Insurance authority was of no help.My car was in an accident, I was not at fault and I had comprehensive insurance. Despite all these facts, my insurance company delayed my claim by months. After trying everything with my insurance company, I filed a complaint with insurance authority in hope of some help. My complaint with IA remained open for more than 1 month, I made more than 20 follow-up calls and every time the answer was that we will get back to you.In the end, insurance companys response time was better than insurance authoritys response time.
I had an accident in 16/6/2017.. Where it Washington the party fault.. Till now my car is not repaired.. I raised tow complaints.. And yet the vehicle still at the workshop.. 43 days & still counting where I had to pay from my Owen pocket.. Despite it is not my fault.. When tried to raise another complaint call center staff refused.. This in brief what I had to go through during one & half month.
4 weeks since complaint ! Still waiting for the call back. Every time I call, they say someone will get back to you in 48 hours. One of my worst Government experiences in UAE !
Wow! I really feel bad for all the people who have to deal with the Insurance Authority...

A body that does not care about the responses of clients and dealers, and does not respond to any inquiries that have been accused. 3 times I submitted an inquiry and the request number was sent to me and I will be contacted. No one answered

Substandard service in the context of delay. I was informed that the complaint takes between 3 to 5 days, but the issue was resolved after a period of two months and more. The complaint was closed by the employee before the problem was solved without my knowledge as a complainant. That the complaint has been received by three employees, two of whom have not completed or resolved the complaint by them. Please investigate the matter and improve the services provided by this body to citizens and the public.
One star without comment is sufficient to express the level of service providedI hope that the requests are reviewed more accurately, especially in health insurance, because they are related to health and human life
I think its the worst government agency in the country.Their review is a waste of time only.Please follow up the workers and hold them accountable for negligence.
