancel the evaluation because there was no trainer (only one trainer for the whole gym), and all of that. We paid the registration on Thursday.I told him that if I did not come today, I would cancel my registration and take my money, but he did not answer and did not understand any questions and turned off the phoneWhen we reached at exactly 6:30 , we waited for about a quarter of an hour, and the trainer came to take the assessmentWhen I was going to enter the evaluation room with my sister, she loud her voice and asked me to go out !And then she came back and started shouting loudly and in front of the cameras that I could enter because she is my sisterI did not like her attitude , and when the manager came, who did not show any solutions other than defending the coach and her inappropriate styleI asked him if they had a towel and he said to me (who comes first gets it) and what it means in the morning only then you can get the towels !!!!!!They did not return the money to me, I entered the ladies gym and it was never cleanI am writing this comment to advise you about the inefficiency of this gym. Other than that the coach entered and taught my friends on the devices and she never came to tell me about any deviceI no longer know who the customer is and who the employee is from the ugliness of the situationI would never recommend visiting this gym !!!

My favourite nearest Lifeline wellness branch. Love to spend my leasure time. Good and supportive staff. Bit compact than other branches but have different area for male and female. Conducts some group classes in mix.

Very nice and clean gym. Also all staff very helpful. Recomended.

Negative Review No:2 .Absolutely ridiculous management of a well equipped gym.The jacuzzi area was not properly cleaned and there wasstagnant water (stains on the floor) right near to the shower.(nr.jacuzi) slipped and fell n the floor thankfully didnt hit my head on the edge.After that got into the jacuzzi.. after 5mins, two staffs comes in , one of them tells you cant usethe jacuzzi , the water is not clean -_- . No were it wasmentioned not useable. Neither the person who switchedon the jacuzzi knew the water was dirty. Ridiculous.

Bad staff before I subscribe they call me every day and after I paid and I didnt go to gym about 4 months but no one call me because already I paid money

Best branch of them all, great staff and trainers, great classes especially body pump and Cxworx, definitely renewing to my second year, its my third place (home, work, lifeline)

Worst gym ever,, pool always cold and staff not qualified, they dont say the truth!!!! always saying pool will be fixed this week and this took forever and still not fixed.
